Multiple time waiting in the drive through for over 30 Mins! You also can't get out of the drive through once you get in it and it made us super late to our kids swim lesson. Also waited 45 mins for our food when we went inside one time to try and avoid the long drive through line. Avoiding this location from now on! read more

This is the second time we are missing one of the items we ordered (and paid for) online and then picked up. The steak quesadilla appeared thrown together, very messy and as flat as a pancake with hardly any steak at all just messy cheese. Also, when I bit into a Quesalupa it had a long wirey gray hair going all the way through it. The outside was underdone. So gross, I threw it out. The incredibly effeminate staff is always too weak to finish out a regular shift of folding tortillas in half around your typical ingredients. They cannot muster the energy to work to the arduous expectations that society has set for them and end up closing multiple hours early on a daily basis. I frequent this Taco Bell because it is what every Taco Bell should be - cheap and convenient. It happens to be the cheapest lunch menu in proximity to my work and I take advantage of it frequently. There is a high school very near this location and during the week, the kids can become a bit unruly. Not in a horrible way, but bad enough that the managers feel the need to pull all the sauce packets behind the counter so the kids don't swipe them all and then make a mess with them. All in all, it is a well run Taco Bell and I plan to continue my lunchtime visits. read more

Tried the new XXL Nachos and was a total waste. Nothing about it says XXL, except maybe the bowl that it came in. It even looked like the salsa, guacamole and sour cream had been scooped up with a mello baller. They hardly had any in the plate at all, we need to go back up and buy more, just so it looked like we had it on our plate. The only about it was the XXL Money they charged for it. read more

I was surprised by all the bad reviews, because I just had a great experience at this Taco Bell. I am not a frequent customer of Taco Bell, but after my experience at this location I would consider going back. I just stopped in for a quick Baja Blast, and was stopped at a slow drive-thru, but the customer service was great! I believe the manager helped me (so maybe the other staff is problematic as mentioned by other Yelpers?) and he answered my questions about the other Mountain Dew flavors and I really appreciated the information. read more

The old woman working the drive thru didn't hear me say "no, I don't need a drink" so we sat there in silence for 5 minutes. Finally I said hello and she said she didn't hear me answer. I said I did and then she starts accusing me of biting her head off. I wasn't mad at all. I always come to this taco bell & the service is never good but this time it was especially bad. While I was ordering my food I could hear the people in the kitchen literally screaming so loud in the background complaining about my order. When I got to the window the girl was extremely rude, I am a server & my job sometimes pays me in $1 bills so I payed in 1's and she showed all her coworkers & complained right in front of me. Also messed up my order after i repeated it & she repeated it back to me more than once. She asked if I needed sauce & I said yes and when I received my food there was no sauce. I asked for it again as well as the drink I ordered that I did not receive & she said "It's in the bag" (it wasn't). Also no straw or napkins:) This happened at about 9:30 Sunday night 9/27. This is the only fast food restaurant that asks me how I am and WAITS FOR MY ANSWER before asking for my order. I go out of my way since recently moving to visit this taco bell because their food is excellent (never had a problem with an order and I eat there once a week at least). It took me 35 mins to get my food. Then my order was wrong and they decide to tell me that the beverage I wanted was unavailable. The guy taking orders didn't know absolutely nothing about description of food. Then I ask for sauce and he hands me a big bag with 100 sauces and something called an up and up and I told him I didn't want it and he put it in the customers bag behind me. Never get my order right. Seriously. I am not kidding, they get it wrong almost every single time I went here. I called and complained after it happened so many times, and a manager insisted it was my responsibility to park and check each item in my bag to see if it was right, and said it was probably my fault for not ordering right. Rude drive thru worker. We used the drive thru yesterday to order some drinks after spending some time at the lake. The place was not busy at all and no one was at the drive thru but it took someone several minutes to acknowledge us. She then told us to go to the first window. We waited for a few more minutes then thought she meant the other window so we started moving with our window down and a lady screamed " I'm right here". We then proceed to back the car up to the window and instead of her opening the drive thru window she waits several seconds like she's angry and wants us to wait. Line for drive thru out to the street...had to repeat order 3 times...finally got to the window and was staring at a large Pepsi...unfortunately I ordered 2 small drinks. Had to go inside to straighten it out. Quoted 2 different prices. Took at least 20 minutes to get the order. Checked the bag and found 2 items I never ordered. Somebody else is missing those I guess. I just went to the drive thru at this location and was appalled by the attitude from the employee working the window. My husband and I put in our orders to what seemed to be a nice young lady. The sound wasn't the greatest and we couldn't hear if she said pull up to the first or second window since it was after 9pm and sometimes they tell you to go straight to the second window. So we did. Before we even stopped we could hear her say in a loud, snotty tone "didn't I tell them to go to the first window?!" so she opens the window and asks us to back up and blatantly rolls her eyes at us. Hours listed on website do not correspond with hours listed on door. Saturday hours listed on door 7:00am to 11:00pm. Went into store at 9:30 am and they were still setting up. Waited at least 5 minutes and no one took my order. I had to say excuse me to a person working on the line before she called someone from the back to take my order. Cashier had to be the dumbest person in the world. Was using a two for one coupon and when she took the coupon she asked me if I wanted two sausage egg biscuit tacos. I stated yes this a two for one. She also had trouble understanding I did not want any cheese on the tacos. Food was the worst I have ever eaten. Biscuit tacos came out of warmer wet and soggy, eggs had to been cooked off site and rewarmed. Eggs and biscuit tacos tasted like cardboard, eggs rubbery and did not look like any eggs I have ever seen. I know Taco Bell wants to break into the breakfast but this type of food and service is not how to do it. This Taco Bell is next to a Bojangles and will never compare with them. I guess the only way they stay in business is because of Apex High School students who seem to take over from about 10 a.m. to 1 pm. I give this place a good rating for having a good sanitation rating, but below and f minus for food and service. Also do not try to contact Regional Director/Manager or the cooperate offices in Cal. thru their website because you will just be wasting your time. Go to Bojangles or somewhere else to save the hassel you will experience at this store. read more
