Walmart prepay Works great. Long battery. Life. But, cases available. Free activation. But not keep your own number free. That will cost more than the phone and more than a month usage card. W he ile I like the phone and Walmart sponsoring it, do not expect tribe able to swap out sim cards like you can all over the world. But at least you don't get update nags like iOS. They should offer a "stay the same" option. But I guess they need for a wage somehow. 42 dollar activation fee right next to the activation free sign. I gave only been a customer for a year but I have to say the cudtomer service has been exceptional! I am not a difficult customer as in I don't complain often, don't have a lot of problems but my last problem with AT&T brought me to T-Mobile. The manager (sorry forgot his name) was very informative and not pushy on purchasing their services. I explained my problem with AT&T and he let me go to check out other services before making my decision. I came back to that specific location since the manager was so thorough at what I would be able to get and at what price. The "porting" over of numbers was a problem, AT&T was being difficult with one number. They helped us figure out the problem and helped us get my son set up (he lives 3 hrs away). Fast forward to yesterday, we have had NO problems with our service. No dropped calls, no problems with billing, nothing. I went in to ask about T-Mobile internet. My internet is getting expensive and I would like to pay less as anyone would. The cost was a 1/4 of what I am paying now and it is plug and play. Just plug in the device into an outlet (no cable wires) and finish set up and connect. I did this yesterday and I am still checking it out but I have multiple devices since we only stream, no cable so truly it will be a test of it's reliability for us. Also asked if I was due for an upgrade yet on my line. Yes! I am! Just waiting for the new iPhone before upgrading. The people at this location are amazing and the manager is very accommodating and knowledgeable. It's not just T-Mobile I would stay with but also this particular store. read more

I just want to praise Eric and Jordan for their great customer service. Eric, who personally helped set up two addtional lines on my account. Helped me decide on the best phones to match the kids personality, and specific usage. Of course we ended up with accessories, but didn't make us feel pressured or pushy about making the additional purchase. I was already looking into replacing my current bluetooth, and recommended one that would put up last longer talk time. My experience with T-Mobile has been a nightmare right from the start. I had to do online signatures for three different devices and I missed one and was told I now do not qualify for the promotion. So remember at T-Mobile the customer is not right. I've been quoted three different prices for my monthly bill. and told that I have to accept the last quote which is more than the quote from the store where I originally purchase the product.
