If you're looking for a new phone, make sure you get help from a guy named Danny. He's the really tall Hispanic man. This guy knows what hes doing. I went in to get a Note and a s9 for my dad. He walked us throughout the whole process and literally spent over an hour and a half helping us. He also installed the glass protectors on our phone flawlessly (no bubbles). His customer service was phenomenal and hes very well versed in all the phones that they carry. I'll be back in a few days to get a phone for my mom.. 5 stars and great employee. read more

We came in to this store to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we first walked in, one employee was helping a customer, and two employees were chatting behind the register. We wandered around the store for a while, and when I finally stared at the two, the girl broke off the conversation and came over. When we told her why we came in, instead of asking why we were switching, or talking about the various plans, she took one of our phones and started inspecting it for trade-in value. She then announced very loudly that it had water damage (it didn't). She was rude, loud, abrasive, and we took our phone and left. A few days later, we went to the T-Mobile store on Boughton Rd. and were treated like valued customers. What a difference! Since they work on commission, I'd recommend NOT leaving your money at this store. read more
