Ulee was hesitant to pull the wax off making the experience slow and painful and LEFT wax on me. I called to talk to a manager everyday after this experience, it took them 7 days to get back to me to listen to what happened. The manager named Esmeralda listened to what happened and even admitted the girl who waxed me has been an Asthetician for a while but is newer to the company, I even offered to come and show them pictures I took of the wax left on me (it was a lot and since I had to pull the wax off myself there was blood involved) She made me write an incident report to see what we can do & it took them 11 days to give me $30 of lousy points to use at EWC! Mind you I will never be coming here again after being years of being a consistent customer. The EWC horror stories are absolutely real!

She immediately sat her in the chair next to me and finished the woman before coming back to me. She provided no aloe or compress for my upper lip, and the worst part was my EYEBROWS!!! They were huge, unnatural looking, and completely too dark. I gasped when she held up the mirror. I told her I looked scary. She told me some people like them thick.... I told her that I like fullness, but this wasn't even the shape of my brows and again it was way too dark. She said fine and took some solution and attempted to make them thinner.
