i tried to reach the regional manager for the t-mobile's rohnert park location and, i might as well have been asking to speak to our u.s. president. sooo, i'll make it public vs a private complaint: i went into t-mobile last year and i was upset that i couldn't switch out my recently purchased phone, i was a few days past the usual time but we're talking a huge company that can make things right when they want to. the representative was angry with me and honestly i was angry so not pleasant. i didn't swear, yell, but was somewhat condescending in my tone. but, he added a service to my account that not only did i not request or have any use for, i have paid for the service ever since then. i just 'accidentally discovered' while conducting business with them over a different matter. i was working with a male employee. He seemed too smart to do this, but, somehow it happened. so, t-mobile regional manager, an employee has been stealing from me in retaliation by adding services to my account that i never would have requested as i don't use that product. and, sadly, i cannot be more direct publicaly due to the fact that this employee did something illegal and i do not wish to be exposed to further criminal. behavior. so t-mobile customers, check your bills very carefully particularly if you had a problem with anything with t-mobile services or products. i hung on hold for too long (as a "valued customer) hoping to handle this differently. read more

The only person who has been helpful and kind to us is Elijah. All other visits have been met with Extremely rude and unprofessional workers. Raul repeatedly said "let me talk" over me every time I tried to get a word in even though he was done talking. Then said "I'm not talking to you you're not the account holder" even though the account holder is with me and he wasn't letting her speak either. read more

Not sure what's up with T Mobile? I chatted on the phone with an associate and She talked me into upgrading my iPhone. Rosey was her name and she was very sweet. I had just bought an iPad and I had to add a line for it. I currently have a 11+ and the associate on the phone said it would be a good idea to trade it in for a 15 Pro. Over the phone I was told the 15+ would cost 1K and I would get it for $170 with a trade in credit for my 11+. That's a $830 trade in. So I went to this store. By the way they have moved to the other side of the freeway by Chuck E Cheese. The address is wrong on Yelp! Very common I find. So anyhoo I go into this store and there are NO customers just a manger and 4 employees sitting together. Must have been a staff meeting. I ask if They are open and they say YES. I then ask if they have any deals coming up for BLACK FRIDAY. It's a week before Thanksgiving. The manager says he doesn't know yet. So I ask about the trade in deal the associate on the phone told me about. The manager said he would only give me $80 trade in for my perfectly working iPhone 11+ and I would also have to add a third line to do the trade in? I told them I just got a second line for my iPad which by the way. I find out after the fact you cannot make calls to and from the iPad. You can only use it on FaceTime or Skype. My question is why do I need a third line? Which will cost me more per month, when I will only have one phone and no others associated with my account? YES I left the store and will not be coming back. I am not going to quit T-Mobile right yet! I however will never buy a device from them again. I bought my iPhone through T-Mobile and my iPad through Apple. I will only buy from Apple from now on. I am not saying Apple is great. All corporations will attempt to rip you off from my experience. I however will not re join T-Mobile when I do switch. I had issues with Verizon's policies years ago when I was a customer. And I will never give them my business again. Verizon hasn't had my business for almost 20 years now. T Mobile is about to join that list. One more thing I did call T-Mobile about my iPad when I was past hours the night before I spoke to Rosey. And their automated system got smug and then hung up on me. I actually felt like I was treated rude by an automated system. Thanks so much TM! read more

