I spent over $200 in ordering meals, snacks, desserts, everything. I placed an order Sunday morning but did not receive my order until Wednesday even though they were advertising on their Facebook page on Sunday "place an order by today to receive your delivery by Monday" I thought no big deal, I'll let it go. About an hour before my order arrives I received a phone call asking if I wanted to purchase another cooler, because "there was so much stuff it all didn't fit" I said no I did not want to pay another $10 for a cooler and I can put my own on my doorstep. Then the food got delivered. I received a phone call from the same woman telling me that there was an issue with the fact I didn't put ice in my cooler (even though I'm home), so the driver didn't know what to do. Instead he placed the bag of food on top of the cardboard box that is being called a cooler by this company. At this point I just laughed. So I brought the food inside and started unpacking everything only to find mistakes. I was missing a buffalo chicken wrap, I was given an extra chicken Parm, my pizza was smushed because it was packed on the bottom of the "cooler" and I had no sides for any of my family meals and I was given a few large meals instead of the medium sized I ordered. I accidentally called after hours so I left a voicemail informing them of the problem. I received a call today and was informed that the the mistakes would be fixed and delivered. No big deal I guess. Then I received my package to find my sides and a sad egg burrito mislabeled as my buffalo wrap. So I called the company back to explain again and was argued with the fact they were different and was credited $6 back. Much healthier than rushing to a fast food joint because there hasn't been enough time in the day to prepare a "real" dinner myself. Love that Sage uses organic and local ingredients as often as possible. Flavors and quality are great and every time we have a delivery waiting for us in our fridge it is like Christmas morning - the whole family rushes to the fridge to find out what goodies are awaiting us.
