12/6/2023-Went to table 20 tonight with my work team. our bill was as close to $200.00. Thus is normal fir a group of 8 no big deal. was it worth it absolutely NOT. The food was horrible. The menu makes no sense. I wanted to leave just from reading it. We ordered starters . The fish spread, that was strange came with carrots, broccoli, and crackers also apple I think? made no sense. I will say the fish spread was ok . we ordered the fried cauliflower . that came with a blue cheese something sauce. the sauce was horrible. they need to pass on that and give a regular ranch. they try much to hard to out a twist on something that does not need it. the cauliflower was fried good. we also had the wontons.. I don't know what they were thinking? only thing good was the sauce. the meat was horrible and the wrapper is way to thick. After all these bad appetizers I said to myself no way they can mess up my steak I ordered as my main meal. Boy was I wrong. the steak meal that was like $46 bucks. I can't describe how salty it was. I felt like they salted one side thick and tried to use the salt to creat a crust. when I tell you I had to cut the whole top layer off to eat it. thank god they only salted one side. Just to be clear my co workers ordered the salmon the burger the vegetable platter nothing was good. Such a shame the room and the ambience is nice. The owner and chef need to re due the entire menu. I will not be back. Oh one last thing. the popcorn they place at the table! what the hell is that oil you put in it . Please be like normal places and put out some bread and butter! read more

Sadly disappointed in how much this restaurant has changed since it was first established in Cartersville. We did not find any COVID-19 regulations being enforced anywhere in the restaurant. Tables were extremely close to each other which was very concerning. Live music in a restaurant is nice to have, unfortunately it was so loud and overbearing you could not hear or have a conversation. We all found ourselves having to lean in to the table to try and communicate which was both frustrating and difficult. Our friends would come here and refer people to Table 20 for lunch and supper, but we wouldn't recommend it now which is truly a disappointment. read more

We have tried this place 3 times now. First time was quite good. The second time the food was a disaster. So, we left it quite a few months and went for dinner recently and we will not be back. If you are one of the lucky ones you may get a decent dinner/lunch. read more

Hands down the best in Cartersville! My husband and I have been there several times since their opening and have always had a delicious meal and great service! My favorite is the seared ahi tuna. The jasmine rice with the avocado sauce is an amazing combination. I took my mother there for Mother's Day and had the chicken salad sandwich. Another homerun! The music and atmosphere is great, too. You can see the magic taking place at the grill, and everything is so fresh! Seriously have never had a disappointing bite at this restaurant. This is the first time I visited this restaurant. It was wonderful. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu including the wine list. I had the PEI mussels and my guest had the ravioli. First time here. Came to Cartersville for live music by the tracks. One hour wait at another restaurant we wanted to try, so tried this one because they had one table for 2. Seemed like a good choice but it was so unbelievably HOT in there. It felt like it was only a few degrees cooler than the 88 degrees outside. Fried greed tomatoes never arrived. Fried chicken and mashed potatoes was very good. Pork tenderloin was good as well. Just so hard to enjoy with the temperature 80-84 degrees in there. Maybe the tables away from the door were better but I roasted the entire time and that's something coming from the person who is always cold and brings a jacket to all restaurants. This needs to be addressed. Server tried to make better with free dessert but it was so hot I just wanted to leave. read more

We had the Porkorani Grilled Cheese Sandwich (very good, thick pork sandwich with creamy cheese), the Grilled Caesar (surprising good for a simple salad with a distinct grilled flavor and tasty dressing), Scottish Salmon (crispy exterior, moist center, great flavor), Pan Seared Brussel Sprouts (great twist on Brussel Sprouts), and the Blueberry Coffee Cake topped with Ice Cream (nice cinnamon taste, not too sweet, just right). Had the zucchini noodle Primavera. It was amazing. We also had the brisket Philly. The brisket was very tender, roasted peppers were excellent. But the show stopper was the homemade bread and the way they charred it with the provolone. The homemade fries we great, not soggy, and had sea salt. We finished with a pretzel stuffed brownie and homemade whip cream. WOW! The attention to detail in every dish is what makes this place so good. This will become a regular stop! read more

