I stopped for breakfast one morning recently, and all I had was $100 bills. I tried to pay, but the manager didn't yet have change for a bill of that size. So they apologized, I already had my drink, offered to return it, but they told me to keep it. Then as I was going to leave hungry, but the manager came to the window, told me to take my food, and bring back the funds when I could, he put his own money in the drawer. I protested, but he told me he wanted me to have my breakfast before I went to work. I was amazed. I'll drive from Redding to bring my family to this Taco bell...as far as I'm concerned, this is the only Taco bell I will ever go to from now on. Highly recommend. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. Day crew is awesome they do a great job but Night crew is just horrible. You might as well eat garbage because that's what they will sell you. After three long days of having a yard sale at my house, I decided to take my granddaughters to Taco Bell for dinner as a treat. When we got there the clerk was very friendly and took our order almost immediately. After he took the order and we were standing there waiting. We waited and waited and waited 10 minutes. Went by another 20 minutes. during this time I noticed one of the cooks dropping a burrito on the floor and then just kicking it with his feet under the counter and around the floor. The other cooks were stepping on the food in the back on the floor and it was just disgusting. One of them could have quickly grabbed the broom and the dustpan and swept it up. But no, they didn't do that. They just continued making other people's meals. I talked to the manager behind the counter and all she had to say to me was oh that guy has an attitude and he's been spoken to. That is a bunch of crap, she should have reprimanded him and made him clean the meth up and then sent him home. It took 40 minutes to get our food and then they missed a couple items that we had paid for. From this day forward I am boycotting the Taco Bell in Anderson, California. Anytime I've gone there as a customer it takes forever and my orders never right I sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes one day to get to the window and for them to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. Worst Taco Bell ever. All sodas in the machine were flat and they were out of ice. The chicken quesadilla tasted like the chicken was expired and immediately gave us a tummy ache.
