Little late at posting as we were there over a month ago. Got reminded as i am going through my camera roll of food pics. Wonderful restaurant with plenty of tapas style delicious food with live mostly Spanish music on Fridays. Services is always spectacular!

Went to an early dinner at Taberna Ole, a Spanish restaurant in Fort Myers. It is known for its tapas, paella and wine. Last night, we tried their seafood paella. It was delicious and tasty. Their appetizer, croquetas de Jamon Iberico and flan are fine! Hubby loves his Red Sangria here! The wait staff was friendly and accommodating! Over all a good experience at Taberna Ole. Will be back!

Holy smokes, run don't walk to this hidden gem!!! The minute I walked in the vibe was exciting! I couldn't believe this type of space was hidden in a side strip mall off of Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers! I met a couple of friends for dinner and the food was fantastic! My friend and I started out with a glass of wine and a sangria at the bar as we were waiting on another friend. The wine was delicious and the homemade sangria did not disappoint. this is a Spanish tapas restaurant along with other entrées. my friend and I shared the octopus tapas and churrasco steak entree. Our friend had the gulf shrimp tapas dish and we shared a Spanish version of tomato bread. The complementary bread was delicious as well. Our server Diana was lovely as well as the other staff. The photos were taken after we started eating, sorry.

I tried this restaurant today for the first time, with my mom. It was great, great service and delicious food. We had a great time and we'll definitely come back to try the paella. We had the Basque cheesecake and crema catalana for dessers but forgot to take pictures. They were both delicious!

Delicious Spanish dinner here! Ambiance and service were spot on! Very authentic. Even the Spanish bread was remarkable and delicious! Flan and Burnt Spanish cheesecake both delicious and surprisingly light. The cheesecake is crustless, my GF friends!

This place has been on my list for a while now and I'm so glad I finally made it here last night. Cozy little restaurant with nice ambiance and decor and friendly staff. I love the variety of tapas they have while still offering some great options for those looking to have a full entree. Desserts sounded wonderful but unfortunately we had no room left after all the delicious tapas we have had. Wine list is nice with enough variety but I would highly recommend their sangria! Bar seating can be a great choice on the nights with live music as you will have a front row seat. One thing to note, it seems like they automatically add 20% service charge to all bills despite the size of the party (we were a party of 2) so be careful when leaving a tip so you don't leave 40% and double up and what was already charged. Overall, great experience and we will definitely return to this restaurant!

I tried some east coast oysters, with the cost of a half dozen being the highest I have ever paid. The lobster roll, bread was not soft or buttery, and the flavor of the lobster filling was not very good either. At $34 you better knock it out of the park, instead of being only passable. Again the price was about $10 over another local establishment known for their lobster rolls, that are far superior. There was zero atmosphere on a Weds night, no live music, with one other table of four and a few bar flies at the bar. I had three different beers and all of them were flat. The wife had a flat cider. I am not sure what the cost per was, since they do not list it on the beer menu, which I hate. $150 for bad drinks and mediocre bar food. Never again.

Caesar was mid with not much chicken - that one didn't feel good value for money. Waiter did his initial speech, took orders and then fell off face of earth. No refills until asked while getting the check after grabbing his attention (he looked confused about why we needed him). He seemed to be struggling to handle his section. We're not elderly but the music (inside) was a notch too loud. Made it hard to hear the waiter and talking amongst ourselves was annoying. It wasn't "fun loud" - just annoying. Side notes - the booth spelled bad. Like someone had wet themselves. Might be the material. Was gross. Almost left right away. Inside was weirdly humid too. I get we are in Florida but other restaurants seem to have figured it out. Probably won't be back.

We started with the mozzarella and prosciutto appetizer with tomatoes. It was an interesting dish and definitely well executed, though I expected a few more tomatoes on the plate. The prosciutto seemed lightly pan-seared, which gave it a crispy texture that I really enjoyed, and the bread was wonderfully crisp as well. Overall, a solid starter. The main event for me was the Kona-crusted bone-in New York strip, cooked medium. I've had this dish at other Capital Grille locations, and it continues to be one of my favorites. The Kona coffee crust paired with the sauce is such a great flavor combination. The steak itself was a very good cut of meat, tender and not tough at all. I personally would have liked a little more sauce, but I can also understand that the coffee marinade and crust are meant to be the star. For dessert, I had the chocolate espresso cake, and it was excellent. It struck a great balance: rich and decadent without being overly sweet. The service was also excellent. I feel bad that I can't remember our server's name, but he mentioned he was fairly new, around seven months in, and he did a wonderful job. Friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. We even left him a taste of our bottle of wine to help him end his shift on a good note.
