However, with all the scammers and crooks in duct cleaning business, C&S Air Duct Cleaning is literally A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I own a private school with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers attending, so naturally we do a lot of laundry. When my usual dryer vent cleaner was no longer available, I went looking for someone to not only clean the dryer vent, but solve a problem that we had with the dryer vent. The vent was not installed correctly and it was prone to quickly clog with lint. Most places I called only answered with a voice mail, but when I called C&S Air Duct Cleaning, Mitch answered the phone. We spent a good amount of time discussing the issues we were having, and made an appointment for the week we would be closed in the summer. Because Mitch was so thorough on the phone with me, he sent the right guys for the job, and they had everything they needed to get to work immediately. They spent hours, and worked their butts off, and the price was very, very reasonable. A few months later, I had a NEW issue with the dryer vent because moisture was building up in the lines. Mitch returned to our school to assess the problem and took many pictures which will be instrumental when we have the vent re-routed properly. In the meantime, to tie us over until we can get that done, Mitch suggested a very inexpensive yet perfectly effective temporary solution. The cost for his return visit? $0. Also received a text at 7 am the morning of service. Way too early. When they arrived went around to count registers and returns with the company. Come to find out I missed 3 , my mistake. Then they said they could not do service in the3-4 hour time frame and increased my charge as well. I adjusted my work schedule for this as well. Needless to say I was not happy.
