John was awesome! Great variety, delicious food! We've been several times now and it's always a win! Go hungry because it's a lot of food. We always do the hot pot and grill. They customize the soup for me because I like a little spice with a plain soup base. Normally we do seafood and chicken first so we can both eat, then babe goes in with the pork and beef! I don't eat pork or beef but I always have plenty! Just so you're aware the food covered to the table raw, and you cook it. We can eyeball it now but used to set timers (they have the length of time at the table); you'll need your own timer. There's a salad bar with sauce- the good stuff, fruit, desserts, and cooked food if you just can't wait. I'd recommend giving them a try! Ambiance is cool, cute decor, busy movement with people bringing dishes etc. It's a lil Smokey but people are cooking so it's expected. It's clean.

We watched this place for what seemed like forever... And it finally opened! We were excited to have dinner on a weekend night with no wait. No wait is pretty much unheard of when it comes to KBQ! Upon entering we were greeted and seated quickly. The ambiance was pretty much like any other hot pot bbq place. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Of course she was new, but still efficient. Now let's talk about why we're here... the food! They offered an abundance of hot pot ingredients. The menu was as expected with the exception of the rice. It was not Korean short grain rice BUT it was jasmine rice. Don't get me wrong, I like jasmine rice but can we get proper rice when out for Korean food? Maybe, there was a shipment issue... the appetizers were also just ok. The "dessert" and "snack" section was not what I expected either. The overall experience was just OK. I'd give it another try just to see if my experience was a one off. If I do, I'll be sure to update my review.

I always recommend going to places like this if you are eating with people with various tastes. There is always something to cater to anyone and everyone. But let's start with the service! Our waitress was great! She periodically checked on us even though we could've ordered on the iPad. She was also quick to serve us and the whole wait staff was friendly from entering to checkout. The overall vibe is your typical restaurant. It was not too crowded when we arrived and it did not get overly busy by the time we left dinner. Getting back to the food. The selection was decent with some meats, seafood, sides and hot appetizers at the bar. They even had a nice selection of ice cream if you're dining in. I might be very simple but the mozz sticks were pretty good, well seasoned. I did feel like picking through but they even had a seafood boil! The pajeon was also good and the fried donuts were divine with condensed milk drizzled over it !! All of the meat options were great! We opted for both hot pot and bbq. Compared to other ayce spots, the Galbi was well sized. And very flavorful!

This is so bad, I asked them to changed it and it took over 25 minutes

This is definitely one of the very worse if not the worse Korean BBQ restaurant I have ever been to and I have been to countless spots. No one came to the table and check on us, the grill is burnt and no one came changed it although I have asked them multiple times. Everytime the servers would say, ask your waiter... The food quilty is extremely poor, the service is really really really bad sloppy and very slow, I asked them for a spoon and I have to wait for 20 minutes for them to give it to me and It was dirty and really big, so I have to ask another server and I had to wait another 18 minutes to get it, the place is so dirty, sloppy, bad and expensive food and service js extremely bad. I will not come back.. save your money and go somewhere else.

Decided we would try a new spot and we had seen this location when we were in the area previously. We were seated.very quickly.upon entry. Our server was at the table (he was new, but eager and.polite). He explained the process and menu choices. Almost as quickly as the order was placed the food began arriving. Ohh by the way, in addition to the food at the table, they have a food and ice cream bar, self serve. Chicken and vegetable.egg rolls was.pur favorite. Everything was fresh, and pleasantly presented. You prepare the food at the table and season to taste We over ordered not realizing the portion sizes...to say we were.stuffed is an understatement. We arrived a bit before happy hour which allowed us to order happy hour drinks. I purchased a double Basil Hayden...way over priced ($30,00) . I could have bought the bottle at that price....so stick with the basics...ohh and almost three dollars for.seltzer water...they forgot.the requested lime. Overall the visit was enjoyable. The ambiance was good, a place you can take family, a date, kids, or a buds outing We enjoyed the hotpot as well as the cook top food at the table. My favorite...the sstuffed shrimp pot stickers....Definitely a place to take out of town gueat for a night out...

