Honestly this location is one of the best Taco Bells in Augusta. Any time we came here, we've had no problems, no issues with our order, or issues with cashiers acting snippy with us. This one of out to go places before or after we come from the book store down the street so it's an excellent thing that it's not that far from us.

They won't unlock the bathroom until you have finished ordering and paying... even if you have a small child and are in a hurry.

We came in for dinner and my wife was going to take our small child to the restroom while I ordered our food. They refused to unlock the bathroom door before I ordered and paid for our meal. We explained that I was going to order while they used the bathroom, however they INSISTED that we pay for our food before they would open the restroom. The food was cold and poorly prepared, I wonder how often they're washing their hands with the bathrooms locked up like that? These employees and management could use a little common sense.

No way to lock the bathroom door

Not travel friendly! Coming across on I 20 I waited to get to a Taco Bell. Never again. by the time I got here, I needed to use the restroom, and I wanted to wash my hands. They won't let you into the restroom until after you order and pay. Telling them that you're going to order isn't enough. The tall, older woman was extremely rude and raised her voice. She said that it was for my protection, however, once I get into the bathroom, I noticed that there's no lock for me to lock, so anyone with the code can come in, but I can't secure the door. After all her warnings and her explanation that it was so that someone wouldn't attack me in the bathroom or come in and shoot me, I was definitely not liking this location or its staff. Food wasn't good either

This is what I was given last night..... Can you see any meat? Me neither. Literally about a teaspoon of beef under there. Pathetic

Taco Bell's are usually all the same in quality of food. I'm giving this particular TBreezy a 4 star review because of their exceptional customer service. I came in right before they closed, and the staff was friendly and awesome !

The new quesalupa. It's like a chalupa with a cheese-filled shelled. Combo with soft taco and drink: $5.49.

What better way to end a trip to the Masters than with a trip to Taco Bell. This Taco Bell (#023707) was conveniently located just around the corner from where we parked to go to the tournament. It was also on the way and close to the exit for I-20 back to Atlanta, so we stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading home. Washington Rd is filled with strip malls, motels, fast food, and chain restaurants. The restaurant was pretty empty when we visited, Sunday after the Masters was over. I ordered a Quesalupa combo ($5.49) and my friend got a Mexican Pizza ($3.29). The Quesalupa combo came with one Quesalupa, one soft taco, and a large fountain drink. The Quesalupa is a new menu item at Taco Bell. It's like a Chalupa except the shell has cheese inside. It was good, though I think I prefer the Chalupa, which is one of my favorite things to get at Taco Bell, because it's not as cheesy. The thick, chewy, fried shell is what makes the Chalupa good. I had the choice of chicken, steak, or ground beef inside my Quesalupa. I chose ground beef. The Quesalupa also came with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. The layer of cheese inside the shell was thin, but noticeable. The Quesalupa came in a special Quesalupa-branded paper sleeve inside a Quesalupa-branded wrapper. The soft taco and fountain drink were par for the course. My friend seemed to enjoy her Mexican pizza. Our cashier, Taylor D, was nice. Yelper David C mentioned in his review (dated 1/6/2014) that the sauces were behind the counter. That's not an issue anymore. The sauces are now out front across from the drink station. Traffic was backed up on Washington Rd headed towards the interstate, so we left out the back, around the motel next door, and turned onto Washington from Boy Scout Rd where there is a light.

Jalapeño sauce flowing out of the quesadilla

Shit location. Not only was my order missing items, but they also didn't make it right. Simple quesadillas with extra meat and no jalapeño sauce, get home after $34 spent, open it up missing one quesadilla and there's no extra meat on either of the other two. And instead of no jalapeño sauce, they doused the other two in it.

Rattlesnake Fry Burrito. Worth it. Not too hot.

Our server was warm and welcoming, answering our questions and bringing us samples of the pasta soup. Overall, I cannot say enough about Looks Tacos; a truly satisfying dining experience! Apparently, in addition to the location on Washington Road, they have another, larger location on Boyscout road with Draft Beer and a Frozen Margarita Machine... We cannot wait to check it out.

To be expected, I suppose. I was able to be seated quickly (wherever I wanted). Chips and salsa were good. I saw outside they had al pastor, so I decided to order a taco. It was delicious. The fajita quesadilla was pretty good as well. I did not like the beans. I had ordered a margarita, reluctantly because there wasn't a price on the menu. It didn't come right away, so I think my server forgot to put it in. I saw her look and remember and it came with my meal. I could've done without it. Come to find out, it was as much money as my quesadilla ($13!!!) not worth the price. Not sure if they have drink specials certain days. Definitely ask. As I was eating, a gal came in, they set up a speaker and microphone and she started singing songs in Spanish. It was a fun treat, though I only understood some of what she sang. She had a pretty good voice. Definitely wasn't expecting the entertainment, but at least she sounded alright.

It is a pretty big space with tables and booths, we went around 3pm on a Sunday and they was a consistent busy crowd to come in and out. They have hot food and cold snacks like ice cream, mangonadas; etc. and 2 areas you can order from for each of those. The manager/owner gentleman that was there was super friendly, helped us fix our order when they made a mistake checking us out. I have no complaints about the customer service here. For drinks we got the Medium strawberry agua fresca ($6.50) with boba ($0.96) and a Medium horchata ($5.95). For food we got the steak quesadilla ($11.75), tacos al pastor ($12.22) and a queso ($3.25). I took 1 star off because of two things: - the queso was SO watery, we didn't even finish it lol very underwhelming - for 2 meals, 2 drinks & queso it was ~$40.00, I'm from TX and that just seems like highway robbery I'm glad that I got a chance to try them out, I will probably only come here for a snack every once in a while if those prices aren't as high.
