About a month ago our 8-month old mini Schnauzer mix was very sick. Nonstop throwing up and diarrhea starting in Saturday evening. Come Monday morning, it was time for help. I called a ver clinic a little closer to our home, who will remain unnamed and she said she might be able to get us in at 3 pm that day. When I called Table Mountain they asked how close I was and how soon I could be there. They would get pur puppy in right away. From there moving forward it was a great experience. They kept our little guy overnight and he bounced back amazingly well. Post getting over his virus, they gave us great dietary advice and the vet called us directly to check in on our pup. 5 star place. Great staff who really care and understand the importance of taking care of a sick dog quickly. We'll go there for as long as we live here in Golden. read more

The best veterinary clinic I have ever been to in the three states I've lived in. Thanks to their advice, my 12 year old rescue pup is in great shape. His blood work came back even better than last year. My dog has had behavioral issues due to extreme abuse when he was a puppy and the staff and doctors work so well with him. I had an emergency with him a while ago and they got him right in and eased my fears. Prices are so reasonable which leads me to believe this clinic is more about the pet than about profit. read more

These folks are competent, friendly and efficient. Staff at every level is well-trained. Care is extremely good and there is no pressure - as we've found with others - to buy or use services. If I could give them zero stars I would! This place is horrible! All the workers are running around with their heads cut off! It's always business and they never know what's going on. I have taken my dog there several time and each time I leave wondering why I go back! My last visit I was just picking up a special dog food, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before they even acknowledge that I was waiting.(for something that should have taken 15 minutes max!) once I talked to someone they had no idea what I was even talking about! I was a walk in to Table Mountain Vet Clinic, I went in on Saturday August 12 and revived a quote of $181.93 to have my dog put down, I receive the ashes back and get a clay paw print. I thought that was very reasonable, then when I called back it Tuesday the 15th. To schedule the appointment, they wanted to charge me over $100.00 more for the procedure. I feel that if a place of business is going to give a quote that, regardless if there's a mistake that they should honor the quote!! It's too bad that I have to write comments like this, but I'm happy to do so!! Next time maybe they should honor what services they provide, not taking it out on the consumer, deal with their staff members instead!! read more

WORST Ver clinic I have ever went to!!! The doc lied about what she did to my dog and wasn't going to tell me what happened in the back if I didn't see the blood that was on her foot from poking her with a needle TWICE after tell her I would prefer that not happen!! Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to train my dog to be restrained (she is 4 months!!) When I called the manager about my services she was unapologetic and yelled at me calling me a liar. Then Told me I would have to wait a week before she even talked to the doc since she wasn't back in until then when I told her to wait a week to resolve the problem that was done to me and my dog was ridiculous she then yelled at me again and said "your dog is not dead so it's fine!" When I told her I wanted a refund she yelled again saying that I will not be getting my money back since it does nothing for her and I will not be a client there again. This place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I have NEVER been treated like i or my dog do not matter from a vet before! I never attacked this lady all I wanted was to State my issues about what happened and get it resolved but they were not willing to do that for me at all!!! I would think twice about their practices before ever going to this vet clinic!!! Absolutely disgusted with how they treated my pup and myself!! If I could rate this will NO stars I would!! read more

Dr. Valori was wonderful when treating our dog, Feisty. She determined that it was most likely cancer but we tried a couple of treatments before realizing that Feisty just wasn't going to get better. She was honest and decent and kind. read more

I think we've seen all of the vets at Table Mountain - and they're all really good. We have a 15 year old cat and a 15 year old beagle, and they both get excellent thoughtful care - and as they get older we are seeing more of the vets. Our dog has epilepsy, so we're in every month for his medication and I LOVE the vet techs. The prices are reasonable and I've never felt talked down to or pressured. They provide excellent care and communicate well. We'll be clients there as long as we have pets. read more

Disorganized! It is the only word I can think of. The front staff is soooo disorganized. First, when you call you will be put on hold for a very long time. Then, when you come in, they will loose all of your vet records, and you will have wait until they find them. And when you finally get a room to see a vet, you will wait a very long time. You then wonder if you were forgotten. The sign inside the room says "If you have been waiting longer than 45min, come and talk to us"... After you have been waiting and waiting and waiting... the Dr comes in (Dr. Valorie is very good). But is it worth it? read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Valori is awesome. Her professionalism, knowledge, and care assures me that I have my pet in the right place. She's always open minded and offers me options that I can deal with. I've had quite a few emergencies unfortunately and each time the staff and Dr. Valori have provided excellent care for my pet at reasonable prices. One of my dogs started dragging her back legs and at one point thought I would have to take her to a specialist but Dr. Valori noticed something in 2 parts of the bloodwork that suggested a possible cause. She asked me to try medication for 3 weeks and not to expect anything to happen until after the 3 weeks. Sure enough after 3 weeks, she stopped dragging her back legs! It was a financial and emotional relief. She's still on the medication and is doing fine 2 1/2 years later. read more
