I prefer this store over the store closest to my house. Chelsea, the store worker was super helpful. I went to one T Mobile on Stn Mtn Hwy and they immediately denied my phone for trade in due to normal wear and tear however this store and the store manager were great and told me that it met guidelines. Walked in 100% ready to give my daughter an upgrade . Prior to doing so I had questions about my account. As I was on the fence about going to Verizon... Needless to say I was met with poor customer service as A*g****a made it seem like a drag to get me the basic information I needed, her body language was poor and I felt like I was annoying her as she looked to her co worker and rolled her eyes . . When I decided to stop the sale and leave her energy picked right back up. As she went back to talking to her fellow employees . Ok so we got here at 7:30 waited outside the locked door without even being acknowledged for about 10 minutes. We understood that they may have been at capacity and thats why we waited but upon entering the sales woman wore her mask below her nose the entire time and even took it off while she used her mouth to open and eat a mint all while serving a customer. Let me start off this review by saying that I have been with T-Mobile for the better part of 15 years. They are overall affordable, coverage where I need it, and usually really good customer service in store, online and when you call in. Now here's my issue- my husband and I went into the store and upgraded our plan and walked out with 2 new phones. As always, they try and upsell when you get phones. It's a given. Normally, I decline but the employee said if we bought their screen protector, it had lifetime warranty and had free replacements. Since I'm someone who typically keeps their phone for 3+ years, I readily agree. We buy the charging blocks and then my screen protector to take advantage of the discount. Well, after a couple months it's starting to raise up so I walk into another location to get a free replacement only to be told that the lifetime warranty is only the case if you have insurance through T-Mobile. Now the employee knew I had AppleCare because we were talking about it when I declined the higher priced T-Mobile insurance. Never once did she say that I was essentially paying an inflated price for a single product that is honestly no better than what I could buy at 5 below by declining this coverage. I get trying to make sales but can we not be honest? If I can find her name on my paperwork, I will absolutely be updating my review with the information because no one else should fall for the bogus promises just to help her make sales. read more

I went in to get a new phone because mine had water damage. The woman who helped me was very unprofessional and kept singing the rap music that was playing in the store. She tried to tell me that she "had a guy" who could fix my phone and gave me the wrong price to the iphone14 because she wanted me to get that one instead of getting the 13. She also texted on her personal phone non-stop during my phone set up and even answered a personal call on her headphones. It was a very awkward experience and it didn't seem uncommon for any of the employees or manager in the store. I will not be back. read more

If they tell you it can't happen, get a second opinion! So I purchased an unlocked iPhone 8 Plus for my son. A couple days prior, he had broken his iPhone 12 that was on our T-Mobile plan and I was looking for a replacement that was quick. I walked into the store and a woman greeted me. I told her the situation. I handed her the iPhone 8 Plus so she could get serial number from it. She typed the serial number in the "system" and then said she can't activate my phone on T-Mobile or Sprint and said I would need to upgrade. She told me a woman had come in earlier with an iPhone 8 and she had the same issue and had to upgrade. I questioned that answer but she insisted I would have to upgrade to a new phone. I just had to leave because there was nothing else she said they could do. Knowing her answer was wrong I went to another T-mobile (2880 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suwanee, GA 30024) closer to my house. I told them the situation. They said it would be no problem to activate it. They were right. I provided them my account info and they were able to put a new SIM in the phone and activate without issue. Needless to say, this was very frustrating. I am not sure if the woman was ignorant of how to activate the phone and needed better training, was lazy and didn't want to help, or was just attempting to up-sale and failed. Anyways CSRs of that caliber are NOT healthy for the company. They tell customers false information and don't care if you walk out. Sad! read more

Patrilla Johnson the store manager is amazing! She was extremely helpful and did everything she could to help correct a mistake that had been made on behalf of a different store. She got everything fixed and, credits applied and even found additional savings to the contract! She and her team are amazing! My fiancé was so happy he actually hugged her! CSR's at this location are rude and could care less to help a customer. The young man I dealt with turned out to not know t-mobile and their services or was just a liar to make a sale. If you have to use this location, run away screaming. Better yet, use a better provider (at&t, Verizon, Sprint or anyone else) read more
