    Groovy Guava Smoothie
    Dani M.

I was craving a smoothie but wanted something made with fresh fruit and no unhealthy added ingredients. My boyfriend recommended Vitality Bowls, so I decided to try one of their smoothies, and I'm glad I did. While it's a bit expensive (around $11), you can really taste the difference from other smoothie spots- no sorbet or extra sugar, just fresh ingredients. The cashier was also very kind and even brought my smoothie to my table, which was an extra touch that I really appreciated. I got the Groovy Guava smoothie and it was delicious.

As good as it is here, it is very pricey, 2 small bowls came out to $25. I'm also disappointed with the service. Not only is no one behind the counter, the person here doesn't know a lot of things about the place they work at. Ambiance is good. Lots of tables for groups.

I love the Vitality bowl here. The açaí, banana and strawberries portion are generours and filling. It is really tasty too. I feel healthy every time I had that. Avocado toast is fine. I don't like the ingredients' mix. I have better and tastier Avocado toast at The Press in Pleasanton. I highly recommend ordering various Açaí bowls in Vitality bowl. That is their specialty. And I think Vitality bowl deserved a higher rating than 3.1 stars (as of 1/10/2025 Fri).

First time at this location and it was good! I ordered the small Vitality acai bowl and they brought it out pretty quickly. I think it's a bit pricey, but other than that, they had good service and the bowl was good! There's also one restroom, and a huge + free parking lot.

I ordered the Vitality Bowl as a breakfast here with friends! Ingredients were pretty fresh and it was yummy, but the price was kind of steep for the size of and types of ingredients in the bowl. There was plenty of seating, and the workers were pretty nice. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't too bad. Overall it was refreshing, and it would be good as an occasional treat!

The place was clean and the service was good although the bowl I ordered felt like I was eating a smoothie out of a bowl the dragon bowl is awfully

Despite the 3 stars, I really wanted to try vitality bowls and give it a fair shot. There are really no decent places in the Trivalley area for Acai bowls. I ordered the beach bowl and it was extremely underwhelming and the chocolate chips had a stale smell and taste to them. Disappointing!

Showing my history of ordering a lot! I was out of town for 5 days but still ordered 5 within a 14 day window.

I am probably the biggest fan of acai bowls. I have tried this location about 25+ times for the convenience of ordering on the app (closest to my house.) Each order here is at least $30 (2-5 bowls.) Each time in Dublin, the team is rude. At every single location, I order the same exact bowl for myself, M or L Vitality Bowl. I always ask for no bananas and no goji on top but to sub blueberries instead. Not one other store gives me grief over this. I have stopped the auto tipping at this location awhile ago and will only leave a cash tip if my order is correct. After this time, I will not return ever again! The gal only put blueberries on top and told me if I want strawberries (comes with it) that I'd have to pay extra. I asked, will you deduct the amount for the no bananas and no goji berries? She said no and I have to pay for anything additional (strawberries comes with it!) I understand paying additional but when I'm asking for no on 2 items, they should sub for something else at no cost. Or deduct the $1.50x2 for no bananas & no goji. Then I'd be happy to pay for the blueberries. The gal is cute but ruder than everyone else I've encountered here. I'm beyond over this location and will continue to drive out of my way to a place that has nice team members. Here's a picture of today's order that is almost half filled. It's basically the amount that should be in a small! $40 today. I also attached a picture of my order history, you can see in the last 14 days, I've ordered 5 times. This is because I was on vacation for the Labor Day weekend. Otherwise, it would've been 7. The quality is great and I love VB but I absolutely dislike the Dublin location and will never come here again.

    Naked

We just moved to the area and this is a staple for us. Its healtyhy and quick. The food is always good and fast and im very impressed how someone is always cleaning. However, I do think the music is inappropriate. There is usually loud rap music videos on the screen. It's difficult to sit and talk so normally we eat there in silence. The videos is what's really inappropriate. Theres nothing wrong with rap music but the issue is the cursing and naked women in front of children. There's a lot of F words in our 20-30 minute visit. See the pic I took of the video, I had to cover her naked butt.

I door dashed from this location and it was very speedy which i appreciate but when i received my order and opened the lid, there was a worm in the banana right on top of the bowl. Looked just like the worms i feed my gecko....Don't understand how you could miss it!

My few visits to this Vitality Bowls location have been good! I will say the customer service is a bit on the slower side but the employees are always very appreciative of customers waiting. Times I've gone and ordered inside, I'll wait for about 20ish minutes. Definitely wouldn't go if I'm in a rush. The "c me up" is my go to juice. I recommend asking for ice, it's uncomfortably warm if you don't. The vitality bowl is my favorite acai bowl. Pro tip: ask them to blend in and top with peanut butter...game changer! I didn't even realize they have salads, toasts and wraps, I'll have to work my way through the menu! Located in the persimmon shopping center, such a convenient location. Perfect pick me up before or after a long day of shopping!

We've loved coming here…read moresince we moved to Pleasanton 4 years ago but have noticed more frequently they'll just be out of smoothie ingredients here and there and sometimes just ALL ingredients altogether. This has happened 3-4 time in the last 6 months. Random zero operation days that they'll just be closed during advertised hours of operation. Staff used to be much friendlier; most recently we get the inattentive worker with AirPods in that barely acknowledge us. Our latest visit we came around lunchtime with plans to enjoy a refreshing smoothie at Delucci Park. The smoothie was very watered down and almost tasteless... I walked back from the park to see if they would remake it and the door was locked with nobody inside. Something has definitely changed about this place in the last year or so, and unfortunately, not for the better.

For starters, this place is popular! By 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday, it was rushed with runners, farmers market shoppers, cyclists, families, and locals grabbing their morning coffee. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. It has the feel of a moody library or study with a smaller room tucked away in the corner with a few tables for working. I probably wouldn't choose a busy Saturday morning for that purpose since seating was limited, but I could see it being a great weekday workspace. The service was friendly and welcoming. I kept it simple with a cappuccino, which I believe is served as an 8-ounce drink. My boyfriend ordered one of their specialty lattes, the Banana Bread Latte, if I remember correctly and it was frothy and delicious. It looks like they rotate seasonal drink offerings, which gives plenty of reasons to come back and try something new.
