One of the worst I've ever gotten three nails fell off the next day. The nail tech was rude and you could tell that they didn't know what they were doing. I very rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to because I feel like I just wasted my money here for press on nails I could've bought at Walmart

Came here while on vacation in Austin, wasn't impressed, yea they took me in as I walked in with no wait, they offered a drink, and were pretty friendly. BUT I only came here because of the good ratings, I wish I knew who did the clean nails in the pictures others posted because I wasn't completely happy with mine. If I have to go home and work on my nails it ain't good! Also just a side note to the salon- it is extremely rude to speak in your own language with the other employees and crack up for the entire time you guys have customers in. And this is coming from a person who speaks different languages as well, I always refrain from speaking anything other then English while I'm in public so I don't make others uncomfortable. Made me feel weird as they also passed glances at me after talking to each other. Overall, I'd say keep looking guys I'm sure you can find something better. Austin is full of salons!

I stopped by while I was in Austin for work. Decently priced spot. Most of the staff seemed friendly. Girl didn't like the color I originally had picked which confused me on why they had it. The time definitely took longer than expected. I'd only come back with a lot of time. I also somehow ended up with some shellac on my hand. That wouldn't have been an issue but the girl decided to use a file on my skin before I could even stop her. It's now almost a week later and my skins still healing from being scratched up. The back edge of my nails could have been a bit better along the cuticles to now be sticking up as it grows out.

So upset with my last service here. Was given the wrong color dip and just had it covered over with a streaky gel polish as well as a really poorly done design. Worst of all, I explicitly asked to keep my nail length and just square them off A LITTLE but left with basically nubs. Still ended up paying $100 out the door after expressing my displeasure with the result so I don't see myself coming back.

Good, simple nail shop to come in and get designs! I've been here a handful of times and have always been happy with my nails. They have wine and often frozen adult beverages too which I really appreciate. Yesterday Ty did my nails and they turned out awesome. He added some build to them because they were so short, which really helped the overall aesthetic of what I was going for. He was also very fast which was a plus! Now my nails are all ready for Halloween and match my house decor! :)

THUY IS AMAZING!! she is so friendly and takes her time on each nail which is rare in most salons. i was a regular for 3 years at another salon but after some less than great experiences that last few times, i had to find someone new. i based my decision on the yelp review and everyone raving about thuy. i went in at 6p and so happened to actually get her to be my nail tech. it was great having her friendly chit chat and banter but the best thing about her is that she lets you guide as far as what you want done to your nails. like she said, "you'll see your nails more than I do" and she's right. i can't stop staring at them! read more

Great experience! $28 for classic pedicure which includes massage and all the fixings. $40 for Dip manicure. $10 for eyebrow waxing. I got all fixed up!! Bathroom and back room area isn't very clean but the pedi stations seemed fine. Very nice staff. You can pay with card and add tip, which I always appreciate as I never have cash and hate when I am pressured to pay cash. read more

Still love this place! I've been going for a few years. Very friendly! I have ugly calluses on the bottom of my feet and they make my feet so smooth. I usually get a gel pedicure, sometimes I splurge for Signature pedicure, which is $38 i think. So a signature pedicure and gel polish came out to $51 today. And they offer you a drink, I got a water bottle but I overheard they have (or getting soon) a margarita machine. I love the service, same people each time so it's very consistent! read more

Update! I was sent a message letting me know that Tam is no longer a nail tech. I was offered a discount, which I denied bc it was not that i was unhappy about the salon, I was simply unhappy and warning against Tam. I just moved to Austin and I was really hopeful for this nail salon. They have an amazing color selection and were crazy busy and still able to get me done in about an hour. The lady who did my nails (I didn't catch her name) shaped each nail differently so it looks uneven on both hands. I was really disappointed and likely will not be going back. read more

Twee will do SUCH a good job on your nails. I just recently moved to this area and needed a new tech- I've definitely found my gal! They keep their equipment clean, they play good music and have so many varieties of colors to chose from. Twee is AMAZING at designs- a true artist! She's very creative with her work and even if I don't know what I want she will come up with an idea for me. She's also a really fun girl to get to know and will give you a good laugh. Had the organic pedi. 10/10 would recommend will start coming here on the regular i really enjoyed it. The staff was so nice and they did a great job. They are also very affordable and made me feel comfortable. I even had a margarita. The best one i had so far and thats saying a-lot because i do not like margaritas. read more

I have never tried this nail place before and since I was in the area I thought I would since it had 4.5 stars. The girl who did my pedicure was so nice and cute. I did a polish change also and used an essie polish they had. I saw she had to thin it a little on my finger nails but didn't think too much of it. Then she had to do it again for my toes and unfortunately it was thinned way too much. I got home and it still wasn't dry. I had to do some cleaning and looked down to see everything from my floor had stuck to my toenails. The polish was thinned so much so that it never dried and everything started stinking to it. I have never had this happen anywhere. I know regular polish takes longer to dry but when I looked closer at my toes when I got home I could see how thin the polish was and how off colored it was. I wish I would have just been asked to pick a different color. read more

