I worked at a Taco Bell in Southern CA years and years ago... It was my very first job when I was 16 & I remember listening to those training videos (a very cutting edge way to train you back in those days, when Taco Bell was really serious about customer service.) Now my husband's friend jokes around when he drives thru TACO BELL Drive thru... and they ask him for his order; he says "Whatever you want to throw in the bag." His theory: they get it wrong about half the time. So why not let them choose? Had to write about my last experience at this particular store, (Anyone else NOT "get" the parking lot situation? WHO designed this one???? I bet there have been a few accidents here! Anyway.... The kid at the window was very nice and the burrito he gave me was correct, or at least the item was. So he earned the extra star for this location. But... My question is why was there only about 3 tiny pieces of onion and no sour cream in a burrito that clearly lists sour cream as one of their ingredients? And not the first time this has happened! Soo tired of it. Seriously... Dust off the videos and give the tests again. These kids have to learn HOW to get an order right! First, get the order right! And then repeat what's in the bag as you hand it to the customer and really look! Don't just reread the order check and repeat what you see. Not rocket science. read more

Crap food service not well done lazy workers. Why ask damn sauce if you're not even going to add it and when asked wheres the sauce try to look stupid and show some attitude. Food is not well prepared as well like their shredded burritos that looks like a malnourished burrito with a sperm like sauce added to it. This is probably one of the worse taco bell ive seen. Horrible customer service. I had called my order was made wrong and my nacho fries were stale. The girl I spoke to said they don't give replaced orders after 24 hours. But when I spoke to the manager about a week prior he never mentioned anything about that And said I can pick up my order they messed up he would write my name down.I spent almost $40. I can hear all the workers talking crap about me which all seem to be young & immature with no respect for their customers very disappointed. I would never treat my customers the way they did me. Honestly, they have improved by a lot. The customer service has been friendly, the food quality good, and the presentation pretty impressive considering how busy they always seem to be. My only advice is that if you are in a hurry, definitely do the drive-thru as those orders are definitely prioritized. Inside is clean and modern, but you will definitely wait longer for your food. If you have a large pickup truck, I would recommend avoiding the drive thru, and honestly the whole parking lot, as it is difficult to navigate and virtually nowhere for you to park. read more

There is one thing that I like about this Taco Bell location that puts it a step above the rest in the area: Consistency. I've rarely had a super slow or bad customer service experience. When I have had one the staff always went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Something that other locations I've been to have neglected to do. I have 2 recommendations for food to try: 1. Breakfast Crunchwrap Supreme. Oh dear lord in heaven, may you bless us with the ultimate breakfast meal wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Simply beautiful. Incredibly filling. It will be your first and last meal of the day. They get right what breakfast food what other fast food breakfasts wishes they could do. The steak version is tasty, but the California supreme knocks this new breakfast classic right off the chart. 2. Double Dilla. Talk about super filling. Again, it's all that flour tortilla. It's taking a gamble with heart attack territory and going down food coma avenue. I folded mine into 4's and proceeded to eat it like the champ that I am. I got the steak version and was beyond satisfied. It's just your regular Taco Bell quesadilla except super sized. read more

I went to this location on 3/1 around 9:30am. I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap for myself and a breakfast scramble for my husband. I asked the girl working if there was any sauce on the breakfast scramble. She replied there was only nacho cheese on it. My husband will literally gag if he eats sour cream so I was happy there was no sour cream on there. When I got home and he bit into it, guess what happened. He gagged out and upset his stomach for the rest of the morning because there was indeed sour cream on it. I'd like to mention the girl working the window only said two words to me the whole time. "That's $6.49." She never reciprocated my "thank yous" or "have a nice day." Customer service is not hard. Customers: do your research on what comes on the products if you have any food aversion. When I arrived, there was a line of cars about eight deep. Because I was hungry and not in a rush, I pulled into the drive-through prepared to brave a wait. Lucky for me, these guys are on it and sped the line through. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The service was great. The girl at the window was very nice and personable, very friendly. Yes it is a Taco Bell but there beans are always Hot and creamy makes a huge difference in a burrito. This location is one of the better Taco Bells in SLO County. Not the easiest on and off the Freeway but worth it if Taco Bell is what you want. read more

Everything is always great when I go except the Crunch Wrap Supreme! It's always a lettuce and sour cream wrap instead and all of the meat is on one side (when I say all of the meat I mean a very small amount). So if you order a crunch wrap say something or it'll be nasty, I say something and it's just the way it should be. If I don't it's a lettuce and sour cream wrap. Hope that helps lol. read more

My husband and I went in for dinner last night. While we received our meal without incident, it'll be the LAST time we go there. Medium amount of people in restaurant. The blonde girl who worked the counter was absolutely clueless. One young man dropped his unopened taco sauce packet on the not-too-clean floor and we watched several people proceed to step on it as they left to fill their drinks, including the guy in filthy bare feet. While a couple people stood in line, the blonde worker stepped out from behind the counter to wipe down the drink machine. ???? Then asked those waiting in line if they wanted to order something - well DUH! Why else would they be standing there staring at her? On her way to take orders, she picks up the taco packet off the floor and PLACES IT BACK IN THE HELP-YOURSELF SAUCE PACKET DISH WITH ALL THE OTHERS!!!! She had NO CLUE to what she'd done and obviously was never taught to throw food away that had fallen on the filthy public floor. I'll NEVER eat there again. read more

I come here on a regular basis but I am going to stop. The quality of the food here has gone down hill. I got a beef Fiesta salad and it had about 2 tablespoons of beef. This review is for cashier Amanda D (as listed on receipt - she was blonde, working around 11:30 on 11/27/2017). You are so RUDE! Firstly, she got my order wrong (which could have been the fault of the kitchen). I checked my food immediately after it was handed to me because it's almost always made incorrectly. After handing me my food, she slammed the window on me and didn't acknowledge me (obviously un-moving in the drive through with an incorrect order, waiting for her) for at least five minutes. After I finally waved her over, told her what was wrong (politely), she just grabbed the food out of my hand and took it to the kitchen (she said nothing to me, much less an apology). When she had the corrected food, she opened the window, handed me my food, and then slammed the window (again, saying nothing). She also forgot to put the sauce that I'd asked for in my bag. Amanda, lighten up, girl! You are rude and an embarrassment to any employer! I hope managers address this with you because it's customers who provide you with a paycheck!!! read more

I'm done with this Taco Bell. Orders are always wrong. Last night my order was almost tossed on the counter to me with no thank you or consideration what so ever. Tacos have literally no cheese and a drop of meat (?). Ordered a couple bean burritos and the beans were crunchy, in other words they scraped the pot of dried up bean residue to get one more burrito out of the pan. My family loves Taco bell. However last few times we have eaten there got sick. My son and friends have tried one more time during HS lunch and said no way. I HATE the new lay out with parking.
