We came in about a month ago to trade in my iPhone. We went in about an hour before close, fair enough sorry but that shouldn't put you in a shitty mood. They started off rude, would cut me off and just their overall demeanor was condescending. I brushed it off whatever. I asked them for a pro max to which they gave me a regular iPhone. We didn't realize until after we left the store that they had given me the wrong iPhone. They gave me the standard one. We went back to try to fix the issue today and it's the same gentleman. I let him know nicely about the issue to which he cut me off "but you paid for the 16 it says it right here" and he laughed. The issue isn't about the price it's the fact that we trusted them to do their jobs and to give me the correct phone. If I'm asking for a specific phone I'm trusting that YOU do YOUR job and grabbed the right phone. Overall they were again, rude and condescending this time around. They literally treated me like I was stupid upon arrival. Not to mention due to THEIR MESS UP I now have to go to Apple support to swap the phone. Awesome now I get to waste MORE of my time over these people that didn't care to do their jobs read more

I live in north Scottsdale and 3 closest locations to me are full of useless son of bbb so I wanted to stay away from them. It was an absolute pleasant surprise to have met Andrew in this location. I purchased the new iPhone 14 pro. To be honest I was initially just going to go for the regular iPhone 14 but his enthusiasm and knowledge of the product made me chose the better version of the newest iPhone. Like I told Andrew before, he needs to clone himself and T-Mobile need to do itself a favor and place an Andrew in every store. Every single T-Mobile store is a gigantic pay in the butt with sloths working at every single one of them. Specially the Frank Lloyd location where the customer "disservice" asssssholes don't help you and treat you like a second class citizen. Thank you Andrew!! I hope T-Mobile is treating you well. Update: Finally tracked down the district manager Nicolas Odell who basically said he could offer me a month free service while completely dismissing everything that happened to me. On September 12 I went into the store at Talking Stick and the Manager Francisco Lopez helped me with the purchase of a new iPhone 13 Pro. I had an older iphone and been when Verizon for 25 years with no problems. I spent close to an hour going over the details and promotion of a $700 billing credit that would be posted after two billing cycles that Francisco promised me. He clearly stated no trade in was necessary and this promotion (iphone on us) was in place since the Iphone 14 was going to be released that week. Fast forward two months later I call 611 T-mobile customer service and they show no promotion on my account and that I'd need to go to the store where I purchased the phone. On 11/10 I went into the store and was told that Francisco was no longer at this location so Angela (she was also working when he sold me the phone) called the new manager Patrick Russ who said I'd need to go to Fransico Lopez's new store to get this resolved. Angela also added that SEVERAL of Fransico's customers have come in asking why the credit he promised has not been issued. This is not an isolated case here, he has repeated these 100% fake sales tactics (I was told by Angela) with several customers. I asked your phone number and was denied access by Angela. This morning 11/11 I went to Francisco's new store in Mesa and he said to my face he has no idea what I'm talking about though there's nothing he can do. He also claimed that is old store has never sent over any other customers. I looking to you as the district manager to make this right and give me what I was promised in the hopes that you will resolve this and I won't need to contact any other parties. read more

NEW MANAGEMENT and new sales people are terrific! My old review from years ago was a very bad review. I avoided this store bc of a very bad experience years ago. I really needed to get to a T-Mobile store and this one is close, so I reluctantly called first, and new store manager, Korey, answered. He was very nice and I decided to go in. To my surprise, the visit was everything I would want. The customer service from Andrew and Korey was great! The inside has been remodeled, new management, super nice and helpful. Long time AT&T customer went to check out the T-Mobile 55 plan. Had to wait a few minutes as both representatives were busy. Well worth the wait - Kris was helpful, knowledgable, courteous and went the extra mile. He understand giving up your long time carrier comes with risk. He but my fears to rest and helped with the unlock step, and got us all signed up and on our way in a very short amount of time. I was so excited to have this T-Mobile store come to the Pavilions. But when I had an issue with my phone, they tried to sell me something I didn't need and were very aggressive about it. A man came out from the back and was very rude. I tried to be nice about the situation, giving them an "out" that they made a mistake. The man made it clear that HE was the owner and owned another T-Mobile store...and he was doing me a favor by correcting it. What??? I certainly won't be going back to this particular T-Mobile store. I went to T-Mobile yesterday and switched over from Sprint. I got a Sony Experia phone and went with their 3 GB plan. When I got home I worked out and noticed there was an issue with the phone when I worked out. The sound was extremely faint and I could not hear it well even after choosing optimal sound settings. Also, when I sent and received texts they would not be sent and received correctly and resulted in a few confusing conversations. So, I took the phone back to the store the next day and spoke with the manager Mazen. I told him the issue with the phone and that I wanted to return it. He didn't mention the $50 restocking fee and simply told me the cost was $65 for "sales tax." When I told him that seemed very high and didn't make sense he then told me that they have to charge me $50 to re-stock the phone. I told him I had just bought the phone yesterday and that I returned it because it wasn't working properly and asked him to waive the restocking fee. He said there "was nothing he could do?" and that I would need to pay the fee. So, I essentially had to pay $50 for a broken phone for 1 day. As a new customer from Sprint this put a bad taste in my mouth I would not recommend this store. Customer service is no bueno! read more

