I went to get food at this Taco Bell yesternight and some drunk kid rear-ended me after I paid and while I was waiting for food at the drive through window. I went out and demanded his insurance information. He started with "Huh, did I hit you?" went to "Sure, give me a moment." then I was disrespecting him, then it was a rental car and his information is in his normal car. He was all over the place. Meanwhile, the Taco Bell crew gave me the bag of food and proceeded to be very rude and yell at me to get out of the drive through. The kid who hit me told me to call the police. I asked the guy in the drive through window if they had a number for the local police. He told me to call 911 and to move my car. I called 911 and was talking to the police while both the Taco Bell people and other people in the cars were yelling at me to get out of the way quite impolitely and repeatedly. My friend noticed that Taco Bell did not give us the paid for drink. It was given. Much yelling and rudeness later, I moved my car so one more car can get their order while I waited for the cops to arrive, which gave the guy who hit me the opening to drive over the curb and speed out of there before the police got there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And after my friend and I finally got to eat our food much later after talking to the police and such, it turned out that another item was missing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Taco Bell crew then and there was not just rude, unhelpful and honestly jerks, but also incompetent as well. Yelled at me rudely to get out of the way repeatedly after there was a freaking car accident with the other party not yielding any required documents and failed to actually fulfill the paid for order. 32 minutes to get my food order!!! Employees were nice but the restaurant was way understaffed on January 24, 2025. Absolutely unacceptable! People were going crazy! Everyone was complaining and it was completely out of control inside. The drive through was dozens of cars deep! People walking out of the restaurant and trying to back their cars out of the drive through. Food delivery people just leaving the incomplete orders on the counter. People were walking behind the counter to grab their drinks and sauces. It was dirty and unorganized. They were obviously short staffed and should have closed for a while to catch up! I went here for lunch today to the drive thru. You are greeted by AI. It was awful. I asked questions she could not answer and could not get the order correctly. A live employee took over who was absolutely awful. My order was small and easy and it took almost 5 minutes for it to happen. Once at the window the lady employee did not say hi or thank you! Today I went in to the Taco Bell in Agoura Hills ahead of me was this older gentleman had to be at least 75 even 80 years old, sweet man we both stood there within 3 feet of the employees making food not one of them acknowledged us or even walked over... Finally, I leaned over to the gentleman and said wow customer service isn't the same as when we were kids... He chuckled... I just went back to my seat because I just wanted some water... Finally, I walked up and this angry little short dude that was kind of muscular wouldn't even look over and acknowledge me so I finally shouted. Hey can I get a couple of water? He doesn't even look at me. He just keeps working then after a long pause he finally walks over to me doesn't even look at me enhance me a cup of water no here you go. Once upon a time, loved the Agoura Taco Bell, but it has been taken over by the dark side of the machine. No longer can you order at the counter. You must use the "kiosk" or the app. If you want a custom order, it's easier to use the drive thru & talk to a real person, instead of the machine. Taco Bell is my go to for fast food. The problem with this location is the only thing that is consistent is the lack of consistency. There is no such things a layers here. Your bite is going to be one or two of the 4 or 5 ingredients and may even lack the essential ingredient you maybe after. I have attached the picture of a regular crunch wrap supreme. Lacking of any beef. This is the reason I pay extra for extra beef. It really is the only way to get meat in your wrap. read more

I took my first bite and realized I completely forgot it came with creamy jalapeño sauce (which I hate). I went back through the drive thru and ordered the correct way, my card in hand completely expecting to pay for the new one since it was my mistake. They didn't charge me which was so kind. I noticed lately the food seems extra hot and fresh when it comes out so that's a bonus. Had a really bad experience with the then-manager (I don't know if he still works there) a few years ago. While since then they've gotten a makeover, we went today and it's like... too far? Like I don't want to input my own order on a giant tablet. I couldn't figure out which items were on what page (the chips and cheese were not under nachos or sides..... There's a guy who works there probably early 20s and short brown hair who looks like he might have disabilities but he shoves the food into my hand forcefully and it's kind of disturbing how much force he uses. I've seen a lot of sketchy stuff at this Taco Bell and I think people are communicating to him to do it which is inappropriate, especially because I've had to call the police on people so many times for stalking and harassment. After some disappointing Taco Bell experiences in Oxnard I was scared to try more. I'm glad I did. They got it right! My favorite item is the Chalupa Supreme, beef. They made it to perfection. I'm just hoping now that it wasn't a lucky chalupa so I'll have to go back and eat again. If you're wondering whether you have a good chalupa or not, ask yourself these questions. Is your shell warm?