Very happy! I called ahead because there were 3 of us for pedicures. They said they could take care of us all at once and they did. That doesn't happen often in the beauty industry. The massage chairs are very comfortable and they line the foot baths with plastic for each client. The extra care for cleanliness is appreciated. Amazing work at a reasonable price!!!! Came in for a last minute gel mani I had called and they were waiting for me when I arrived. They did a removal and fresh gel mani for only $28! I'm in love I think I found my new go to nail salon!!! Friendly inviting space and I have to say they gave really friendly service! I will be back for my pedi in a couple weeks! read more

I love T Nails & Spa. I have been going here for about 3 years and am always so pleased with my experience. I typically see Jennifer for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. She's super quick and both last around 3+ weeks. If I ever have a special event like a wedding or trip, Jennifer even helps me find some fun decorations to add in. T Nails & Spa is my favorite!!! They are SO awesome. What I love is they always take their time consulting with me and giving their expert opinions. I'm one of those people who doesn't know what I want but knows what I like. They always help me come up with the perfect plan and I always leave so happy. Mai did mani today! I wanted to try something new. I wanted tortoise shell nails and she totally nailed it!!! She took her time showing me different ways she could do it and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also Jennifer always goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want, never makes me feel like I'm being difficult, (even when I am ha!) and is always willing to redo something if needed (like when I bump my nail on something after she just painted it). I always leave fresh and flawless! The whole team is so kind, friendly, talented, communicative - there is nothing you could want more from your nail salon. I am super thankful to have them. I paid $43 for such crappy work... I have acrylic underneath my nails, the corner of my nails are very sharp and the lady used so much acrylic; that my nails look like blocks.. Last time, I go there. This is more like a $15 dollar job, if that.... read more

I had a great experience! I went in to do my nails at the last minute. I was helped Tweet? (I'm Sorry I'm killing the spelling but she did mentioned it's tweet like tweetie). She was fantastic! Really funny and fast as well. I came to visit from NYC and she was also great at providing me recommendations as far as where to go to eat. I immensely enjoyed the service at this location. Aside from the help of the staff, I also liked that the tools used came in a sealed bag after they cleaned them. Tweet explained they washed them and sealed them up every time for new customers. Which every nail salon is supposed to do, but I'm surprised that they came in a sealed package (which I've never seen before). Would highly recommend. read more

I've been coming here regularly for about a year and love it! I see Jennifer and she make my nails look amazing every tip. I typically do SNS dip with a design and haven't needed to take a break from manicures. My nails have stayed healthy and I can grow them long now. I chose this place based off of Yelp reviews and I was not let down. I came in around their peak hours (after work on a Tuesday) and this place was poppin! They take appointments and I will note that for my next visit. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was well worth it. I asked for an ombre pink to white, which is time consuming and experience necessary. I did not catch my ladies name, but she killed it. She was super funny and very friendly. They were extremely rude to me. I used to go there when I was in high school and used to feel comfortable there.. now when I came in no one greeted me and instead employees just stared at me.. then the man who was doing my nails laughed at me when I asked for powder on my toes. I ended up leaving with out the full set service I'd came in for because they all made me feel awful and out of place. It wasn't like this a couple years ago. My pedicure consisted of me leaving with a big toe bleeding and stinging because the lady sprayed alcohol on it. She also didn't tell me anything after she finished so I sat there thinking she was waiting for my big toe to stop bleeding to do the top coat. Come to find out she's up front laying on the couch. As much as I loved my nails I won't be coming back here read more

I'm new to the Austin area and have been on the lookout for a new nail salon for the past couple of weeks. Yesterday I hopped on Yelp and decided to try this place out based on the reviews and the fact that they're open a little later than most other places. I was not disappointed. I walked in around 6:30 or so and was immediately greeted and informed it would be at least 30 minutes before I could be seen (I had noticed it was busy so I was expecting to wait and this wasn't a problem). It ended up being a little longer than 30 minutes but again, the staff were very friendly and kept me updated so it wasn't an issue. The nail tech I finally sat with was SO SKILLED. The entire process (acrylic fill, filing, painting) only took about half an hour, where in my previous experiences it's been a struggle to get it taken care of in an hour at the very least. I get super sharp stiletto nails, and the shape is absolutely perfect. I will be returning. read more

I got my pedi done by a lady who was really meticulous and did a great job. I'm giving a three star because of my nails. A gentleman did my nails but he just rushed through doing my gel nails. They started peeling around the edges in a couple nails little after a week. My pedi that was regular nail polish is still going strong after three weeks. read more

Whenever I come in I know that my hair is in the best care and she's always going to do what's best for both my style preference, but more important my hair type. Note: I have dark, wavy/frizzy hair that is really reactive to humidity. This shop just gets better and better! I love the way they rearranged everything and did a slight remodeling, more pedicure chairs are being added on. Great service! And of course you cannot forget about their wine. Whats a mani/pedi without it? I live down the street so its very convenience for me. I scheduled an appointment for a pedi and full set on Saturday. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was sat down right away and was offered a complementary drink. Stumbled upon this place because it's close to my house, and I'm so glad I did! Great prices, and everyone here is so friendly. Got a gel manicure and a signature pedicure, which was amazing because it came with paraffin wax! They're fast, efficient, and my nails look so dang pretty!
