Came in for a fill in, this was like a speedy express fill in with no cuticle touch up or anything for something I booked an appointment even for. It felt so rushed all because she needed to get to another client. Even my drying only took one session under the uv which was out of the norm. I wasn't asked to wash my hands or anything in between to wash away the excess just brushed off with a brush. No hot towel or anything at the end. Did not feel like a spa experience at all. This place is great, have been coming here for years. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. It's always nice and clean, and is decorated beautifully. They have lots of different colors to choose from. Susan and Mae are great! If you can get an appointment with either of those ladies you'll have a great service. I do think their prices are a little high, but they consistently do good work. read more

Updated review: So my first visit was great! My second visit, I wanted to switch from acrylic to dip and it was just ok. My third visit was ok. My 4th was awful....only my first visit was spot on but once I went to dip.... Not good. The last visit I had a man who was so tough, sloppy and said he could do French with dip... no he cannot. My nails looked awful! And he charged $15 extra for the terrible French look. I'm done. On to find another shop that's reasonable and knows how to do a dip that doesn't lift in 3 days.... read more

I have been coming here for the last few years. Never an issue until recently. The last couple of times I've come, QUENNIE has been the person doing my nails and they have been AWFUL!!! Not only were my nails horrible but she has the WORST ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR imaginable!!!! I am not the one to complain, figured she was having a bad day the first time..but today she had the same horrible disposition. QUENNIE IS THE WORST!! The front desk staff is very quick and efficient. When I arrived for my appointment-I was a few minutes late and they were very accommodating- even helping choose a color. The service was quick and well done. I would recommend this shop every time. read more

I always came here but not i am done. I had an appointment and other people were taken before me and i asked for a full fake set and they gave me a manicure and when i told them about the full fake set the nail tech (Mery) laughed and then told the front desk. The lady working the front desk came over to me and told me that they would still be charging me full price for it for the manicure and the full set which does not make sense since that's what I asked for the beginning. Overall terrible service and how they approach situations like this. Would not recommend. read more

I came to get a pedicure and the tech was awesome. However, after paying $38 for my pedicure. I wanted to change to gel polish because it was taking a long time to dry. And the manger Elaine wanted to charge me $32 extra for them to wipe my polish off and add gel. When it's a $13 up charge. I went in today for a dip manicure, it was a horrible experience and we will not be coming back. The gentlemen performing the service burnt my nails when taking off the previous dip powder (by using the electric grinder too long), then took a top to pry the rest of the dip off my nails, filed my cuticles that caused me to jerk my hand away, my nails are misfiled (some are oval, some are square) and they applied the dip so thin that 5 hours later one chipped when taking my laptop out of my bag. read more

The young lady at the front desk is extremely rude! I have had two different service that both required to be fixed after the fact. I had a dip manicure that looked like it was done by a 5 y/ o. Still I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went bank again, this time for a no chip, that same night my polish had cracked all the way through. So much for no chip. I went the following day to have it done , the gentleman at the front desk on that day was very nice and accommodating. It was fixed without attitude and at no charge. I noticed three other nails were cracked this morning, I went back to have then fixed and the young lady at the desk was so damn rude, she said next the need to be fixed there would be a charge, even though I explained to her I had to come back the very next day. She fixed it and was extremely rude. All though she said it would be no charge. I insisted on paying because I knew it would be my last time there . Moral of the story when I pay as much as I did for their services, I expect to get what I paid for without attitude! Go somewhere else where the attitude and quality of the services are better. Terrible service... every time I get a pedicure the technician rushes through it. The massage is the best part and they spend about 15 seconds on each foot. The girl I had last time had earbuds in the entire time and was watching tv off her phone while she did my nails. I had a dip manicure with a nude color... however, it was glow in the dark... which I most certainly did not want and did not notice until dark/ bedtime that night. Then when I went to my usual place my technician was so puzzled with the job... she had a hard time getting them off with the solution. It was almost like glue coming off my nails.I've tried this place a handful of times now, but I won't be back. Hopefully management can make some changes like not allowing their employees to watch tv on their phones and having more consistency when it comes to services such as spa pedicures so Orland Park doesn't have another vacant building. read more