Horrible Horrible Experience Switched to T-Mobile from Sprint and had my phone ported over. It kinda worked for about 16 hours. I say kinda because the folks at the store forgot to set the phone up to access LTE and receive MMS messages had to spend nearly an hour with a phone support person to get that to work. After 16 hours my phone quite working saying I had a SIM card error so I went back to the store. After spending about 2 minutes with someone from tech support they insisted my phone was the problem and insisted I needed a new one. I knew I was getting hosed but I desperately needed a phone so I bought a new one and made the mistake of trading in my old one. Despite the fact that I was a new customer, had just paid off my phones on sprint, and had service that lasted less than 24 hours they refused to cut me a break or make any concessions. They insisted "we are a franchise store our hands are tied". They obviously did not care about the financial impact, wasted time, or aggravation caused by my decision to business with them. To make matters worse when I left the store they had neglected to configure the phone to make phone calls so I had to go back. I did more research after I got home and found out there was some Sprint software on the phone I needed to disable but by then it was too late because I had traded in my phone. You would of thought if I could figure it out they could as well but go figure. I then direct messaged T-Mobile on twitter and found the service amazing. They listened, seemed to care about what I had gone through, and seemed interested in keeping me as a happy customer. They were great. I also learned how to tell a company T-Moble store from a franchise. If you go to the store locator any store with a number next to it is a company store. Based on the fact that these folks hid behind the fact that they were a franchise to provide horrible service I will only go to company owned stores in the future. read more

The T-mobile on Indian Bend are con-artists. Brandon who waited on me did not grant me my warranty, and charged me for a new phone, an phone I did not even want or would want. He told me he threw my old phone away the next day after verifying my warranty at the original store where I bought it, and he offered to find me one on Craig's list to replace it. T- Mobile does not throw their phones away, and I hardly think they train their staff to offer phones from Craigs list where mine is obviously going to be sold. They are now listed with the better business bureau. Do not go there, the place even feels eerie!! On the other hand, I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years. They have always been great people, they work with you. The people at the McDowell and Miller Store are very supportive, professional, and they care about your needs. Customer Care made it right for me and believe me...the boys will be under surveillance. read more

Horrible. Went to replace my screen. When replaced my screen color was blue looking not clear at all. I just ignored it understanding that it wouldn't be the exact same as the main manufacturer Glass it originally came with. I placed my protectant screen over it and included a very sturdy case in case of dropping it again. Four days later I happen to drop it and the entire screen shattered from every side. I then realized that the screen was a very cheap type of glass to begin with. I would not suggest getting your screen fixed here unless you want a very cheap used glass that easily brakes and is discolored from the start. I called and asked them if they can do something about it with my warranty and they said unfortunately they cannot help me. Which is very understanding because it was my fault when dropping it. Still the matter of fact is if you're going to pay so much to get a screen replaced it should at least be a very good quality of glass that will last after 2 or more drops. read more

Worst store to go to for anything other than to pay your bill. Hardly ever have new stock. If you try to change your plan or get a new phone they will take forever, that is if they can even do it. They'll tell you their system won't let them do it without even looking all the while a service rep is on the line with you telling you they are able. Don't waste your time here. read more
