At the time, I was extremely disappointed and honestly didn't think I would come back. But I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been back to Tabac Plus several times since then, and the experience has completely changed. The service, organization, hospitality, and overall experience have improved tremendously. It's clear that the team took customer feedback seriously and actually made an effort to do better. What I appreciate most is seeing a business take criticism, make changes, and genuinely improve rather than simply responding to a bad review. My recent visits have been great, and the staff have been much more welcoming and attentive. I'm happy to update my original review because I believe businesses deserve recognition when they make real improvements. I would give zero stars if I could. If you offer reservations, respect people's time or don't take them at all. I fell for the fake reviews and obviously they try to delete reviews if it's against them which is sad !!! Freaking scam We made a reservation and arrived right on time, but still had to wait over an hour with no updates. The host said he couldn't make people leave, but during that time, we saw at least 4 or 5 groups without reservations being seated right away -- all of them seemed to be his Turkish friends. That's very disrespectful and unfair to paying customers who booked in advance. If you can't manage reservations properly, don't take so many. I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other places downtown that actually respect their customers and their time. read more

The mezes were delicious, and both the cig kofte rolls and icli kofte were unbelievably good. The desserts were beyond anything I can describe.
