Highly don't recommend store 1SPY - 1 star I visited this T-Mobile location because my phone has a cracked screen and I wanted information about upgrading my device.Navid checked me in and told me he would call or text me within 15 minutes, so I waited at the Starbucks next door. After more than 20 minutes with no call or text, I returned to the store only to find other customers being helped ahead of me. As I walked back in, I overheard Navid say, "I think he's just here for an insurance claim," followed by what I perceived as a smirk. That immediately made me feel as though my reason for visiting made me less important than other customers. When I asked for his name, his attitude only reinforced that impression. I spoke with the manager, Michelle, but instead of acknowledging my experience, I felt my concerns were quickly dismissed. A customer's perception matters, and this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. T-Mobile is a national brand that promotes exceptional customer service. My experience at this location did not reflect those standards. Every customer deserves the same level of professionalism and respect, whether they're purchasing a new phone, upgrading, or filing an insurance claim. It's a super solid location. Wasn't expecting it to be as busy as it was. There was about 10 people in here on a Tuesday at 2pm during the rain. I came in to only grab my T-Mobile Tuesday free gift but ended up chatting about new products. It didn't feel pushy or salesy which is always a huge turn off. I got to think about ways I can integrate technology into my life without it feeling too draining or over connected. Shoutout to the staff there to help me engage in this thinking. Store is clean. I hate phone companies, all of them. From false promises to getting hacked to sending me on a wild goose chase to get my phone repaired and ending up at a mall kiosk. So much wasted time and resources (I have literal receipts). That being said it takes only one employee to offset the agony of corporate grift ... Benito, Benito, Benito my dude stepped up at the college area location and expertly and efficiently took care of my phone chicanery in turn alleviating some of my internal angst towards T-Shmobile. Customer service was extremely disappointing. They failed to activate a service I paid for, which I had to resolve myself by calling T-Mobile support. Support ended up activating it remotely and reimbursing me since I was being charged without service. While in-store, another customer was also complaining about issues, so this seems to be a pattern. Initially, I was told I'd receive a $200 credit for the mistake and missed promotion, but they later changed that to just $50 after making me come back in to "figure out what happened." The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The guy that originally helped me I don't recommend getting help from. I can't remember his name. read more

It was that time. Time to trade in our old phones and upgrade to newer ones. Our old phones have done their job for years; but my wife and I were ready for brand new models. The phone battery not holding a charge for too long and not having enough storage were the main reasons to upgrade. We used to have Sprint but now have T-Mobile as our carrier. So we came to the College Avenue location. This location being one of the closer ones to our house. Luckily there was plenty of parking and the crowds were minimal here. The person who helped us was a salesperson named Jessica. Nice and knowledgeable, Jessica got us in and out in no time. She transferred all our info from our old phones to our new ones, installed the screen protectors and put new cases on all of our phones. Jessica rocked. Overall, a great experience. We got exactly what we wanted. Paid a fair price for phones we love. Customer service was excellent. Jessica was amazing. Very happy my wife and I came here. Support local businesses especially the good ones. This T-Mobile location is awesome. Get your phone needs taken care of here. read more

My review is not for this location. It's for the location inside of Sam's Club in the same parking lot. In May we switched our service from AT&T to T-Mobile. We went into our local Sam's Club and a really nice guy named Marco approached us with a big smile and a question about our phone career. It was funny because we had just received our bill from AT&T and I was paying for 6 lines and my bill was over $580 per month and I had just been laid off and had tried to stay with AT&T, but they sucked up my unemployment with their high bills, so Marco came at the exact right time. He told us he could save us with internet and phones, $350, plus they had great offers and promotions going on. So we sat down and that was the beginning of a great relationship between us and our wonderful friend/ rep Marco, who still checks on us from time to time. He's an amazing young man that really takes care of us. Marco, we wish you all of the success in the world. read more

What a waste if time. If you like wait 40 minutes for someone to answer a simple question then this is the place. Horrible management and customer service! When they check you in they should at least see if they could help you quickly and if it is a more complicated process then let you know and have you wait but for something as simple as what type of phone am I eligible for that should be a quick check and then if you purchase the phone have you wait for that and the setup. Worst place to come for service. I have never experience this kind of wait, these associate has no sense of responsibility. This reflected on the company they do not know how to train their associate to be effective and efficient. This is a company to serve the people and if you don't know how to train your associate you will loose your customer quick. I would recommend you replace every single associated in the store and have a better management team to be more effective. I came to ask for an upgrade on my phone and I have to wait for 2 hrs just to get help on a 2 minutes question that is ridiculous. How is it that 2 people came in after me and get help before me. Not a very smart group of associated at this store, they need more discipline and training. If I can rate 0 star I would. Don't come to store, and I repeat do not show up to this store. read more

I was in the neighborhood to pay off my phone and to unlock it. I checked in and was told there was only one person ahead of me, so I decided to wait. The store was full of associates. 2 we're helping customers and 3 of them were just standing around. What I thought was a 15 minute wait became a 40 minute wait. After 20 minutes, I approached an associate to help me, but I was told that another associate will be right with me. When the store started to get filled with 4 other customers after me and another 20 minutes later, an associate decided to help me. I mean, come on, why not get customers in and out of the store. I have trouble finding a T-mobile in my area that has good customer service, so I usually go a bit out of my way to find a decent one. Yesterday I needed to return a phone and for one reason or another I couldn't do the return. One store was out of stock, and the other was about to close. But THIS STORE RIGHT HERE was the worst. I got put on the list to get called up and get helped. I wait about 10mins and get called up, all so the guy that was going to help me, tell me. "We can't take back your phone, it's not our inventory so you would have to go back to the store you originally bought it from". I knew it was bs, but judging by his attitude I didn't want to get served by him anymore anyways. I RUSHED to the next T-Mobile and they said "that's a complete lie, you can return a phone in ANY store" it took 3 stores and all day to return and exchange my phone all because of this store. read more

I bought the phone with you on Friday August 13, 2021 and came back the following week Wednesday to exchange my device because the device was defected! I showed you my phone was lagging with tying and the pictures were skipping. And I came back again and called the Apple to remote thru it and they said it was the device!! I told you I needed an new device! Why would I want to make this up or waste my time going in the store! The device clearly didn't work!!!! SCAM!!! You said it had to do with my screen protector being to thick, so I took your advise and I removed my screen protector and you also mentioned that I didn't have space on my iCloud to delete pictures and videos so I did, well than I bought 200 gb of space and you took the phone to reset it or whatever you said you did! I told you the phone wasn't working properly! I'm so sad, angry and annoyed that I come today and your manger said I was passed my time to exchange it and not to mention you guys were out of stock with this device.. hmmm well I was like well let me get a different device and I'll pay the difference!
