I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. After a week passed, I called for an update and was told my phone had been sent to a different location without anyone ever informing me beforehand. I was then told my phone would be done on Monday and that I would receive a call. No one called. When I followed up, I kept getting told it would be done "soon" even though I had already been told it would be finished. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my phone was still not repaired. When I asked for my phone back, I was told someone had to go pick it up from the other location. I waited for hours at the shop and still did not get my phone. I stayed until closing time and was told the person with my phone was not answering. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. If the repair was beyond what they could handle, I wish they would have told me from the beginning so I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting weeks waiting. To make things even stranger, after I left my review, I received a message offering to pay for a new phone if I removed the review. I will be posting the screenshot so people can make their own decision. My experience was almost 2 weeks of delays, missed callbacks, changing timelines, poor communication, and a phone that was never repaired.

No call during the wait, no warning, no authorization from me. They had installed a higher quality screen -- described as a technician error. I explicitly could not afford this. That is why I agreed to the $49 option in the first place. I did not request an upgrade. I did not authorize a price change. When I declined, I was asked to either wait longer while they reinstalled the original screen or return the next day. I had already waited 90 minutes and had neither the time nor the money for options I never agreed to. The final amount charged was $22.
