I went and purchased an Aisin water pump for a 1jzgte, same part number as a standard 2jz or 2jzgte placed an order and total was $81. I needed it fast, and couldn't wait for shipping. 2 things that bugged me when showed up right off that bat. CASH only and they don't give you the heads up. I asked about possible price matching because ETY would do it for me. "WE DONT OFFER PRICE MATCHING WE ARE A WAREHOUSE." Really? Amazon sells the same one for $58 (made by Aisin), and Driftmotion in Montclair sells it for $62 (couldn't make the drive out today!). Next time I'll stick to getting it online, or making that drive out to Driftmotion. Long gone are the days reliable and friendly customer service of ETY parts in Eagle Rock.

Instead of focusing on fixing my flat tire quickly, the staff kept trying to convince me to do many other services that were not related to the tire problem. It felt like they were more interested in selling extra work than helping with the issue I came in for. From the owner to the staff, the service felt unorganized and unprofessional. I'm really happy I found this place after calling around 5 other auto salvage places trying to find…read morean air filter housing for my 2002 Toyota Camry. Of all the places, I called, this guy was the cheapest and only charged me $40 for the housing cover. Other places were charging more than double, and if I went through a Toyota dealer, I would've paid around $400 just for the parts. Anyway, when I went there, I noticed he also had a repair shop in the back, so I asked him how much he'd charge to install it. He gave me a very, very fair price. He also noticed my air filter sensor was damaged, and even repaired that for a nominal fee. After looking around his yard, he fortunately found one, so I opted to also get that fixed at the same time. Anyway, service was great and prices were more than fair for the parts. He's only had the shop for 5 years, although the shop has been around for a much longer time. If you read bad reviews before the 5 year mark, it probably wasn't this guy. I'm glad I found him and will definitely use him again if I need parts for my 2002 Toyota Camry.
