They have all 5 new iPhone 14 models. I bought the maxest fanciest that shoots movies like a Hollywood Director for $1500. Luckily I was shocked to get $400 for my iPhone 7+. It was in pristine condition. It was very complicated to get the iPhone 14 working. I made 4 trips to see Arondo, my T-Mobile guy, but he hooked me up with everything I needed, including AppleCare Support. I have so much Hotspot that I use it to watch movies on my iPad. Their Magenta Plan even has a 55+ discount. T-Mobile and Arondo gave me excellent personalized service and financing options. read more

Walked in with 5 employees behind the desk with a pretty straight forward (long overdue) upgrade request. The employees behind the desk got my husbands phone number and pin while continuing to gossip to each other and completely ignore that we were standing at the desk while one person clicked around on a tablet for ten minutes not informing us of what was going on. We spent a total of 50 minutes in the store and had no help and were more confused than when we entered. We decided to go home and do the upgrade online ourselves as this would be less of a hassle. Super disappointed to see customer service people working these days with a total lack of care, communication, and zero initiative. read more

The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 isnt this store and certainly not Carl Aarons, but T-mobile online help= 1 star... T-mobile online could not do anything for me after hours online as I did not have a phone. I walked into the Tyrone square store to cancel my service after 11 years and ran into Carl Aarons who solved all my issues in about 10 minutes. T-mobile you need this guy to train your social media people as they are awful. read more

I have been a customer of T Mobil for 13 years..4 lines...never paid a bill late..never had an real issues..UNTIL...this past month ( August 2017)... my husband's phone number was ported to Verizon ..by someone with my SSN and rerouted to Verizon with out my knowledge..when I questioned the text message I received from Tmobil about an an account removed ..they said "it was mistake"... OK..fast forward to few days later when husband is trying to buy new phone as his was broken..we were informed of account removal...so after speaking to several non- English speaking operators..I finally got someone to speak English.....they retrieved the phone number back..4 hrs. later..they offered me $100.00 off my bill..I laughed at that..finally got one month's bill paid for ..big whoop..TMobil is a biilion dollar business with no regard to customer trust or loyalty . THis was their fault and they will take no responsibility for it! This was not a review of this store..but a review of on line support and speaking to several supervisors.
