Although there were other customers in the store, the associates were clear and apologized about the wait. We didn't expect to buy 4 phones for the family like we were buying Big Macs, so we anticipated being there a little while. Once it was our turn, Crystal and her team worked on getting everything we needed set up and they made sure we got the best deals! As she was helping us, several more people had come in and some were beginning to become huffy. Crystal was calm and handled the stress like a champ! She was able to politely juggle the four of us along with another customer, going back and forth through the process while her associate juggled two others. If I would recommend anything to make it 5 stars, it would be to put some kind of indicator to walk in's that they're going to be there an hour... two hours... or even three when it gets busy like that. We came to try to fix an issue with 2 lines that we transfer to verizon (because of the poor customer service from Tmobil) customer service send us to a location which we did and for our bad luck we choose this one. After waiting 1 one because 1 of the employees was helping another customer, we can her another employee laughing and talking, again after 1 hour wait he comes out and we explain him the issue and he was just rude, no wanting to help and told us he could not help and we needed to go to the Verizon store. For our surprise the rude and disrespectful person was the Store Manager Jacob Lopez. T Mobil wonder why they are losing customer when they put mediocre people on charge of the stores without understand that tanks to the customers is why they have a job and get paid. We came to buy an Apple Watch as a Christmas present on Black Friday. We only had the intention of getting one watch, however the employee and "manager" (FRED) both told us there was a promotion going on where you buy one and get one free. The only catch was the 2nd watch was not available and would take approximately 12 days and they would call when it's available. Fast forward over month later and despite multiple calls there was no 2nd watch. My elderly mother and I went into the store to get an update. We were then by the "pseudo manager" FRED that the watches weren't available and proceeded to tell us that we were never offered that promotion, which is a blatant lie because we didn't even want a 2nd watch in the first place, so the only reason we were getting it was that free offer. Add to all this the fact that my mother then finds out they signed her up for a protection plan that she never agreed to and are charging $16 additional a month. Big man FRED, the guy who clearly got his position because his daddy owns the place and he couldn't get a career somewhere else, then proceeded to escalate and mumble under his breath that he was t afraid of anyone above him and wasn't scared if we complained after my elderly mother threatened to escalate to corporate. Then when she expressed further concerns about everything he just walked away and told her to her face he wasnt afraid of any escalation and locked himself in the back room. Horrible customer service. The store manager, Daniel, has either never learned how to treat customers correctly or just does not care to. I was with AT&T for twenty years and they raised my rates one too many times so I went to the Ormond Beach T-Mobile store on Nova Rd yesterday. I was helped by a young lady named Brittany who told me my trade-in (an iPhone 12 mini) was worth $830 and would cover the entire cost of a new iPhone 16 and that my monthly bill would be $75 total. That sounded good to me so I severed ties with AT&T and spent ninety minutes at the store while everything was being switched over. When I got home I downloaded the T-Mobile app on my new phone and soon realized that my monthly bill would be $91, not the $75 I was repeatedly promised. So I went back to the store today and Brittany was not there but Daniel was. Apparently she had told me my trade-in was worth more than it really was because I am over 55 and T-mobile gives you a discount on the monthly plan but they give you less for your trade. Daniel insisted that she had done everything right and that I got the best deal possible. My reply was that she did not do everything right or I would not have been given wrong information and wrong expectations about my monthly bill. At this point Daniel became aggressive and told me I could return the phone if I didn't want it. Never any kind of apology, never any sort of admission that a mistake was made or that Brittany had misspoken, simply a "take it or leave it" approach. Absolutely ridiculous. After cutting off AT&T and switching everything from my old phone to the new one, returning it was clearly not an option. But I am going to spread the word about how I was treated. read more

My wife and I have been in this store a few times on Nova rd. Ormond Beach. My wife recommending to our older friends about going to t-mobile. That was all fine, until the older couple needed help keeping their old phone numbers from another courier and they needed help. But they couldn't get back to the store because of their business. My wife went back to the store to see if someone could help or friends. The guy manager said he could go to them and help witch is fine. But instead of using his vehicle to go there he wanted to ride with my wife in her vehicle. She only thought of helping or friends and didn't think nothing about it. To me he was trying to get something out of the deal. I found out about it later when we had to go back to t-mobile about my wife's phone and he made a comment about riding to the store with her. Then seen me standing there. This is very unprofessional on many levels. I got in his face and before I new it I was starting to bring my hands up to hit him. But in a split second thought, this punk would definitely have me arrested. Customers be ware off letting your women go to this store when he's working. read more
