So I had a wonderful experience with my first set so I went back for the next set. The previous set was sns done very thinly as requested and they lasted two weeks! I'm sure they would have lasted longer if I wasn't ready to change the color. I chose another sns color out of their hundreds of wonderful options and they did a beautiful job with my natural nails. After a week, I had chipped my nail which was entirely my fault. I came in to get it repaired when I had realized I completely forgot what color I had. I spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out when a couple of the nail artists started to help me and within 15 minutes they found the perfect match! Now I have a perfect set for my brother's wedding tomorrow. They didn't charge me a cent extra but I will definitely be back to tip. Thank y'all ! S51 is now my favorite nail color. read more

Conversation was amazing, I've never been more comfortable! My gel manicure looks great!! So much time and precision went into each nail! I've been growing my eyebrows out for months now, but they were getting out of control. It's really hard to have trust in anyone to touch them. Thuy (Twee) did my nails (fill & color change) PERFECT!!! She took her time & made sure they were exactly how I wanted them to be. Not to mention she is super sweet also! :) I will DEFINITELY be returning & asking for Thuy to do my nails again! Just a little tip: Weekday mornings are the best time to come (Thuy told me) because there's usually no wait & it's not busy. While I was waiting for an appointment the girl is in the first nail spot was taking really loud to her client and ever other word was f*** *shit. So unprofessional. A couple of the techs in there are just ladies kindly doing their job. The rest make it obvious they are talking mess about customers in their language. Being bratty when you ask for a lil something a specific way. They just make up prices. They don't have a menu with set prices. I probably wouldn't have noticed any of this if I didn't have to wait 10 for my appointment to start. I'm not going back a third time. Hands down one of the WORST nail experiences I have had. Got a pedicure and a manicure with the SNS dip at the same time. The technician doing my finger nails ruined the length of my nails when trimming them. He also spilled the hot pink nail powder 3 times on me and the chair. After the first time I asked him to please wait until my pedicure was over then continue with my manicure but didn't listen. After the second time it spilled on me I asked him to please stop and finish later and then AGAIN it spilled on me for the third time and he STILL continued on my nails after I asked that he stopped. After he finished my nails they are so poorly done that they were 2 different colors on one hand. He put the white coat on after the color coat dip which caused the color to change. I finally asked that he take the powder off and I would go elsewhere. Im not the type of person to leave a bad review but I cannot let this go and I would hate anyone else to experience what I did. I went in for a relaxing day to get my nails done and left very disappointed, very frustrated, and with nails looking worse than they did coming in. After she took off my old gel and shaped my nails. She didn't even have me wash my hands which I thought was weird. Want very talkative either, but she was nice. the color looked nothing like what I picked out which was annoying considering I spent 35 not including tip. I am going back to see if the second time around would be better. But I wish she would have at least put lotion on my hands, all she did was put cuticle oil on my hands and told me that I was done. I got both shellac manicure and signature pedicure with shellac here. Honestly the massage for pedi was not that good; I've had way better ones before. But the manicure service saved my day. The girl who did the pattern on my nails was very sweet ad gentle. However, I am not happy about the service attitude here. I noticed I was the only one who didn't receive a complimentary water in a packed room. They didn't even ask if I needed anything. Went to get a mani pedi with my friend who was in town from NYC. We went mid day on a Tuesday so had the place to ourselves. When walking in we awoke someone sleeping on one of the front couches which was kinda a strange start. We chose to get the upgraded pedicure option as it is supposedly a better massage and scrubs and such which is the best part of the pedicure typically in my opinion. Well the dude i got rushed the entire thing and the massage was no good. Then i got my manicure which is where the true 1 star rating comes in. While giving me a manicure i guess he cut my cuticle which i kinda thought maybe happened but we kinda moved on from it. Then. Out of nowhere. HOLY ALCOHOL WIPE. I was like mid talking to my friend and then was in a world of burning pain. So i guess yea he did cut me and then waited a while and then decided to put pure burning alcohol on it without warning. Like WHAT. Then moving on past that came the coloring. I have attached pictures of what it looks like- bad. It also chipped completely in 2 days on most nails. This place is clean, great color selection in gel and regular polish colors (OPI, essie, China Glaze). I forgot to ask my lady's name, but she was so funny and did a great job. I had an amazing experience here! We just moved to the Domain and I have been looking for a good nail place close by as I get regular pedicures. As a treat to myself I also got a shellac manicure. Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. My is absolutely fantastic! I had a friend recommend getting a SNS manicure after having a bad experience last time I got shellac, but they are WAY more expensive. I asked My about it and instead of trying to upsell me, she looked at my nails and told me that shellac would work great for me and that she would do it personally. IT LOOKS AMAZING and it was very reasonably priced. I will be back every few weeks for my pedicures and I'll be sure to treat myself to an amazing manicure more often. read more
