The food was typical Taco Bell food at typical Taco Bell quality. Take that for what it's with, but I don't think people go to Taco Bell for exquisite Mexican cuisine. What people do go to Taco Bell for, at what I go to Taco Bell for, is a quick bite to eat and not in the mood for a hamburger. This is where this Taco Bell falls flat on its face. Took a solid 5 minutes before someone took my order. Then once the order was placed it took 17 minutes to get my food. Definitely not a quick lunch when I was short on time. This Taco Bell was first of all the slowest "fast" food I've ever encountered. My family and I wanted dine in (quick and easy so we had time to go to Southlands Mall after). We found ourselves waiting for over 20 minutes, and the place was a disaster. For some odd reason there were newspapers layering the tables and trash was everywhere. On top of my family's wait we were quite uncomfortable with the employees yelling at the customers in the drive thru when asked why the wait was so long, and it was colder in the Taco Bell than outside(it was snowing). After we finally received our food we were in a rush to get out. If I could give it less than one star I would. Absolutely unacceptable service. My family and myself have agreed to never go there again. read more

This location has got to be the laziest and whackest excuse for a business. They claim to have stopped making the least complicated things I've ordered many times in the past. Although all surrounding locations have no issue and still serve what I ask for. On top of that they are rude and the food is prepared like shit. Slow at times, yes, but I haven't had any problems with orders or food. The inside dining is odd and not a lot of seats. We get drive-thru 2 - 3 times per month and it definitely beats McDonalds across the street, who NEVER gets orders right and whose employees are rude and don't speak English. I prefer this place over other fast food in the neighborhood and certainly welcome that Taco bell is no longer 10 miles away and that going isn't scary, even at night. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Seeing that this is the closest location to my house I thought I'd give it a try. I've been there about three times in my order is wrong every time. I have never posted on Yelp before, but after what I just experienced, I have to take the time. I just sat in their non-escapable drive-thru for 31 minutes. I happened to look at my clock when I pulled in and it was 7:14pm and I pulled away at 7:45pm. Now, I've put up with them not honoring the Rockies promotion and even when it seemed slow before, but 31 minutes in a drive-thru is absolutely unacceptable. I visit taco bell at least once a week for lunch at other locations and am always satisfied. This location has not once gotten the drive through order correct and we are typically missing items. Last time we ordered there was no meat in the tacos...seriously we had to go back and they apologized and made new ones. Unfortunately this is the closest one to our house. If I could give less than one star I would. The wait was outrageous, we waited23 minutes for dining in. When people in the drive thru asked about the wait they were yelled at about staffing and scheduling issues by staff. The place was filthy with trash and (for some weird reason) newspapers everywhere. None of the tables had been recently wiped of the food messes so we had to do that ourselves. The floors were covered in wet filth from the tracked in snow, as the sidewalk wasn't shoveled at all from a storm 2 days prior. We will never be returning to this location. read more

This is a pretty sad excuse for a taco bell. I love taco bell and eat it frequently and this is the worst one in the area by far. There were at least 5 people working that i could see, and no one in the drive through and only one other person in the lobby. There was no reason that every single table in the place should have been dirty. How long does it take to wipe off a table? Even the busiest of locations can get that right. The kids working there were nice enough but excused themselves twice while taking my order. I have no idea why. I didn't order anything complicated and it didn't seem as though they stepped away to ask for help. The soda machine had a steady stream of water coming out of one of the nozzles for no apparent reason and the machine had no ice in it. I tried a couple different kinds of soda and they were both warm and flat. Absolutely disgusting. The reason i gave 2 stars instead of one is that the food itself was made correctly and tasted fine. But it takes more than that to run a successful fast food chain. Won't be visiting this location again. read more

It's obvious the owner or manager does not care at all to address the problems this location has. It is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been in and the ice machine was broken. They all had something else in them, went back in, from the drive through to wait, ten minutes?, on the 3 cars in the drive through, to get my plain quesadillas. I absolutely love Taco Bell, food is great, however the customer service is awful. I was so nice when ordering and kindly waited. When I got up there with my friend in the car, I whispered something that I didn't want the man to here because it's personal and he said out of no where, "if you're talking shot, you can leave." For being a newer restaurant this place is nasty! Empty dining room but trash, food, and dirt on the tables and floor. Under the main counter were old chips and visible dirt. The meal was decent tasting but they served it on a soaking wet tray. We ordered cinnamon twists to go and the oil must be very old or burned because they smelled and tasted horrible. With the filth in the front of the restaurant I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like! We won't be back. read more
