Wow, what a great drive-thru experience! I ordered using the mobile app, which makes everything so easy and when you pull up to the drive-thru, you just need to give them your name and confirm your order is correct. But what made this experience great, wasn't the ease of order, but rather the staff that served me. From the time I pulled in, till the time I drove away, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great greetings, smiles, and you handled the interaction in a way that showed true customer service. At fast food restaurants these days, especially, that is difficult to come by so I think it's important to commend them for treating their customers like they appreciate their business. This is insane! I haven't ordered Taco Bell in more than half a year, but I was craving some really bad. I live less than two minutes away, but I was feeling lazy so I decided to get DoorDash. I will Never order from this place ever again. No one ever answers the phone and everyone in the restaurant acts as if they can't comprehend. I was excited to finally try the cheez it tostado. I added guacamole. As I was eating I felt something in the back of my throat and I almost choked. Reached in my mouth and it was a paper from a straw and it was mixed in my guacamole, that I paid extra for. I understand mistakes happen but some things are just Not Acceptable. I used to work at Taco Bell and never have I seen this before, line worker was making food, came to do the cashiers job up front, then with those same gloves that she exchanged money with, went back and handled food. Ordered 3 Loco Tacos 2 hours later stomach started pounding and punching. 5 hours later drank 8 tablets of Pepto Bismol, no relief, still on pain but worst. 3 hours later the stomach pain is so intense and heavy it gave me chills, tried to wait for it to pass but pain kept getting worse. I had to go to Kaiser Douglas Roseville Emergency Room, doctor recommended do not return to this place ever again. I always liked taco bell, was my favorite fast food place. I really like this Taco Bell, it's truly one of the better ones in the area. I always experience really great and extremely quick customer service. Their employees are great and they don't make you repeat your order 50 times over the speaker which is super important to me because I get anxious when ordering food. I've never had an issue at this Taco Bell. Most of the time I do mobile ordering which is always quick and easy and ready on time. They rarely ever mess up your order and if they do, they'll gladly remake it and they may even give you a free item as well. I'm not sure who the manager is at this Taco Bell but they're doing amazing because i've been to so many beat up Taco Bells and have had terrible experiences at so many of them. You can tell they really care about the cleanliness of the resturaunt and the freshness of the food and the customers as well. It's so difficult to find a fast food resturaunt that is even worth visiting again. But this one definitely has my buisness for life. Great job! read more

This Taco Bell location is one of 5 Taco Bell locations on Watt Avenue. I like this location the best because it has the nicest employees, it's clean, newly remodeled, and in a nice parking lot that's easy to get in and out of. There was only one other person in front of me in the drive thru around 6:00pm on a weekday evening. The employees working the drive thru were really friendly and nice, they made me feel welcome for the time I was there. I ordered my usual; a Bean and Cheese Burrito with No Onions and a Regular Nacho. How can you beat dinner for under $4.00?! The evening I went they were collecting $1.00 for charity and giving away a free taco coupon so I donated to the cause. I believe it benefitted the local high school across the street. My food was good and exactly what I have come to expect from Taco Bell. I will keep coming back to this location because of the employees and honestly, because it's the best Taco Bell in the area. read more

I'm not sure why this particular tacobell is not up to par with the rest that I've been to but they aren't cutting it. I ordered 2 quesaritos and neither of them were got nor did the cheese even get melted. On top of that both together had maybe 4 or 5 pieces of steak in them and not even enough rice to fill the burrito up. Then on my supreme hard taco I asked for no lettuce and of course there was lettuce as in my supreme burrito as well. They were out of bajablast so I ordered a pineapple freeze and saw that they were making drinks for the next people and had bajablast. Reason I stopped is because they never get my order correct even though my order is always simple... a number picked off the menu with a soda (nothing obscure or different). Yes, this place is located pretty close to Center High School, so be prepared for the mobs of teenagers texting on their phones and being loud around 3 pm on school days! Funny thing is roughly 10 years ago, I used to be part of this mobs... minus the cell phones of course :-) I quite like this location though! Good portion sizes when compared to other Taco Bells serving identical items. Prices are the best at this location too, as you don't get the "freeway" prices that lack the "why pay more menu." Not sure how to feel about this place. Came here a few days ago and ordered the chalupa craving box. I asked for no beans and they did ok and repeated my order back to me and everything seemed fine. Yet, you can literally pull out your phone, in front of them, and place the order online and they'll make it; but wait!
