I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I usually have bad luck when visting previous locations, but when I tell you this store was awesome, I mean it. I placed an order through Doordash around 1:50am, and they made my food very quickly, efficiently, and neatly. I tend to order a Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, and I always recieve it soggy, or torn apart, but this store gave me my taco in the most elite condition. Despite having ordered through doordash, none of my food came soggy, which truly shows that these amazing employees put a lot of effort into building the best foundation for my food. I ordered Taco Bell for Lunch since I wanted to try the new Luxe Cravings box that is part of their Decades Limited Menu with a large Mountain Dew. I also got a Green Burrito on the side. My items arrived nice and hot and they were all delicious! My only complaint is on the menu it says the Luxe Cravings drink would come in a Medium sized Decades cup so by getting a Large drink I didn't get the special cup. Wow, what a sorry online order experience. First, they added onions to all four items on the order, when the order clearly stated that only two were to have onions. Next, they did not put nacho cheese sauce on my Crunchwrap Supreme. They made both Crunchwraps the same, but the order stated they were to be prepared differently. Next, the tacos were put in the wrong boxes. Not a big deal, but it shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. This is just not an eatery you would take your family to. My drink had an insect in it (see the attached photo). Also, I ended up with a dish I didn't order ---- and paid an extra $2.00 for it. Labor shortage definitely has compromised customer service. Gentleman started off rushing me for my order. It's midnight and no one else in the drive thru except me. I was told I could only have 3 packets of sauce for a #1, a #10, and the beef nachos. I told the cashier I would be willing to pay extra for extra sauce but he said no. I told him I wanted a refund then because I will not eat my food dry. He then gave me the sauce but came back with a picture of the sign that said only three sauces on his phone as if I didn't believe him. I was rushed at the drive through order station as well. I live three minutes away from this Taco Bell and when I got home, there was no syrup in the pink lemonade so it tasted like water. It's Taco Bell. What can I say? I grew up with and love their tacos. I saw some new things on their menu. But I also grew up with TacoTime in Oregon, which has sadly gone out of business a long time ago. No one will replace them but at least there is taco bell to get some quick tacos. You might try Taco Casa too. I do like their items too. Or you can try Pollo Loco too. All a bit different from taco bell. If you want quick, cheap and average then visit. Pretty nasty. I ordered $30 worth of food and all the Chalupas I ordered were hard as a brick and stale. It was inedible.

I have no one else but myself to blame for continuing to come to this Taco Bell. I guess I think they'll finally do something about the quality of their food. I typically get the number 6, two chalupas and a taco, but for whatever reason they can't seem to give you a fresh chalupa shell. The shell is always overcooked and crumbling in you hands. The ingredients inside the chalupa is always very good. So how hard would it be to get the chalupa shell correct??? I guess to hard, since it never changes. I dont usually review fast food but this will be an exception. We decided to grab some drive thru and head for a park since it was such a beautiful day. Crunchie tacos sounded good so we pulled thru Taco Bell in hopes of a "on the border" fix. Bottom line was who ever was preparing the food litterally threw the tacos and a 7 layer borrito together in an unappetising manner. This is the third time at this location so im not going back. This is the second Taco Bell location I've been to in Texas and again I was disappointed. The first time I had Taco Bell at The Colony, we had soggy tortillas. This time at this Allen located I had the driest tortillas. What the heck? It is a little funny that Taco Bell is TexMex food but it originated in Southern California (where I am from). I never had a problem having Taco Bell there. But the TexMex chain hasn't been good for me here in Texas, which is ironic but funny. Despite all this, I am a lifelong fan of Taco Bell. I enjoy the soft tacos, crunchwraps, and nachos bell grande. For a time I was going through a Fruitista Freeze phase in college, which contributed to my Freshman 15 weight gain. I would give Taco Bell in Texas another try (I kind of have to now that I live here) and hopefully the tortillas are not soggy nor too dry! read more

I ordered meatless options and all my tacos that were supposedly to be meatless had meat. Also, they are pretty stingy on the potato tacos. Putting one potato in and a pound a lettuce in one taco sucks. Just hoping management or someone reads this and other people's comments. There needs to be improvement. The cleanest and well put together bean burritos; nothing oozes out and burrito not falling apart. Have ordered in drive-thru several times and each time, the food is made with utmost care.
