Poor offshore Customer support if you Get a rate increase do not talk to them! So after days of phone calls to off shore Customer Confusion they told me to go To the store close by so I asked for an address They said they can't answer that the same As everything I asked before OMG. You can't screenshot conversations or Get text or emails all is blocked. If you call ask for someone that you Can talk through text or emails, words Mean nothing! This location is a franchise and desperately needs to be taken over or closed by T-Mobile corporate... or, alternatively, undergo a SERIOUS overhaul. In the three times I've visited this store, the employees consistently appear lethargic and perform quite poorly during interactions with customers. Mid-way through being "helped" by one of their associates, I wanted so desperately to snap my fingers in their face... "Hey!! Hi. Can you wake up!?" We've also been turned away for a trade-in, which was then subsequently happily accepted by the T-Mobile one town over (and ultimately by Apple). The staff doesn't even bother hiding their laziness. I travel to the next town over if I ever need to go to a T-Mobile location... this store is a disgrace for the T-Mobile brand. read more

Went to this location to up grade my phone and had already spoken with customer service over the phone and they told me that I would be able to get full price on trade in on my old phone 600..and they told me there that who ever told me that .. it was wrong and said the max you could get was only 300.. hmmm!! I thought. And they also said no store carries iPhone 17 in stock.. they said it would have to be ordered!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE ! Went in today to look at apple watches for my granddaughter. Zaharaa was helping us. While Zaharaa was trying to do something on her tablet, she got frustrated and used the sh*t word. When I confronted her about it, she apparently is so used to using curse/slang words that she didn't even realize she had said it (w/ my 13 yr old granddaughter standing right there). I brought it up to the (so called) manager, Travis D., and he started berating me that that's how everyone talks today and that he didn't see anything wrong with using that word. Travis even told me I need to go to another store ! I've turned them in to T-Mobile corporate. It's been escalated up the ladder. Hopefully, they will either get the training they need in sales/service, or better yet, fired. They have no business in the sales/service sector. Again, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !!! I have visited this location multiple times in two weeks and each time I entered No one greeted me. They just looked and went back to what they were doing. I was not given a new receipt when exchanging an accessory to the store. The young African American fellow did not have a pleasant demeanour and seemed to be bother. He had a blank look on his face and barely said a word. Other than that, when helped by they did seem to try to help fix the problem. read more