Usually pretty good; not tonight. The drink menu says "ask about our local brews". So I did. "We don't have any" was the response. The waitress greeted my wife and I as guys and continued to refer to us as "guys" through out the meal. I know, referring to a heterosexual couple as "guys" is what 20 somethings do, but I still don't like it. Folks, Y'all, or addressing us individually would be much better. The dish I specifically came to the restaurant for, the bar-b-que chicken mac and cheese is no longer on the menu. It has been replaced with Poblano mac and cheese, a mistake I think. The schnitzel was thin, but perfectly cooked. The crust was not. It was dry, hard, and tasteless. The asian chicken wrap appetizer was as good as always; a real stand out. There are very few good restaurants in Cartersville, and this is usually one of them. Of the half dozen or so times I've eaten there, this is the only time I've been disappointed. read more

Stopped in while in town for my sons basketball tournament. It was busy, but they found a table for one and my waitress was very attentive immediately. The blackberry Mojito, was delicious. I would've like to stay for another, but knew I had an early morning. I had the strawberry salad with Salmon, which was delicious, however the salmon could've used some more seasoning. One of our favorite places to dine in Cartersville. My wife and I dine here several times a month. We often dine at the bar and enjoy the conversation. The staff is great and attentive. We often have several appetizers. The fried green tomatoes are spot on. We love the trout and pork chop. The hangar steak and Ahi tuna are other great choices. You can't go wrong with any item and will not be disappointed. Today we had brunch and tried the Brisket Hash and Eggs Benedict. Went there with a group last weekend. Our same group had gotten together there a month ago and had a great meal. On this visit, it was as if we were in a totally different place! Server brought over popcorn while we surveyed the menu. The popcorn was cold and slightly burnt. Mentioned to server, she replied that everyone else liked it, she picked it up and walked away. Should have known right then what kind of a night we were in for. On my last visit, I had the Pork Chop along with the best 3 Cheese Macaroni I have ever had. While on the way, my wife and I were discussing what we were going to have. She pulled up their menu online. There it was, my favorite choice of the chop and macaroni. It was a 45 minute ride for us, and all I could think of was that dinner! Reviewed the menu and did not see the macaroni listed as a side. Asked server about it. She said they had "changed their menu and deleted it"! Now things were really getting bad! Many of our friends ordered their Burger. At first glance, they were big and looked great. Then when eating, everyone that ordered one complained about them being burnt. Not just overcooked, but charred. A few mentioned to the server, but she made no response and did not even offer to take back! My wife ordered the Blackened Shrimp and Pasta. She said it was delicious. Only problem was, it was served to her at least 5 minutes after the rest of us were served. Thank God for wine and cold popcorn. After finishing our meal, and many who didn't finish due to the food quality we received our check. This was the final insult. Server added 20% gratuity, but did not bother telling anyone, so a few that didn't read the fine print added an additional tip. On top of all of this, many of the checks had errors and had to be pointed out and corrected. I was charged for a beer, and I don't even drink! This is my first post on Yelp and I am sorry it is so lengthy, but it could have been a book! One of my friends at the table mentioned Yelp and posted his negative review while we were still at the table! I am not a critic and normally do not complain about service or a meal, but this time I felt it necessary. It is sad that a restaurant has to lose 10 local customers due to service and food quality. Wife and I were passing through Cartersville on our way to Barnsley Gardens, it was lunchtime, so we quickly reviewed downtown Cartersville restaurants and decided on Table 20. Not a mistake. Very modern, comfortable decor and atmosphere. Location is right in the main area near the train tracks. Great parking all around. Now, this is a lunch review, as the menu is a bit different for dinner. I got the BALT sandwich (bacon, avacado, lettuce, tomato) and it was FANTASTIC! The fries with it were also fresh and delicious. My wife got the fried green tomato sandwich with the side of Brussel sprouts. Both items were great. My only downer (which doesn't ruin the 5 star review) is that their beer selection only included bottled beers as they have none on draft. I'm not a fan of opening a bottle of beer and pouring it into a glass...I want draft! Overall, well worth stopping at for a bite to eat. read more

