Stopped by at this location for the first time after walking around the outlets. We tried calling first, but we were asked to hold. We waited for 5-7 mins on the phone, and no one answered? So we decided to just order in. We ended up getting popcorn chicken and two drinks! No toppings. The popcorn chicken is made on the spot and it was delicious. My go to drink is elegant rose lady tea. T4 is usually our go to spot, this location was terrible. It took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and a fried tofu. A lot of people were waiting around too for their drinks. They had 3 people working so it wasn't like it was understaffed. The clear pearls in my drink literally tasted like weird plastic, I ended up not even finishing my drink and throwing it away. This T4 location is in the Fallon Gateway plaza. There is plenty of parking in the shared lot, but close parking may be hit or miss on weeknights and weekends because this is a decently busy plaza. Always empty when I stop by and the lights are pretty dim, so you can barely tell they are open at first glance. Not much service either - do not feel inviting or welcoming. Let me start out by saying that I know there is not that much expectations for this boba chain, and I usually only come here for their jasmine tea, as it is lighter than other boba shops, which I like and prefer. My go to order rotation is either their Green Tea with Cream or Jasmine Green Milk Tea - sometimes with their Basil Popcorn Chicken. Usually at this particular location, my drink always turns out a bit off - it depends on who makes the drink that day, so it is a bit inconsistent, which is a shame. I also feel a bit funny / sick afterwards. On my last visit, I ordered a Green Tea with Cream, which they have on their menu, but for some reason, the employee (he most likely is the manager or boss), individually entered everything in their system kind of like a build your own drink, which bumped up the total cost. I noticed on the label when I got the drink that he entered it as honey green tea instead of the jasmine green tea, which the honey tea is a bit more expensive than the jasmine tea, hence the price difference. When I asked him about it, he kept saying oh the drink is jasmine tea with the cream, which is what I wanted, so he basically just charged me for a tea that was more expensive and still gave me the cheaper tea. The only thing was that it didn't seem like the ship was set up to have any sit down guest , so not necessarily a place to chill and do homework as I've seen with other milk team shops .( also I have no idea how accessible this place is to students /kids) My fiancé got the classic rose milk tea with the smaller pearls which were great. Average boba place in the Bay Area! This use to be one of my go to boba shops before new shops started popping up on every block! Parking is easy to find. Plenty of spaces in the plaza. There is no dine in seating and is togo only. Drinks came out pretty fast and the service here was friendly. Came here around 8:30 on a Friday after dinner. The little kiddo wanted boba after ramen. We came by here since it was nearby. We seem to always hunt down the local T4. Haha. We love T4's drink options and food bites. There are some pretty terrible reviews for this location. We had a pretty quick and easy experience. No line and we ordered right away. Our drink order was spot on and did not have any issues. TLDR: An average boba shop - It's a clean spot with nice staff and a couple tables. But there are much nicer shops close by. If you're familiar with T4 this review should be pretty consistent. This location and T4 in general is very consistent with good locations and nice staff but nothing stand out. Unless your getting a quick togo I'd recommend going to one of the many other nearby specialty shops like - Zero& for fruit drinks, Yogst for yogurt drinks, or Happy Lemon/Gong cha for milk tea. read more

This T4 is located in a pretty large shopping plaza, but sort of in a weird part of the plaza, as it's nestled into a corner lot of its own within the plaza, so you will have to find that particular area as the T4 isn't in the immediate vision being blocked off by another building in front of it. This T4 is regularly sized, and probably a good spot for larger parties when fully opened inside. I won't go too much into the details of the menu and such since you would typically know what you're getting into when you go to a T4. When we got to this T4, it was "later" in the evening, as it seems like every boba place within 5 miles of this area seemed to have closed early, before 7, and this was really the only boba place that was still open at this time. If you're in the mood for boba here, and won't be done with your dinner until after 7PM, but still craving boba, this is probably the only place in the immediate surrounding that you will be able to take advantage of. One thing that I have always struggled with regarding several T4s is that they always seem to be out of boba well before the store closes. This one however, surprised me by not having that issue. Whether or not it's typical though, I can't speak to that. The drink I got today was the peach green tea. No issues. Tasty peach green tea drink today. The boba was also good. Well it's nothing out of the ordinary, at least it was still well made. All in all, a decent T4, or as decent a T4 can be all things considered. I do wish they gave me a bit more boba with my drink, as I'm not sure if they were just trying to portion out their remaining boba, or what resulted in this skimped portion, but just didn't really give me my fix on the actual boba part of my visit. Could be worse though. Price wise, same as all the other T4 spots, and staff was efficient, but disinterested. Anyway, I've been to this T4 quite a few times due to its convenient location and ability to satisfy popcorn chicken cravings. Line is usually pretty short, COVID-precautions seem decent as far as in-line social distancing goes, and orders come out quick. They were out of my friend's original order though, so they had to get something else. Usually that's fine, but I'm noticing that this seems to be a recurring issue after reading some other reviews. Worst T4 location I've ever visited. I live 5 minutes away from the T4 in Dublin. And almost every time I come, it's been a bad experience. This particular time, I tried calling 7 different times in a span of 30 minutes to try to call ahead and put down an order. But every time, the line is busy. I was expecting a super busy store because of the busy phone line. To my surprise, w I eventually walked in the store, it was EMPTY! Empty! With 4 workers behind the counter.
