This is my 3rd time getting food poisoning from this location. The first time I ate at this location, I got sick. I blamed it on everything else but Taco Bell because I didn't want to believe it but I ordered it on 11/12/25 and the next day (today) I am extremely sick. Along with my family who ate it with me. I've been here several times, just forgot to post.... Today I stopped expecting the $5 special that's been advertised but the special they had was $7. You have to order on a touch screen. After ordering I went to the restroom but when I came out the order still wasn't ready. There were 2 girls sitting in the dining room , otherwise it was empty. The drive thru was steady but not unusually busy. Still it took a long time for the 2 girls to get their food, then another long wait for mine. I modified 3 items. 2 were as ordered, 1 was not. The only item in my order that was warm was the burrito. I was shocked since it took so long. The burrito was supposed to be meat and bean but it was just beans and a little cheese. Very little meat on any of the items I had. The dining room and restroom was clean and once an employee noticed you they were pleasant enough ....just had to wait to be helped, they were talking to each other. We have been fans of Taco Bell for a long time. Eaten at this one quite often, but in recent years, getting it at the drive-up. But today, decided to go in and eat. The idea was that we were hungrier than usual and, if we wanted more we'd just order again. So inside you do-it-yourself order at the machine and walk to the counter to pick up the food ---being s-l-o-w-l-y put together. So, chose a table, of which ALL were available. The dining area has changed to penitentiary decor, bare, colorless, and institutional. Metal tables and chairs, very heavy and hard, say anything but "welcome." After we finished our tacos I asked my husband what he thought of his food. He hesitated and I asked him if he thought it tasted "off" and he said he thought the taste wasn't right. We both agreed there was a bitter taste and wondered what is going on. Though we both would've ordered at least another taco each, we opted to head for the door. read more

You gotta love Taco Bell. Maybe not the best choice if you have problems with too much sodium in your diet. We always stick to the basic items. Bean burritos and beef tacos. Hubby loves the crunchy version. Today we went through the drive-thru with no problems at all. Oder taker repeated our order and we checked the screen for accuracy. Does not get better than this. The service was terrible. I went with a friend and we each ordered our own drive thru pick-up order. The woman manning the drive thru was extremely rude and disgusting. She told us that we could only pick up one order at a time and had to pick up one, leave the line, and then come back even though we were the only car in the drive thru. She then told us that the drive thru fountain drink machine was down so we would not only have to go through the drive thru twice, but also park the car and come down to fill up our own drinks. The problem was not the fact that they had drive thru rules and a faulty machine, but the fact that the worker was extremely rude, blatant and blunt. Consistently get attitude from employees, food is hardly ever cooked correctly, if they even remember to put it in the bag. Highly recommend skipping. I had a Mexican Pizza yesterday and it was not made correctly, I don't know how they messed it up - less sauce? - tasted bland but worse is I am paying for it in different ways today. I don't know about this other reviews but let me tell you firsthand, this place is awesome. This is not a five star restaurant. But it is a five star fast food joint. People are happy at work. Let me say that again. People are happy at work. I walk in they always have a smile on their face. When I walk up to the counter they actually know my name. Grinch that I've been here a few times but that's an added little touch that not many places have. When my order is ready, they call out my name and not just a number. The eighties and nineties music is always humping and gives me a great opportunity to relax on a lunch break. I've seen the manager herself come out and help sweet things. She's even asked guest how they're doing. No one does this out of fast food restaurant. That is higher level restaurant management. The girls at the counter who are taking your order constantly handle orders as well as keeping the floors maintained and the sauce is stocked. Sure, lunch on gets busy and sometimes you may have to grab your Diablo or mild instead of the fire because they're completely swamped but besides that, everything is constantly filled and in place. I've never had a wrong order. Not once. The only time I've ever had experiences like this has been at a Chick-fil-A. What is it doing here in the Taco Bell? Perhaps is the new management, or perhaps it's something from upper management trickling down, I don't know. But I'm telling you, it all is smooth and consistent with friendliness. This level of friendliness goes in the face of people who constantly are looking for a deal and are trying constantly to get free stuff from them and I've heard numerous times while eating, people online complaining about this or that, it's nothing their fault and it's usually trivial issues. Still, the staff has been generous. You don't often go across the street to the other side to go to McDonald's if there's another restaurant near you, but for this Taco Bell, I'm making a destination. Hours are never consistent. They changed business hours, yet when you show up they have a sign hanging saying they closed two hours early. Not to mentioned I placed a mobile order after they had already closed for the day. Shouldn't have let me place an order if they were closed. Second time this has happened. Numerous times waited in the drive through, only to get in the front and have them tell me they are closed, saying it's a time but really it's many minutes prior to the posted closure time. Perhaps if the closure time is 15 minutes prior to the posted time then they should just change the posted time 15 minutes sooner, or maybe post it at the entrance to the line so you don't sit in line and waste your time. If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. I have been to this location quite a few times in the last 2 weeks. Every time I've either been told they have "limited options on the menu", that their fryers aren't working, or when i tried to go for breakfast one morning they decided to just not open at 9am that day. Tonight I tried to doordash and placed my order at 9:00pm and it was clearly stated they stopped taking orders at 9:30pm. They waited until 9:31pm to cancel my order completely, obviously because they just didn't want to make the food. The order was placed well in advance. I totally sympathize for understaffed restaurants these days but this location is absolutely awful and needs to be reviewed by the corporate. read more