Wonderful place next to the Mellow Mushroom. Table 20 used to be a Quiznos. The staff is simply amazing! Love the atmosphere, very modern American. The dim lighting is nice, not too dark. The cheeseburger was delicious, it had so much flavor, literally in every bite :) the BBQ sauce on the grilled chicken sandwich is great! Portions are well sized at good and affordable prices. The Brussels sprouts are amazing! My husband is not a fan of them in general but the ones here at Table 20, he loved them. I'll definitely come back to Table 20. read more

Great quaint small town restaurant. Unique and yummy fair. Husband had the Hanger steak and I had the Ahi Tuna for main entree. Started out with the crispy Brussels sprouts. Waiter was super friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was casual and not stuffy. Walked right in and got a table, no wait. Pricing is good, not too expensive. I've been here to eat probably 8-10 times and I HAVE NEVER been disappointed ! Absolutely positively yummy and fresh EVERY SINGLE TIME ! Last night I got the Burger that had bacon and a blueberry cheesy sauce and ooh my goodness , the way the flavors combined and complimented each other was absolutely delicious ! And it was HUGE ! I could only eat half which meant two meals in one for me since I got to take the other half home to eat later ! So yummy ! The atmosphere is cozy and warm ! Can't wait to come back ! read more

Incredibly disappointed with dinner last night. Visit Table 20 2-3 times each year for the last several years. Food was great, as usual, but service was really sad. Arrived at 4:30, no reservations, place was empty. First taken to table right up front, asked if we could get a booth. Told they were taken for reservations and when I asked when they would be filled, was vaguely told sometime within the hour. Turns out this person was the bartender and her attitude permeated the visit. Our server was great, very friendly. We place a bar order which included a glass of wine. Saw our server pick up the wine and could see and hear him question the pour. Bartender confirmed it was "the regular 4 oz pour". I have never been to a restaurant with such small wine pours and high prices at the same time. Based on regular size of wine bottle and the pricing, this means they are making $75 off of a $10-12 bottle. Our server brought the wine over and we told him we agreed the pour was short. He took it back and we could see the look of annoyance on the bartender's face. My mother ordered a plain burger, nothing on it. The burger was great but they brought out a side plate that had some cut onions and a slice of tomato with pepper on it. This was really odd since we specifically said and waiter put in the order that we didn't need anything on it (and even if this was left off, then where was the lettuce??). Fried cauliflower was awesome. Our burgers were awesome but took at least 20 minutes to be served and many other orders came out before ours. Our server could tell we were getting pretty annoyed, came by and apologized several times, we discussed wanting to talk to the manager (who seemed to spend all her time expediting all food but ours and never came out into the dining room to check on things). Our server offered to make things better by doing the next wine pour on his own which was much more reasonable. Later, another server stopped by with another round of wine/beer - except we had not ordered another round. We told her we were happy to take it but didn't want to be charged for it. She said she'd have to check, went back to the bar, and never heard from her again. So guess they just poured out that glass of wine?? When we again complained about the bartender and her attitude, his non-verbal response seemed to confirm she had issues. After food finally arrived, we asked for check and had to wait awhile for that too. I'm not sure if the place is understaffed (it didn't seem to be, plenty of servers around). Oh, and by the way, during our whole visit, there was one open booth (actually, a person who came in just ahead of us was moved into a booth since they needed to clear her table for the evening's entertainment - but that means that booth was never going to be filled with a reservation?!) Server asked again if we wanted to talk to the manager before we left but we decided it would be pointless as she seemed so over her head, not sure what would change. We won't be going back at this point, sorry to say. read more

While sometimes the preparation is hit or miss, the food choices are fresh, healthy, and unique. The real star here is the bar, where cocktails and gorgeously dry martinis are served with style. The ambience is urban, artistic, and slightly trendy---you'll feel like you're in Buckhead instead of Bartow County. Travelers and other out of town guests seem the norm here yet I have spotted plenty of local regulars as well. While I might not put it on my regular rotation I would still bring a more sophisticated guest here for a different for the area experience. read more

