I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

I moved into a house with an older pool and called them to have our liner replaced. Everything was explained to me up front and accounted for, the work was done quickly and professionally. Luis was able to predict all possible scenarios and fix all of our issues. He really wanted to see the job go well and didn't want to nickel and dime us. Our pool needed a lot of work and this company was there to help us every step of the way. We had other issues with different parts of the pool leaking and they were able to fix all of it. Most other companies would have said this was our issue and walked away, but Luis insisted on helping is get to the bottom of all of it. You just don't get service like that anymore. It felt more like a friend helping me get the problems fixed. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

This company is very difficult to get a hold of. They do not return calls. Once you do get a hold…read moreof them, you will have to call them back for a response to your issues. I was referred to this company last year 2024 for a liner install. After the installation I discovered lumps in the bottom of my pool. There was also something sharp sticking out from the bottom of the pool. When they installed the liner they did not apply sand. My pool is over 15 years old. They dug around my pool, made a mess of the dirt and the rocks around my pool and said I had to put it all back and clean it up. I called the company with my complaints about the lumps and the object sticking up from the liner. After some time someone came out to inspect. They took care of the object in the pool. I asked about the lumps in the pool and was told it was the straps, and they would let the office know. I called the office and was told what would have to be done and advised to wait till before closing the pool. I was told it would take at least two days to drain my pool. I explained to Maria that I didn't have what was needed to drain my pool and she said that someone would drop off a stronger pump to drain my pool. NEVER HAPPENED! I called several times after, left messages, and NOTHING! I closed my pool! Opened it this year 2025 and still no results. My pool was still not retaining water. I called and someone finally once again came out and claimed I didn't have the sand filter cap on tight. Pool still was draining water after that. I called the pool company that referred me and was told I had to deal with NJJ. Later the company that referred me to NJJ Pools, after continuing to complain, told me that I need to detect if there was any leaks. And referred me to another company. At that point I didn't feel like I should have spent anymore money. I had no issues with leaks or lumps in my pool before NJJ Pools worked on my pool. I called the owner of the company who referred me to NJJ Pools and explained the entire situation and he did his due diligence to help me. The results were there were no holes in the liner. The discovery was that the water was draining from the skimmer and return. I went to another company to have a new one installed and was told nothing was wrong with the old skimmer and return valve. There were no cracks or holes in the old skimmer or return valve. There was no evidence of water drainage outside of my pool. So the water had to be draining between the wall and liner. I called NJJ and was told the owner stated that my skimmer and return valve issues had nothing to do with the liner and no one was coming out to fix it. Which is not true they had to reattach the skimmer and return valve to the liner after they installed it. I then asked about the lumps in the bottom of my pool and was told, again no one was coming to fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, under any circumstances.

From time of arrival. Took out standing water (about 6") removed leaves form winter cover, removed winter cover, took off old pool liner (30 x 15) put up wall insulation, installed new skimmer and return, combed sand and remove ruts and rough spots, laid a newly purchased base liner, installed new pool liner and filled 1' of water. Ask for Oswaldo. He was great !!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took his time. Use this place if you need their services. Outstanding!!!!