Gees, I this AYCE!! If you are in the Crofton, Bowie, Annapolis, and Gramblis area or you're looking for something to do in Maryland this is the place to go to. We are avid Korean barbecue attendees. We enjoy just about everything on a Korean barbecue menu. Not only does this place have everything you can imagine. The buffet that comes with it is amazing. You have to try the crab legs and the shrimp on the buffet bar. The sauces that come with the buffet or wide variety. My favorite thing is the passion fruit green tea with mango Boba. You definitely need to try it out. You can either get hot pot or barbecue or both. We go with the barbecue because we like to fill up with the meat portions. All of the meat is quality. The size is medium to large and they also serve seafood and vegetables that you can barbecue. The bar is nice. The place is pretty big in size and the tables can fit at least six people. The bbq and k-pot are both round. The service is great as they are checking on you and the bbq to change out. This place Does get busy at night and on the weekend. Yet, there take out side of the restaurant is awesome and quick, aa well. They also serve free popcorn and free ice cream. If you like a good chocolate or strawberry eclair. I love this place since it's opened. I've gone once a month and take any family members or friends, I can when they come to Maryland to this place. Check them out!!

The Aux cord holder was on point Mother's Day. The noise level was moderate. Thanks to Big_schlims on Instagram's review this establishment came across my feed. He did not disappoint and neither did the TPot Staff My overall experience was Efficient!! I love a good efficient restaurant. The staff understood the assignment of getting us seated quickly and informing us of how to properly cook the meat and make the soup. Everything is all you can eat within a 2 hour window. The appetizers are available in the back next to the spice and season station. We enjoyed all the meats beef and chicken bulgogi, lamb, garlic shrimp, meatballs My party of two enjoy the Korean barbecue and hot pot options. I definitely would go again.

As a whole, this was a great experience. I was delighted with the boba options, ramen, and Korean BBQ. The Meat options were top-tier. Several seasoned beef options, nice whole steak. The seafood was good, and the hot pot options were delicious. It is hard to enjoy everything they offer if you choose both options; I suggest getting one per visit as it is customary for everyone in the party to partake of the same dining selections. One thing that sets this place apart is their appetizer selection. They are going above and beyond, not just with the quantity of options but also quality. Flavors were flavoring. Service was outstanding. Prompt and courteous. There was a wait time to be seated, which was understandable for a Friday night, but nothing too crazy. The tables were cleaned promptly. The whole environment was vibbing. I can see this really being a spot once the bar is open

Good location but nowhere close to kpot's taste
    Jom S.

We'll .....we gave it another try, after a year i think they improved on service and cleanliness :-) they have better and more choices with their Boba, but the sauces? And there yet still the same there's not a lot of type of meat option, the Korean dipping sauce is still missing bulgogi doesn't taste like it, it's just meat with a sweetness into it with a bit of something, self serve ingredients is gone but that's OK just the meat and the sauces... kpot still worth the drive for a quick bbq

    Marisa E.

The service we received was great! The meats also tasted pretty fresh and absolutely loved what they had to offer. I believe it was $30pp for just the hot pot. In my opinion it's pretty pricey but it is the typical rate in the area. I got the tom yum broth and my husband got the miso. Neither of us were really impressed as it lacked flavor (hence the minus 1 star). Luckily there was a sauce station where we just dipped our meats in.

    Soft opening Feb. 2, 2024!