Currently, my favorite restaurant in Cartersville. This place has an upscale menu with a laid back atmosphere. The staff has always been awesome, great service has become the expectation anytime my girlfriend and I come here. Though I've had most everything on the menu, I've found nothing bad, I had the wild mushroom ravioli tonight and it was absolutely AWESOME! You absolutely must try the cookie stuffed brownie , by far their best dessert. Just make sure and split it with that someone special, it is rich. I love that this is an independent restaurant, with such good things to offer in our small town. Check it out! read more

I recently found this place out of dumb luck. My wife and I found our self in Cartersville on a weekday, just browsing after a trip to a local business. As it always is, our hardest decision is where to eat. Cartersville had it consistent good restaurants but we wanted something different. We happen upon a group of ppl waiting to get into this small establishment, Table 20. We checked out the menu and knew we needed to try this place. Different and delicious . The only drawback maybe the wait on the food but patience is a virtue often rewarded. The food was AMAZING. Fresh and good. If they could get 0 stars I would have given that to them. We went out originally to go to Mello Mushroom but they are remodeling so we walked next door to Table 20.Nice, clean. Yummy desserts on board. Menu looked OK. We both ordered Cod fish and chips. HUGE SERVINGS! One plate is plenty for two adults unless you are a huge eater. Problem was all but one piece of fish on both of our plates were very undercooked. Not by a little but cool to the touch center. I took a bit and was disgusted by a monthfull of slimey goo. We gave our plates back and left. NASTY! I am not sure when I can eat fish again. Will never return!! read more

Started off with the fried green tomatoes, because I'm now addicted to them. My son ordered the lettuce wraps. We both ate the entire appetizer without sharing. There's something about this geographical location that makes me hungry. For dinner, I had the mushroom filled ravioli with a creamy mushroom sauce that made me want to lick the plate. I suspect there was a lot of butter and heavy cream in that sauce because it was rich and delicious. My son had the burger and said it was good but I was focused on my own so I can't even tell you what it looked like. We were STUFFED, but we're in the South! When our server suggested the upside-down cake made with fresh Georgia peaches, we decided to go for it. The cake was moist and the peaches were juicy. The food at Table 20 was great, but honestly we felt horrible about our decision to keep eating because nobody should ever consume that much food in one sitting. When I look back on my visit to Georgia I will remember this place and rave about it, so mission accomplished... it was worth every calorie. read more

If I could give it "No stars" I would. Last night my wife and I entered Table 20, and stood at the hostess table just inside the door. The woman who was seating customers, the manager I presume, just stared at us. No greeting, or anything like that. My wife said with a smile "is this a stare down?" The woman continued to stare at us, and then I asked if there was anything wrong. She then pointed at the Exit sign above the door. I asked her if she wanted us to leave. It was just too creepy at this point. She looked very angry. My wife told her the stare comment was a joke, but she looked ticked-off. She then, reached for a couple of menu's, and asked us if there was just two of us for dining. I looked at my wife and said "Let's get outta here!" We've never been treated with such rudeness in all the times dining out. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I hosted my husband's birthday party here for 23 people. The restaurant was extremely accommodating to our large group. We had two servers who did an amazing job taking care of everyone. People raved over the salads, flatbread, deviled eggs, and the pork chop and hanger steak was the top favorite of the table. The prices are very reasonable and it was nice to support a local business. A few folks in our party had never been to the restaurant and said they'd be returning. TABLE 20, the cleanest, most sanitary restaurant in all of Bartow County! All A's received by the Department of Health, written up in Atlanta magazine and has already won several awards, one of which is from the "Best 100 Dishes in Atlanta"!! Chef/Owner Chris' dishes are superb, always fresh, with a unique twist. The menu changes seasonally and is only "Farm to Table" goodness. Freshly baked desserts are made daily by Allie, owner, and wife of Chef Chris! They, too, are changed seasonally, incredibly delicious and addicting, making your decision difficult, which is why several desserts are often ordered by each table. Chef Chris and Allie treat their staff with respect and just like "family" which is obvious when you walk through the door. They have a high energy, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff!! Whether you live locally, arevisiting, or are on business, Table 20 will be an enjoyable experience and your "go to" restaurant! read more

This place is great. I visited once and went back a couple of nights later because I'd had such a good experience.
