I had a very unsettling experience at the Verizon near UVM. I went in to get help with a new phone…read moreand even before I could explain the problem, the older man working there, interrupted me and yelled that there would be a restocking fee. He also demanded to know where I had gotten the phone. When I tried to explain that I was an Verizon customer and had gotten an upgrade online, he was unprofessional and abrasive- cutting me off and shoving the box at me over the counter. He would not let me explain what I needed. I left and went to the Verizon in Williston and was helped in a calm and professional manner. The problem was solved within 15 minutes and the Verizon employee in Williston neither yelled, interrupted or shoved the box at me.