So glad to finally have a Korean BBQ place that also boasts an hot-pot experience, too! I'm not sure if that's being overly ambitious, though... time will tell. We went during their soft opening, so it's very hard to gauge the experience off of the opening week. But, it was not without many positives. The negatives, eh... hard to tell right now. Positive: * The food was good, with some tasty bulgogi options (beef, chicken, pork), with both spicy and regular. Their cuts were fairly typical for a Korean BBQ, but they also had lamb (not used to seeing that!) and more seafood options than I'm used to. * The flavors were good! The marinated bulgogi was particularly noteworthy. The non-marinated options, though, definitely benefit from a sauce or two. We had to ask for sesame oil from the server (which was odd) and you basically get your own sauces from a mini-buffet. Odd, but not really a problem. * We only tried the BBQ, as we weren't sure about the hot-pot yet, but we definitely did not leave hungry! They kept the meat coming, and their pacing kept up with ours! * Angie was a wonderful server! * The entire staff seemed to be acting in concert, which was also very helpful. Drink refills came quickly, the staff kept the grill cleaned by replacing the tops when they were too charred, and it was honestly pretty well moving for a place that hadn't been open but a week! * This joint is spacious! It kind off has to be, owing to the nature of the restaurant, but they certainly had plenty of real estate to work with. Always nice. Negative: * Missing were the traditional side dishes you might expect from a Korean BBQ. They do have kimchi and some sauces for you to grab yourself, but no real selection of other authentic veggies or lettuce or soup... Rice on request, though. * It was $30 per person, which... I guess if you're serving up nonstop meat isn't all that bad. * No time limit, which is actually a bad thing in this case! Because there wasn't a posted limit (that I found), tables didn't turn over as quickly. So, we ended up waiting for 90 minutes for a seat. This was also probably due to the soft opening, though, so that makes sense. * I didn't see any galbi, pork belly, or other traditional meat offerings. Yes, they had three kinds of bulgogi... six if you count the spicy varieties. * The burner wasn't working properly at our table. It took about 10 minutes to get it lit and stay lit. But, I will say, once they figured this out, it didn't go out the entire meal. * I'm a tall guy, admittedly, but the leg space was almost non-existent. The table acts as your grill of course, but that means a lot of space underneath is dedicated to the mechanics of said grill and the many hotpot burners. They weren't set up all the way yet, so that obviously isn't helping. They have an entire to-go section that wasn't operational yet. They also don't have anything set up on the bar yet (maybe waiting on a liquor license still?). So, they still have some work to do, clearly. Overall... the jury is still out, in my opinion. I think this place has a lot of potential, as it is a huge space and has decent food. I'd really like to see where they are after a month, three months, and six months. It should be fun (or at least filling) to watch this place grow into its space over the days ahead!

Hot pot with a group of 10
    Eunice M.

We went here on two separate occasions since opening: once with a group of 10 for hot pot and the other for KBBQ with just two people. Between the two experiences, I'd say the bbq was better. I don't think I would go for both at one sitting. For the price range, it is a little pricey for the area, but the quality of the meat for the price is good. During bbq session, we ordered beef tongue, kalbi, pork belly, steak, lamb, bulgogi, and shu mai appetizer. The sauce bar is not the best I've ever had, but it has the basics if you're willing to mix your own. If you're going for marinated meats, their options are limited. I just make my own sauce at the bar and dip the barbecued meat into it. Note: Service is hit or miss if you have a party bigger than 6. For two people, waiters are awesome and circle back to replenish meat orders quickly and efficiently.

How much is it to dine here? For adults and children.

It was 29.99 for either the BBQ or Hot Pot, and 34.99 for both at the same time. That was opening week though, so prices could change, especially for the weekend.

I must say each visit was FANTASTIC!! With every one getting better than the last. For some reason it is so difficult to find good Pad Thai in Baltimore. Not here though. The have MASTERED the recipe. It wasn't dry with noodles sticking together like most places. It is honestly one of the best Pad Thai's I have ever had. The only complaint I do have is that I paid extra to have shrimp added to my chicken Pad Thai and was only given 3 shrimp! That is definitely an issue. If a customer is willing to pay extra for something please make it worth it. I also do not like the fact that they use brown paper boxes for to go containers/orders. Other than that, everything else was FANTASTIC. The Pad Cellophane was a nice surprise and different from what you typically find at Thai restaurants. The clear cellophane noodles, huge chunks of chicken and cherry tomatoes offering a juicy pop of brightness with each bite is dream worthy. I also love a good Pad See Eew. And again, they got it right. Not too dry and very flavorful. Everything I had on every visit was..."Chef's Kiss." Even down to their desserts. I am not a big sweets person and typically do not order desserts when I go out to eat. But reading the description of each one I just couldn't resist. And yes, they won me over! The Mango Parfait was absolutely delicious. Mango and sweet sticky rice combined with Mango ice cream...simply divine. The Lycee Cheesecake was a pleasant surprise. I forget the name of the other dessert I had, but it was another Mango flavored one and yes, that too was very good. All in all I will definitely return when I am craving good Thai food. I will happily take that one hour round trip ride to get it. If you are in the area or don't mind taking a ride I would definitely recommend you give them a try if you are craving some authentic, delicious Thai food. You will not regret it!!

