Are you serious????You still want me to pay $300 for NOTHING???? As a favor, the tech offered to disable some of the background programs that seem to slow the older computers down. Yup, speed it up a bit but what he didn't tell me is that it was going to disable my ability to search for documents in my computer. Thank G*d for Google-I fixed it my own self. I was supposed to get a proposal last week for the other work we need done. Still haven't received it. Guess what?? Do you seriously think I am going to have this compnay touch anything my office again??? NOT!!!!! My goto service company for appliances is "Mr. Appliance" in many other cities. I've used this company in general for many MANY years, however, not this particular location/office. I've had exceptional very extremely knowledgeable service for appliances every single time I've called Mr. Appliance in other cities and that was why I felt confident in calling for service from this location. I originally requested service online. I received an email that a tech would be able to service in the morning between the hours of eight and noon then I get a call from their office stating they do not service washer dryer combos. Which is odd because this is the main service that I've had done in various other cities through the same company. However, this office here is unable to service combo units, which doesn't make any sense. Then I called back to ask to speak to someone else, and it was the same lady that had called me and she said the same thing which was the weirdest thing. So I think that if this office can't do something that simple they are either extremely incompetent or just not someone that should be franchising Mr. Appliance in this area. The person on the phone referred me to Michaelson's Appliance Repair of Tampa Bay... even odder. So either the franchise person is incompetent or the ones that run Mr. Appliance in the area is a scam & they refer out. The Google reviews for Michaelson's - place charges a lot so this really all sounds very fishy. I hope the Mr. Appliance executives look into this place.

The panel is fine, but he did find 2 ground wires on the neutral which I thanked him for. I asked him if he would fix the simple problem with the fan control, said he didn't have the part. Universal parts are available for $29 on Amazon, he carried nothing on his truck. After I told him to put my cover back on my panel, he did, then gave me an estimate for $425. This company MAY be a good choice for large projects, but I would never call them for common problems. He was more intersted in selling me work on my panel or a new panel. When I said I would not go ahead with the work (grossly over priced) he then informed me of the $49.95 for the service call. Which I paid and then asked him to leave.

Eventually, I said never mind I got so frustrated that I just ended services completely and went to T-Mobile instead the same day I ended services with this location that I gave my personal information and Social Security, to multiple times over the span of three days. A fraudulent account was opened in my name by these guys. I returned the Apple Watch the next day however they kept the number/account open and proceeded to continue to make multiple charges and Bill month after month. I submitted a police report on these guys. AT&T seems to have no issue with their employees doing this on a regular basis. 3. During one of the three days I spent there a woman came in extremely upset, stating that they never returned her phone and opened an account in her name, and she has been getting billed. My family and I looked at her like she was crazy. However, now I understand and this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I'm not saying AT&T is the worst service however, they are still billing me even knowing I have sent in a police report and that there was a fraudulent account opened in my name. But What I am saying is that these guys are criminals at the store.
