The best thing about this place is the cheap prices and the convenience. It's the closest boba place to where I live, plus it's the cheapest boba place that I know. I don't really like most of what's on the menu, and the only thing I really get is the passion fruit royal tea (kinda over the whole milk tea thing and they don't have many fruity teas). I really really tried to like this place. I went two nights in a row in fact to see if things would change, but unfortunately they didn't. The first night I went, there were no customers inside. My partner and I went up to the counter where two girls were counting coins from the tip cup...they didn't even acknowledge us. They just kept counting away and giggling. After a few moments one of the girls asks for my order...being new to all of this I beg and to tell her my order and I asked her a question about what type of jelly they had. I looked at my partner and we both said WOW! For having spent $13 on three drinks...that type of service is NOT ok! The following evening I wanted to try the place out again. The service was a little bit better, but our order got royally messed up. The taro smoothie we ordered was brown...um...taro shouldn't be brown. Although it takes a while to get your order, it's better to order in store rather than placing an order through a phone call. I called t4 and told them my order (I know it was the right location). I waited for 10 minutes until I was fed up and asked the lady what happened to my order. According to her, "She didn't get my order" and I asked her what I should do. Ordered my usual roasted oolong milk tea, but I decided to try the food because I was starving. Ordered the popcorn chicken with rice and wasn't very impressed. The rice portion was huge compared to the amount of chicken they actually give you, and I tried to find soy sauce or something for the plain rice and the only thing available was ketchup or sweet and sour sauce. This is a great place to get a snack! Unlike some places -cough cough- Quickly, the pearls are soft and not too chewy. The Thai Tea with pearls is amazing, as well as the Classical Rose Milk Tea and Panda Milk Tea. Their bathroom is super disgusting. It smells of pee and even more pee! It's like they never cleaned it since the opening. If you like your nose and ability to smell, stay away. Whenever I think back to this, I remember the smell and gag. It was a very traumatic experience for me. I've been in bad, stinky bathrooms before but this is by far the worst one ever. But before I found out about the bathroom, I tried their takoyaki. First, they have the spelling wrong. They spell it as tayaki which is a whole different thing. Anyways, the takoyaki was drowning in super liquidy sauce which makes it soggy. Takoyaki sauce should never be that liquidy. If you like this spot, just please don't use their bathroom. The service here is pretty good, their workers are very friendly, and I always get my drink very fast even though when they're busy. The price are pretty much the same as other boba place. The environment of this place is perfect for hangout. They provided some card game and board games over there.
