Each time in Dublin, the team is rude. At every single location, I order the same exact bowl for myself, M or L Vitality Bowl. I always ask for no bananas and no goji on top but to sub blueberries instead. Not one other store gives me grief over this. I have stopped the auto tipping at this location awhile ago and will only leave a cash tip if my order is correct. After this time, I will not return ever again! The gal only put blueberries on top and told me if I want strawberries (comes with it) that I'd have to pay extra. I asked, will you deduct the amount for the no bananas and no goji berries? She said no and I have to pay for anything additional (strawberries comes with it!) I understand paying additional but when I'm asking for no on 2 items, they should sub for something else at no cost. Or deduct the $1.50x2 for no bananas & no goji. Then I'd be happy to pay for the blueberries. The gal is cute but ruder than everyone else I've encountered here. I'm beyond over this location and will continue to drive out of my way to a place that has nice team members. Here's a picture of today's order that is almost half filled. We just moved to the area and this is a staple for us. Its healtyhy and quick. The food is always good and fast and im very impressed how someone is always cleaning. However, I do think the music is inappropriate. There is usually loud rap music videos on the screen. It's difficult to sit and talk so normally we eat there in silence. The videos is what's really inappropriate. Theres nothing wrong with rap music but the issue is the cursing and naked women in front of children. There's a lot of F words in our 20-30 minute visit. When me and my friends walked in we were thrilled to get our bowls. Suddenly the employee (a man) emerged from the doors and told us "you must order together". We were a little bit confused as there was nobody else in the store. We asked why and he proceeded to make up a lie and say that the system wasn't working. The location wasn't very clean, the keyboard at the register was filthy, and there were napkins everywhere. The smoothie I ordered took a while to be made, even though I was the only person in the shop, and the drink that typically tastes amazing in the SR location had a 'frost-bitten' taste. There is a lot of potential for this location! It is in a bustling shopping center. I think cleaning the location instead of waiting for customers would be an efficient start. I would come here again if I knew the experience would be more reliable. The base wasn't actually very sweet, but it was balanced with the sweet toppings and honey. I thought it was beautifully displayed and they definitely took the time on presentation. My boyfriend got the Tropical Paradise smoothie and it tasted pretty good. It's packed with a sweet combination of açaí, mango juice, coconut milk, bananas, pineapple, and strawberry. Ah the acai bowl. It sounds so healthy, so refreshing it. I'd like to think it is, seeing as I just spent almost $12 on a "snack" or what's supposed to be a meal replacement. This location is in the nice looking Persimmon Place complex, and located ironically, next to a Habit Burger. Everytime I come in here, Habit likes to tease me by directing the smell of grilled beef and french fry oil to me. But I stand in solidarity! I come to Vitality Bowl to get their...wait for it, vitality bowl. It's base is frozen acai, and has a bunch of bananas, strawberries, granola, and honey. I'm sure I'm missing stuff, but that's the main ingredients. They have a bunch of other stuff, but they contain stuff that I had no idea exists, so I stay away. One day, I'll try them. But if I'm paying $12, I want to guarantee I'll like it. And boy do I like the vitality bowl. It's a great refresher and if you're not that hungry, it can probably make do as a lunch replacement until you get to your dinner hour. You'll feel better about yourself. The bowl is so good. The fruits are fresh, the granola is crunchy, and it has the perfect amount of sweetness. The large is $12 at press time, but I think if you go every now and then, it's worth it.
