I've never had any issues with having cold food, incorrect change, or food poisoning at this location. However, like everyone else said, this Taco Bell takes FOREVER. Almost always have to wait in line for more than 30 mins. The employees are always grouchy and they seem to be painfully understaffed. Yes, the service isn't the best but at the same time, this Taco Bell is always packed inside as well as the drive thru, so they are always very busy, (and understaffed). They def need to hire more people and get some new management though read more

I'm reviewing this Taco Bell location because as long as Taco Bell has offered cinnamon twists, I've NEVER recieved them PLAIN! And by "plain" I mean, with OUT the cinnamon and sugar topping. I ordered 6 bags for the 3 of us to snack on during a 14 HR road trip. What a disappointment it was to reach in the bag 3 hrs later expecting a delicious, sweet treat... Only to find a plain, tasteless rice puff... In ALL 6 BAGS. Great service! Really, im not a guy that cares much to give a review good or bad, but my cashier Jesse E was outstanding. You could tell he wanted to help you, went the extra mile, took heart into just wanting to help me get everything i needed or wanted. Such a nice guy, and happy too, just gave off really good vibes that I wasn't expecting. Literally its a fast food restaurant. He could have showed up to work today and not gave a fuck tbh and I wouldn't even notice because thats the reality of most fast food restaurant employees and its just awesome to see someone who still actually cares to help another person out. And! He even has tattoos on his arms and may get stereotyped in a certain way because of it. Never judge a book by its cover. Every time I go here it's usually a 5-10 min wait which in itself is a sad excuse for somewhere that's labeled fast food, however I'm willing to wait for it most of the time. Today I went there and waited 25 mins at the drive through menu while all but 2 of the cars were serviced ahead of me. I got no indication they would be helping me or any kind of estimated wait time. The time before this I waited 20 mins. Both of these times I have had places to be and have been left frustrated without food. Burger King is clearly a superior place to go to the wait is always about 1 min. My friends and I needed a quick breakfast on our way to Oregon and I half heartedly agreed to eat Taco Bell for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast crunch wrap and it was smaller than my hand.....and I have pretty small hands as it is. Long wait to even place my order and there was only one other car in the line ahead of me. Received half my order and the "bowl" that was supposed to replace the fiesta salad was less than half full and I was charged extra to get beef instead of chicken. Chalupa was missing completely. Like mentioned in other reviews, the drive thru is quite slow. Even at 1:00 in the morning you could be expecting a 20+ minute wait. It's ridiculous how slow it is most of the time. I've never been through the drive thru there in under 10 minutes. The lobby is typically around the same wait time too, perhaps a bit quicker but still quite slow. That being said, the customer service is generally acceptable. I have even had very outgoing kind service there. I have never had an incident where my order was incorrect and they are patient when you're asking for a more complicated order. Also, the food is always up to par with what would be expected for a fast food establishment. So despite the ridiculous amount of waiting that goes into stopping for a quick bite to eat there, the relatively positive customer service and tasty food do keep me going back there on occasion. read more

I ordered through door dash and already submitted this to them. I was anxious as I awaited my order that arrived an hour after they said it would. However, I was thrilled when my eyes laid upon the happiness that must be inside the bag that was placed upon my doorstep. Once the bag was transported the the couch it became apparent that the crispy chicken tacos were missing. The sole reason for my order. I spent my hard earned money on some juicy, fatty, heavenly chicken tacos. This is a sad way to end a night drunkenly watching modern family without the food that I paid for. My black lab is so sad and distraught that he is laying on the couch stress backwards sneezing because he usually get at least a bite or two. My sister and I went thru the taco bell drive thru in Anderson, last night about 9:30- although line was long and it took a while, the service was great- The guy working the window, Zane U, I believe is the name listed on the receipt, was so kind while taking out order, and had a great attitude, and patience, despite the line and our large order- We ordered 16 items, none were missing and Zane seemed to take the extra time to check and was just a pleasurable person. Sometimes you get such cranky fast food service, especially on late night shifts, it was a nice change from what we were expecting. read more

One of the few Taco Bell's in the area open 24-hours, came in handy when I had to be at work at 3am! A little slow on the drive-thru delivery but the staff is always friendly and accomdating. Yay Anderson Taco Bell! I was able to get in and out of your drive through tonight in just under 30 minutes! That's a record! Normally when I come through here it's at least 40 to 45 minutes. I ordered a simple meal and every customer in front of me had to wait at the window even though they had ordered at least 15 minutes prior and their food wasn't ready. These people sure do deserve that $15 an hour that's coming up for them, and I just can't wait for my menu prices to double because these folks think they deserve more money! Now I'm going to finish my review since I've got my food and I can guarantee the guest behind me will be at least 10 minutes before they are honking their horns at me.
