It was Friday night and me and my 16 month old were exhausted. Following wife around store to store is not the business. Anyways, as we abandoned mom at the Tommy Hilfiger store, we sneaked into the food court to get a quick bite of whatever my son so desired. He starts pointing at the ice cream from people that were walking past us. So boom, we arrived right at Haagen-Dazs. And man, I'll keep it short, being in the middle of that food court was chaos as it is already. The service was not great, employee did not offer us to try a sample and felt rushed into making a selection. All the employees looked frustrated/irritated. I get it, probably long day, but still, not professional. I ended up getting the smallest size cup of ice cream, don't want to give my son too much sugar this late. Didn't think it was this small though. 7 dollars is what i believed i paid. Very steep. Besides that, it did taste pretty good, my son loved it. This particular Haagen-Dazs is centrally located inside the Livermore outlets food court ( a food court which is not that large as some indoor mall) Reason one minus 1 star its located right in the nucleus of tables and chairs. If you come here on a busy weekend , it's hard to tell which way you place your order. It can definitely test your patience. There are about 3 young teens working here . They are polite and doing their best with the November weekend crowds. The prices here are pretty steep like always. The taste is beyond phenomenal it's something to spoil yourself or treat the kids too. It's just the location is not ideal. read more

I ordered a small sized frozen raspberry lemonade which is one of their limited edition drinks. It was pretty expensive if you get a small ($8), regular size is almost $9. It was good, but the price is not. It's located in the middle of the food court so it was really crowded. People were lining up for ice cream since it was really hot outside. There were three kids two girls and a boy they had a very bad attitude and showed horrible customer service. Today I came into Häagen-Dazs in the livermore outlets, it's located in the middle of the mall inside the food court in a food stand in the middle of that. I came in cause I had downloaded their app where you get a free ice cream for joining their loyalty and another free one for your birthday! Definitely download it and you earn points with every purchase too! There was no line was able to get my free scoop super quickly/easily, I chose to get the cookie dough ice cream flavor which was great! Lots of seating inside the food court and other food places you could grab lunch at. If your shopping here I'd def recommend them for your ice cream fix! read more

One worker makes ice cream at a time while the others do nothing and just laugh and talk. Super slow service. Young workers that are not serious about working. I was craving something fruity and found that they sell smoothies here. The location was just a rectangular space in the center of the food court. It was a little confusing. There's a side you order from and a different side for you to pay, and a corner spot to pay. Perhaps make better clearer signs for that. I visited Haagen-Dazs at the San Francisco Premium Outlets on Sunday, April 24 at 12:17 pm. Raul waited on me and it appeared he was new working at this ice cream shop. A lady was working with him, but she was not helping him AT ALL while he was with me. I asked Raul the price of a mini cup and a small cup and he didn't know and had to ask her. After he rang me up on the register for a mini cup, I showed him the bar code on my HD App, but he didn't know how to scan it for me to get my points for my purchase. I asked the lady at least two or three times to show him how to scan the bar code on my app, but she kept saying he had scanned it even though he didn't. I had to scan the bar code on my receipt to get my points for my purchase. I am rating the customer service 1 star because the lady working with Raul was not willing to help him or scan my app herself when he didn't know how to do it. She acted like she was too busy to help him and therefore she is why I am rating my experience 1 star. read more

I had a single scoop of the peppermint bark, and it was absolutely delightful. The right ratio of peppermint flavor - this is often difficult to achieve, and some places add enough peppermint flavoring till that's all you can taste, is fake flavor. But- not only was the peppermint flavor in the ice cream refreshing, but the ice cream itself was smooth and creamy. I thought I was eating frosting (closest comparison I have) there are also pieces of peppermint bark in this ice cream (hence the name) and the pieces were of high quality- like they were hand mixed in prior to me buying the scoop! Apparently this location has been open a while now, they sure kept it quiet as I only discovered it while locating the restrooms. I stopped by while out shopping and although very tempting to get a giant Sundae I skipped it and just had a little of my shopping companions Milkshake which was really rich and creamy, I forget how decadent Haagen Dazs really was! The stall is located right in the middle of the food court and serve regular scoops, Sundae's and Milkshakes, only one member of staff appeared to be working on a Saturday afternoon and they were not at all busy despite it being 95 degree's outside. read more

This is by far the worst location ever. I ordered a caramel cone shake, after waiting 5 minutes at the counter due to the cashier's lack of attention of her surroundings. When i ordered the shake, she scooped the ice cream is such a careless "dont give a fuck" manner and she just scooped the melted ice cream for my order. After watching her make my order, i noticed how it was basically a chunky watered down milk. I raised my concern and she proceeded to tell me thats how shakes are.... Milkshakes are so good from here, but customer service sucks. Walked up to the counter, and it seemed as I was rudely disrupting a conversation. No greeting, nothing at all. I ordered a coffee milkshake, and so the lady made it, and my boyfriend later on decided he wanted one too. This is a small stand in the middle of the outlet food Court. They have almost a full menu and lots of great flavors of ice cream to choose from. The holiday brings an especially tasty flavor-- peppermint bark!! Haagen Dazs is high quality delicious ice cream with Rich flavors like Belgian chocolate, caramel cone, rum raisin, along with the standard favorites like cookies and cream and vanilla. The sundaes look especially tempting either rocky road, banana split etc! The only (huge) downside is that the line is painfully long and slow because there is only ONE person working! It is also an especially busy day (day after Christmas), but I feel they should staff up for these holidays. This kind of ruins it but otherwise the product itself is yumm:) read more

Thats what happened when i came by the little ice cream stand at the food court, I was looking at every flavor and could not decide Theresa asked if i wanted to taste anything before i made a decision and she was kind enough to give me a couple of samples. Amazing ice cream! I came here with my little cousin because he wanted some ice cream, we came to just look but ended up having one of the best experiences from an ice cream shop! Thanks to Nnkea I experienced flavors of drinks from my hometown all the way to indulging into a different and rich culture of pulling mints to be squeezed for a delicious white mint chocolate chip ice cream!
