The atmosphere is nice but that's about it. One time about a year ago, we were going through the drive-through and there was this really obnoxious lady at the drive-through that just wouldn't stop talking to us and telling stupid jokes. I feel kind of bad for her, because I know life has been hard for her, and she was middle-aged and still working at Taco Bell, but I felt like all of the jokes about Mormons were a little bit inappropriate. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that it felt like sitting in front of a really bad standup comic for about 10 minutes while they prepared our food. Holy cow! They did it again. Wife and son did take out for the family from this Taco Bell. My burrito supreme was okay, but the CHICKEN soft taco had NO chicken in it. Yes, I got a tortilla with cheese and lettuce. How the hell does this location stay in business? How does the manager keep his job? How does the franchisee get to keep this store? Service is horrible. Went inside, nobody wants to work, everybody is playing in the back. An off duty manager came in with a bunch of boba teas for some of the employees and they all went in the back to enjoy their treat. I can't believe they stay in business! What a shame! read more

Just got all my food for free they asked me if I had credit card through the drive-through and their credit card machines were down and then they asked me if I had cash. so I got all my food for free because their machines were broken. I was in with my family tonight. We ordered on 3 different tickets. The last of our group waited a good 20 to 30 minutes for their food, the rest of us were done eating. I finally went up to the counter to find out where their food was and was ignored until I finally called back and got one of the line cooks attention. She then proceeded to give me an attitude and told me we weren't the only costumers that they have drive through orders too. This Taco Bell sucks. It took 3 bites into my taco, to actually get to what little beef they put in there. Extremely greedy with their meat and will overfill your tacos/burritos with lettuce. This new Taco Bell that opened close to me I thought would be a nice thing for a different choice of food, but boy was I wrong. First of all I do have to start out with this has the be the slowest Taco Bell in the history of fast food . The workers don't act friendly or like they want to be there and help you. The main reason I have to make this complaint is their lack of attention to detail and care. My dad was picking us up Togo and emphasized that it needed no cheese , no sauce. I have a severe dairy allergy . Well the guy fave him all the stuff he brought it home I checked in it and what I thought was fine turned out to not be . I did check it and didn't see cheese present but after eating about 1/3 I didn't feel right and looked again. To my disappointment the whole bottom was purely cheese and they had put the beans over the cheese. This is such a shame to know that they don't care and don't pay attention. read more

My husband loves Taco Bell, so he (okay, we) were excited to have this new location open up! HOWEVER... We have yet to have a good experience! There is never anyone there--staff or customers. Every single time I go in (because drive thru is terrible), I wait forever for some doe-eyed employee to figure out how to take someone's order. They apologize, but it never gets better. Just now I waited for someone to come up... Then she had to go get a drawer for the register (it's dinner time--how are y'all not set up for success?)... but first she had to go outside where the manager was chatting at someone's car... The gal comes back but disappears and a new guy comes up... Gets a drawer... Has someone else log into the register... Takes my order... Then the manager comes back in from outside, interrupts the order because the guy is now on break (can you take care of that AFTER you take care of me?)... and I finally pay. She takes care of some training with him while the customers behind me wait. Seriously? I almost want to give another 1/2 star because my order was actually right! Words to the wise: don't go through drive thru here and ALWAYS check your order before you leave. OR! Go somewhere else. read more

I agree with other posts saying to give a review of zero! I too was super excited about a Taco Bell opening so close to my house. Key word though, was! I will never ever go back here! The drive trough took almost a half hour and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The employee taking and giving me my order was rude and had no clue what he was doing! The drive up window was dirty along with looking inside and seeing the counters a mess! Disgusting, along with the food! The manager who runs this place needs fired and the actual owner needs contacted. This place does need the health department called on them. There is no way an establishment like this should be open. This location is ridiculous, they need to fire the current employees and get new one or get rid of the location all together. I placed a online order and when I get to the window no one greeted me the guy at the window starred at me and it was really awkward. We get our food for it to be all messed up everything. We got chicken on our quesadilla when we just want cheese. We asked for a side of potatoes no potatoes, and then to top it off we had no sauce on any of our tacos or the cheese quesadilla. We went through the drive through 3 times for them to continue to screw up our order. It wasn't even busy!!!! I took my services else where just to get the chipotle sauce on my potato tacos. If I could rate this place a zero, I would! It's so bad I want to contact the health department. Entering this... establishment you will notice an empty dining room, yet every table and chair is disgusting! The floor has food and trash everywhere and there is no staff in sight. The dirty sanitizing bucket was just hanging out in the dining room (I think it was even trying to run away). Our food took a solid 15 minutes to get and that was after standing at an empty counter for 5 minutes. The teenage staff was lazy and rude, they looked at us like we were interrupting something important. The icing on the cake has got to be the bathroom. The men's room would give a shady truck stop bathroom an A+for cleanliness. At least get the used toilet paper picked up!!!!! Went to the drive-thru last night with my family and we were missing a taco, so I went inside (this is at about 7pm). Went inside, there were no customers, and simply told them that I am missing one item from our order. The young man was super rude and sassy, goes back and waits a few minutes before even telling anyone what I'm waiting for. I stood there for over 5 minutes and the whole time this young man kept looking at me, laughing, and mocking me by crossing his arms, throwing his nose is the air and 2 of the line cooks as well. He finally brings out a taco and holds it with two hands like holding something breakable. I asked him his name (so I can report him which he said Rorie) and I open the taco and it is wrong. He acts like he was doing everything possible not to laugh and just walks away. I leave the restaurant and made my husband go in to get the taco. I felt so disrespected and was on the verge of tears. I will never go here again and can not even get anyone to pick up the phone to talk to a manager today to report him and the others. They made me feel awful and we decided not to eat the food in fear that they did something to it. read more

Twice now. Twice. Service is fairly cordial though takes forever. Like 15 minutes for a few tacos. No exaggeration. When I got my tacos they were so soggy I couldn't eat them. This taco bell os close my apartment. My fiance and i were moving in together decided to get food from here. I ordered a chicken chalupa and they gave me beef and said if i want a side order of chicken it would cost extra or we could go get back in line at the drive thru for them to remake it but it wpuld still cost more. Then my fiancé on a separate time about a month after the first time, he ordered 3 burrito supremes and they didnt give them his burritos, just my order, so he drives all the way back up and he goes inside the same guy who ruined our order the first time was working, my fiance tells him they forgot ilthe burritos and the guy who did the order knew because he yelled across the room "is that the order i forgot to put the burritos in?" And so they give him a free coke, and they didn't have lids so he had to drive all the way home with a open, flimsy cup without a lid. And my chalupas were hard and literally no chicken on them.! God awful. I was greatly looking forward to a burrito and taco and was greatly disappointed by both. The meat was freezing cold and very dry and crusty like it had been scraped from the bottom of a pan after sitting out all day. Dog food would've been an upgrade.