First, not the location. It's T-mobile cell service 100%. I live in Cotati & can't get service in my entire neighborhood. Not even inside my house!!! Have to drive downtown. Can't even call 911! Last month, My daughter--also tmobile--had to drive downtown to call 911 when I fell unconscious on the floor--leaving me there unconscious!! What else could she do? So-- THEY SUCK!!! Can't send a text w images either. Not today--Mother's Day. DO NOT EVER GET T-MOBILE CELL PHONE SERVICE!! CAN U HEAR ME NOW??? Nope. Not if its T-Mobile u can't. I didnt personally deal with this store but my girlfriend went in and described to me a weird and creepy experience about one of the employee at this location. the employee in question she describe to me as the biggest employee there named Raul. My girlfriend went in with her friend and asked about a new phone, simple. She described that he was beating around the bush and not helping her with her question my girlfriend told me he asked "How even old are yall anyway?" (like dog you are at your job) like he was treating her as if she were stupid and he would call her "little girl" and was acting like she didnt know anything. His comments were sexist and disrespectful. he continued teasing her and her friend saying that her friend had an attitude when she was just paitently waiting. My girlfriend reminded him that she was there for a new phone and not to play games. When my girlfriend asked him about phone line plans he told her "dont worry your good" she pryed and asked him how much she would be paying, he said the same thing in response. when my girlfriend recieved her first bill she realized he had put her on the most expensive plan and since the first bill it has not gone down in price. i said to my girlfriend why didnt you turn around and leave she told she just wanted to get her new phone and was starving so she was eager to get this overwith + we had a concert in the city to catch that night. On top of that during the data transfer between the old phone and the new phone he asked to keep my girlfriends old phone "just in case" my girlfriend left with her friend and went to Simmer next door for food and killed time when she was walking back she saw the employee through the window of the store swiping quickly up on my girlfriends old phone. she could tell it was her old phone because she could see a polaroid photo of Me and Her on the back of it, the new phone wouldnt have had the chance for her to decorate it. Now we are uncomfortable not knowing what he had access to in the time that she had left him with her phone. she said she went through her photos to make sure nothing she didnt want him to see was there but in mine and her messages there is stil plenty there we didnt want him to see and no idea if he did or if he downloaded images or did anything weird. Personally i am pretty upset and i would deal with Raul myself if i didnt care about my life and where its going, but seeing how Raul doesnt care about his own, i think its time someone should consider taking a look at Raul and into his character before something extremley bad happens read more

My friend had an LG phone that had slowed down to a crawl and almost useless. He brought it in and showed it to a young man at the counter named Elijah. Rather than try to sell my friend a new phone, Elijah patiently explained that there were a lot of junk apps on the phone. He took the time to delete most of them and clean up the phone. After that it worked perfectly. Kudos to Elijah. Great customer service! This will be our go-to place if we have any further cell phone needs. read more

Went in a few weeks ago when the iPhone 8 first came out and they were really helpful and dealt with me coming back a few times. I was very indecisive about the phone and finally made a choice. We went in there and dealt with Malcom their manager. He was by far the worst manager I've ever dealt with in customer service and would never go back to that store as he was trying to collect money without providing a recipe. Hw said the printer was done and wouldn't be able to. After we left a few minutes later we seen a few customers were coming out with recipes. It defiantly looks like Malcom who is a manager is pocketing cash payments and very shady. Stay away from this store. read more

I purchased a Hotspot from T-Mobile online. After receiving the unit I set it up and found it to be so slow I was not able to use it for anything at all. I went through tech support several times, replaced the sim card twice at the local store, finally returned the unit and got it replaced with another one. That unit was no better, after weeks of hassle with them I found out from a technician that I would never get performance from my location and I should return the unit. I did. Then after I shipped it back, they somehow were not able to locate it. After much hassle they did find it after I told them I had a receipt and it was delivered to them. They told me that I would not be charged, but I was. Then I later found out I was past their grace period and had to pay $440. I filed a complaint which never got a response. I called again and again. They said they would submit a detailed investigation, and remove the charges. I did finally get a response from them a bill for $440 and I now have 10 days to comply or it will go to collections. What a horrible company to deal with. I'd love to be the one to put them out of business before they do more harm to others. read more

I was a T-Mobile customer but unable to get coverage in several locations, so I decided to switch to Verizon. T-Mobile had problems unlocking two iPhone 8 and so my service was disconnected on June 6, but was unable to connect the locked phones, causing my son to be without phone service in Paradise where he worked cleaning up the fire. I went into the RP store at 10 am to get help getting the phones unlocked. The employee tried to help, by calling corporate tech support and even Apple. At 10:30 another employee walked into the store, signed on to the computer and walked out! He returned at 11, asked the person helping me what was going on, and then told me, " I am the store manager, and you are no longer a customer! We are a third party store and can not help you. You need to figure this out yourself" unbelievable!, do you realize the manager logs into the time system and then leaves? That is payroll fraud and you should look into it.
