So I usually go to the Los Arboles location but tonight I went to this location. As my food was bagged and girl at the drive-thru window took the bag back to the guy preparing the food. He went out of sight and after a bit of fiddling, I got my food. As soon as I took the back I noticed cheese and sauce on the outside of the bag. So I decided to look inside and it was a mess. The Mexican pizza box was not shut correctly, crushed and tilted to where it was leaking with cheese and sauce all over the inside. I immediately sent it back and the girl said she'd have it remade. The guy who prepared the food looked at me as if I'm making his life inconvenient. I got my remade and re-bagged food. I literally live 7 mins from this location. When I got home, my burrito was cold and the hard taco was broken and stale. Mexican pizza was overloaded with beans. Taco Bell really isn't cheap anymore and I'd say this location is definitely not worth it. Location looks nice on the outside but I'd rather have better service. Los Arboles location is much much better. read more

This location in Agoura Hills, CA has gone downhill since last time we went here, which was not too long ago. The sauces are now served by request due to Covid even though it wasn't like this even during Covid. I don't like when things are served by request because it would be easier for me to grab what I need. I believe there is new staff that wanted the sauces served by request. Then, I ordered a Blue Raspberry slushie and got a Mountain Dew slushie. They luckily replaced it for free, but poor service at first glance. Ok, so it's only a Taco Bell! Let me explain my "5" star! 1) I like that tbey hire High School kids from the neighborhood! Big PLUS in my book! 2) Everytime we go in the place is always clean. 3) Everytime we go in the cutlery, napkins and sauces are stocked and there are always cups and lids! 4) When we order whether inside or at the drive thru they are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. 5) Our orders have NEVER been wrong! I fucking love Taco Bell. Crunchy taco supreme party packs all to my self all day. Literally better than any high end Mexican restaurant I've ever tried. No one makes it with perfect mix of good taste and fast food cheap taste like they do. The food wasn't bad, however the employees and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The employees were all hanging out, they weren't behind the register. It was also only like 7. I understand that employees would wind down towards the closing hours, but it was 7. I've nearly felt so unwanted in a restaurant in my life. The icing on the cake was leaving the parking lot and getting a nice stink eye from the employees that just went out for their smoke break. Once again the meal at Taco bell was a disaster. We ordered two hard shell tacos with a side of salsa. We also ordered 2 Spicy tostadas. The tacos were repeated three times to Brenda J that we wanted extra cheese. We were charged for the extra cheese which was not there. 8pm on a Saturday and this place was dead. It's rare I see taco bell without a single car in the drivethru where I come from ( haha simi valley). The guy was super nice and read my order back, the food was ready faster than I could pay for it, and my order was correct! The only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is because he even repeated back to me " a side nacho cheese only no chips" and then gave me chips anyway. So happy with the way the changed things up here! It used to be the local hang out spot for all the high school kids / trouble makers from agoura high BUT now it's actually really mellowed out, more of a classy setting rather than grab and go. They put a better sit down area too. But the best part is their employees ! Especially Destinee M. And the manager Abby. Destinee is always smiling and greeting the customers! It was very difficult to find, in fact passed this location twice, but we didn't give up and eventually found It. It's located in a shopping center, no lighted signage and no drive thru. This is not your typical Taco Bell food chain location. We went in and it was quieter than a library, no customers around. We wanted to leave because it seemed a little creepy but we were so hungry that we decided to stay and order. This place was next to the coin laundry that I just washed all of my clothes at. This was a great location. The girl, Kayleigh I think, was awesome! She had such a great attitude and she was helping an older lady figure out the water dispenser when I first came in. You can tell with some people that they will do good and be happy in life and this girl is one of those people! She helped me with the dollar menu, since I'm on a budget, and also warned me that one of the items I purchased may be spicier than I expect. I have been to this Taco Bell location at least 15+ times, and I have been to Taco Bells nationwide hundreds of times (probably not a good thing). This particular location: -Has never gotten my order wrong -Has always had friendly service at the counter -I think they actually make burritos bigger at this one than others, and I like that -It is nice and quiet, good spot for some low key conversation or alone time -It has been very clean every time I was there Cons: -They could probably be a bit faster. Admittedly, sometimes they are slow to fulfill an order. -This TB location is not remodeled, so appears outdated inside. All of the negative reviews on here are from last year and earlier, I think they have had some staff turnover since then and have seen some improvement! read more

To all those who frequently enjoy Taco Bell Restaurants, this location serves as a decent place to pick up your food. The only complaint I would have would be the lingering smell of urine... We had to continually distract ourselves of the overwhelming scent of PP while eating our meal.
