No help at all. In July when we get the phone insurance the employee say they can swap if the phone are broke. We don't know it just a scam . We buy iPhone insurance we pay every month for insurance. Today August 31 we come back to swap new phone because my phone been drop two week ago . But they tell me to do by myself. It different then what they are say when we buy insurance in their store. I stopped in to have my screen protector replaced after I dropped it. The kid with the beard working that day took my phone and put a new screen protector on it. I explained to him that when I purchased the phone there a few months earlier I upgraded the screen protector to the one that they would replace for free if ever needed. He then stated that the Verizon store changed ownership and the new Verizon owners do not honor the old Verizon warranties. Stay away from the Hampstead Verizon store! read more

My family after many years with Verizon decided to make the switch to T-Mobile. I initiated the change over the phone. We received everything in the mail, and then brought the new sim cards to the T-Mobile store in Plaistow, NH to have them help with us make the change. Erica greeted us as we walked in and put our anxiety at ease right away. She was kind and patient, and got the job done with ease!! I went in to get a new sim for my mother who is visiting from another country. I know what exactly she needed so I asked an employee there the plan I wanted. She was so rude to me and my mother and said "That makes no sense" when I told her what I wanted. She also let me take out the sim and put the sim in when she is the one with the equipment. I expected me from customer service here. No matter what kind of plan we chose, we should still be treated respectfully. Don't come here to get a new sim. read more

I switched from t mobile to Verizon, big mistake. Verizon's service is worse and their customer service is even worse. Especially the Verizon store in Plaistow. While on Verizon's service I tried to buy a new phone from them twice in Plaistow. They always told me they couldn't help me to go to the corporate stores in epping or Salem. So on Sunday when Verizon couldn't help me, instead of driving to another location, I drove across the street and went to see Joel at t mobile. Joel as always hooked it up with great customer service. Ditch Verizon and join t mobile, they'll pay off your other phone and get a dope iPhoneX from them! Thanks Joel! read more

I went to this store the other day to purchase a new cell phone. None of the employees barely and I mean barely spoke english. They could not understand what i was trying to purchase. I went in because T Mobile was pestering me to bring my IPhone 8+ in to have the 5 G service installed- or whatever they do. I had a trip planned for the following weekend and thought it would be a good idea. I was met by a CSR- I unfortunately didn't get his name- but a really nice guy. I told him upfront what I was in for and didn't want to be talked into an upgrade. I'm not a fancy boy, and don't need the latest and greatest. After looking at my account he informed me that even though I said I didn't want an upgrade, that I qualified for a free IPhone 12 if I traded in my current phone- free of charge. Well.....that got the wheels turning. Since I like a big screen I asked how much extra the 12 pro max would be? He informed me it would only be the difference between the 12 and the pro max- less than $300. So of course I had to go for it. I'm so glad I did! I love my new phone! I didn't think I'd like the facial recognition, but it really comes in handy at work since I wear work gloves. It just makes life easier. The only thing I wasn't told is for some reason my passwords didn't transfer, so I'm locked out of a few of my accounts. I ended up having to go to the Salem location since they were the only ones to have the color I wanted in stock. Nice people there too. I had to come back the next day because of a programming issue one of the CSRs couldn't figure out. No biggie. I went back the next day, got my phone, and all has been great ever since. Although I hate being sold on stuff I don't want|need, the way he informed me of the deal wasn't pushy, which I appreciate. I'm glad they're my local location. I'll go there for anything I need cell-wise from now on. read more

Had a really positive experience here earlier today. Came into the store because my name was misspelled when I signed up for my plan over the phone. The employees were friendly, relatable and kind. I waited a bit because the customers in front of me took some time, but when it was my turn it didn't take long at all. They took care of everything I needed and were nice while doing it! read more

Very disappointed with a sales guy who did not know how to figure out the problem with my phone. I did not like the foul language that he said, while he was trying to figure out the problem with my phone. Then, I saw a sales guy coming in with someone and he was being very impolite for saying a foul language that was very inappropriate. Those employees should not work there. I brought my own phone in and signed up for a new plan. The team working there worked together to get my phone working and as importantly transfer my data, photos, etc over from my old phone even though we wound up being there long after the store was closed. read more

First and foremost, let me apologize to the store itself... this is really not against the store, but against T-Mobile THEMSELVES! (but i could not find a place to write a review about them directly) Those who HAVE helped us have been more than nice! Let me just start by saying, do NOT get into a multiple line plans with these people. If someone has a plan and you join in, if you pay off your phone early (very expensive phone btw) also if you are current, never behind, in any of your monthly service payments... but the person who got the initial plan cancels, or can not pay, then you lose out on your phone. They will NOT release your phone NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU, if ANYONE IN THE PLAN owes money. HOW UNFAIR. We should have just been like the rest of the @#$%!% that don't pay their bills because we would not have lost almost $700!!! After being bounced around from one useless rep to another (meaning they sent me to finance, activation instead of customer service where we should have been sent) after numerous times of people in stores telling us all that had to be done was our phone had to be RELEASED by the primary account holder, that it did not matter that she owed money because our acct was current and paid off, after numerous calls to their service dept. the phone service was suspended... NOW!!! THEY CANNOT RELEASE OUR LINE/PHONE OR WHATEVER BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVE!!! I am absolutely mortified that these people would not better take care of their customers. So... if you wanna get a free USELESS, EXPENSIVE PHONE join a family plan AND GET SCREWED OVER!!! Unless of course you can illegally unlock the phone THEN I would say join one of their plans, don't pay for the phone (especially if you know the person who got the plan is not going to pay it anyway)... AND THEN YOU CAN HAVE A NICE EXPENSIVE PHONE!!! read more