That in combination with my summer rolls was enough to get me full and not stuffed. - Service. Because there was a small group of us, we asked they provide us separate checks, which they did. They did a good job of keeping track of our orders and our final tabs were accurate. We did not wait a long time for our food, as well. The only thing that took longer than the pho was the crepe that my friend ordered, but it wasn't too long. My group took a while to order, because we were chatty. We also stuck around for some time after finishing our meals. Their staff was great in checking in on us and refilling our water afterwards. Most of the room was couples on lunch dates, plus a group of friends, and later a party of about 7 took over one of the tables. Noise level was mostly moderate, with a quick sprinkle of loud when that bigger group got going, but nothing crazy, still totally fine for a date or a relaxed lunch. My wife ordered the A2 (slices of eye of round steak, well-done flank, and soft tendon). I got the A6 (eye of round steak and soft tendon). The pho was good, the broth had a lot of flavor. I did order extra noodles because while I like the pho here, the portions are a little smaller compared to some other spots we go to. I loaded mine up with bean sprouts, tore up some basil, and let the jalapeños sit in the bowl for a bit for heat. Lately though, I've been more about the chili oil, which they'll bring out if you ask. We also got shrimp summer rolls, which are always a go-to for me when eating pho anywhere. These were fresh, great texture, and the basil really pops. The peanut sauce is one of the best parts. Honestly, I could come here just for the summer rolls and that sauce. I also grabbed a taro smoothie, lightly sweet and creamy, solid choice. Food came out fast, maybe 8 minutes after ordering. Service here is consistently good. The staff is friendly, not pushy at all, and they actually check in on you without hovering. You can always get someone's attention if you need something. They even let a couple move from a table to a booth once one opened up, which I thought was a nice touch. The place itself is very clean, the tables and floors are always well kept. I don't really remember music, but there was a TV on playing college basketball. Overall vibe is relaxed. Parking can be a little tight since it's tucked behind a Rita's and the layout is kind of awkward, but even when it's full you're not walking far, just a compact lot. Price-wise, our total was about $40, but that included an extra summer roll and an extra smoothie. Without the extras, it would've been under $30. My only real critique is portion size for the price, specifically with the pho. It's not a deal breaker, but it's why this isn't my go-to spot when I'm really hungry. I'm a big guy with a big appetite -- my wife would be fine eating here any day of the week. Would I come back? Yeah. The food is good and the service is solid. For me, this is more of a quick lunch spot or a stop when I'm on the move, rather than a full dinner destination. Consistent, reliable, and never a bad choice, just depends on how hungry you are.

Sometimes you just need a bowl of Pho. Grabbed a bowl the other day and I glad I did. It had a good…read morebroth, plenty of meat and tendon in it. This place has plenty of seating, nice environment and good service. I will return when I feel the need for a good bowl of Pho.

We ordered the beef and pork grill combo, and everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The quality of the meats was excellent, and the portions were generous. The waiter literally stands there and grill the meat for you and asking in real time if the meat was cook to our liking. For appetizers, we tried the wings, beef bulgogi japchae, and shrimp tempura. All three were on point and made for a great start to the meal. The japchae had great flavor, the wings were crispy and delicious, and the shrimp tempura was light and perfectly fried. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, even though the restaurant was busy. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with great food and good service. We'll definitely be back the next time we're at Maryland Live
