The packaging is super cute. Somebody took their time to package my cute two little mini taco salads and two Dorito Locos tacos, but you know what they forgot to do is actually read the directions where I asked for utensils and my old sauce so I don't have those two things so for customer service wise I've got to give them one star for the food. I'm gonna give them four stars for the Uber driver he gets four stars too, but they also forgot to include my ice water. I requested so good food bad because they didn't take the time to read the order. Some forks and mild sauce would've been great especially water to rinse it down but what I did get tasted good.

I cannot believe what I just experienced. I opened my bag and there was a snail shell sitting on it and not just any shell. It cracked open and out came a literal slug, just squirming its way toward my lunch like it paid for it. I didn't realize I was dining at a wildlife sanctuary. What's next? Frogs in the fountain drinks? But honestly, the worst part wasn't even the unexpected escargot it was the one worker. I don't know his name (he never has a name tag, probably on purpose), but he's always posted up like customer service personally offended him. I think he's Hispanic, and I definitely heard him mutter "puta madre" under his breath while handing me my order, like I wouldn't understand. Surprise I do. And calling me a bitch because your job makes you miserable? That's on you. Then he charged me $80 for food I didn't even order. When I pointed it out, he had the nerve to say, "Then don't order so much next time." Are you kidding me? I don't even eat half the food they threw in that bag. I only eat one type of meat. So why would I suddenly decide to order a sampler platter of regret? And to top it off he called me broke. Out loud. In front of other customers. Because I had the audacity to question why I was being charged for food I never asked for. If you think scamming people and insulting them is a personality, you're just embarrassing yourself. You work here, not own it. Calm down. Only reason this place gets one star is because of someone named Extra and they're the only person who acts like they belong in customer service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If they ever quit, I'm never stepping foot back in this disease vector of a restaurant again. I'd rather kiss the damn slug.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We stop in here every once in a while on our way home and we love that Taco Bell has their decades menu, it's a fun way to bring back a little nostalgia from when we were younger. The food is always fresh and hot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is always very clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Drive thru area

This Taco Bell location in the Newcastle/Factoria area is a bit of a pain to get to. You have to either snake through neighboring businesses or take a back road. Parking up front during lunch was slammed, so I parked further back by the business complex. The drive-thru looked busy too, which seems normal for this area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once inside, the store was clean, modern, and had a fresh look. I had no complaints there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I used the app and scored some good deals, which added value to the visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But what totally killed the vibe for me was an employee spraying and wiping down the windows right next to where I was eating. The chemical smell was strong and made my lunch way less enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Efficient: No First-Time Friendliness: No Would I Return: No JY review

They got my order wrong after I specified what I wanted. The person confirmed it as well but still got it wrong.

I don't often get any Mexican food on the Eastside since I just haven't found a good one yet. And sadly, I have to admit that I still have not found any worth the drive across the lake. I ordered one of their burritos, hefty pricing but that's what you'd expect on this side of town. Not the heftiest burrito though for its price, but filling enough. Taste wise it was as a Yelp 3 Star describes, "OK". I've had a lot of Mexican food across the whole West Coast, and this one isn't any special. But of course I will have to try again another day.

The carnitas was my favorite out of the three tacos, lots of flavor! It had a touch of bitterness to it but my favorite overall, 4/5 The birria was good but was not as flavorful as I'd expected and the meat itself was a little dry, 3/5 The carne asada felt similar, yummy but also a it dry, 3/5. I haven't had a ton of horchata but I thought it was delicious. It was a balanced sweet and spiced, 5/5. I could see it being a little too sweet for some people but I personally loved it The godfather burrito wasn't anything too special, but the ingredients all felt high quality, 3.5/5 I love a chunky guacamole and this was quite smooth. It lacked flavor other than avocado but was clearly fresh, 2/5

Taqueria Guadalajara is my favorite taco spot on Eastside, if not so far in Seattle. I have been to…read morethis taco food truck numerous times last year and a half, vistin during week days, weekends, holidays - during day time, night time, etc. And I can say that every time that I have been here, the food has slapped! Located in the lot of a 76 gas station, this food truck may look unsuspecting, but serves up some delicious tacos at an affordable price. It's convenient too! Located near a Fred Meyer and a Asian Family Market, you can get your groceries and then you can fill up your car and eat some bomb tacos right after! There are so lots just around the gas station that people have parked at just to get these tacos. Service is fast, you place your order at the window, and you will get your tacos in 5-10 minutes. You will get your order on a paper plate, which usually means the food will be amazing or bad - luckily in this case, it's amazing. The tacos themselves are no frills and are juicy, flavorful, and very pleasant in terms of texture to eat. Though I have tried every other option they had for filling - I am a big fan of their lengua and their cabeza! Their lengua is tender and diced into soft bite-sized pieces, and gives a fall apart meaty texture. The cabeza is rich and melts away as you chew it, with some scrumptious leaner pieces of the meat that give the taco some integrity so it allows for you to feel the decadence and then give you something solid to hold onto - it's great. The meat themselves aren't salted very much, but still have a delicious subtle aromatic taste to them. They are complimented very nicely by the salsas they have - a salsa verde, and a spicier salsa that is made with habanero - I could easily down 5-6 tacos every time I have visited. You will probably spend $2-3 per taco depending on what cut of meat you want - I feel that the tacos are priced very fairly priced vs. the average taco you can get in Seattle currently. Not many other reviews have mentioned this - but I have also tried their Sweet Corn Tamales for $3. Their tamales are great! They are the perfect amount of sweetness and give a forward sweet corn flavor. The texture is exactly like eating a slightly sweeter corn bread. A very affordable price for a dessert where most desserts (especially tamales) cost $6-$8. This is one of the few food trucks that I have been to where not only is the food good, but the prices are what you would expect tacos to cost. I don't think I can write more about how great this Food Truck is, as the tacos here are definitely ranked the top in my mind for tacos I've tried here in Seattle so far. I would recommend if you are in the Overlake Shopping Area to check this place out!

IMPORTANT NOTE. The gas station lot they were parked in is gone as it is under construction. I…read morethink a car wash is coming in. I've had their street tacos, habanero enchiladas, California burrito... everything is great. The burrito is huge and full of fries, beans and meat. The meat is super tender and flavorful. The enchiladas have a super spicy, luxurious sauce that I couldn't get enough of. Their guacamole appetizer is also awesome. The inside has like three zones - a darker, moodier corner with booths... then high tables near the bar that are airy, with a ton of light... and then an outdoor area with umbrellas to keep the sun from beating on you too bad. They're all a great vibe -- just different. This is a beautiful, modern, clean restaurant that fits perfectly into Bellevue's scene -- but it almost has too much 'corporate polish,' like a Microsoft high-rise tower. My only mildest of criticisms is that this polish kind of obfuscates how soulful eating Mexican food can be.

The menus and water took a while to get to us, but we were given a basket of chips and salsa pretty quickly. After receiving our menus, we eventually had a server who seemed to give us pretty prompt attention. Party got the steak fajitas ($29), chicken enchiladas, vegan vegetable fajitas ($23.99), and the California burrito ($29). For the most part, all the food was good. The steak fajitas were the worst dish as the steak was dry and overcooked. But otherwise everybody enjoyed their food however, the price did not seem to match the quantity or service provided. I'm shocked at How expensive all the dishes were! it's crazy!

I usually order the chicken tacos, and they're always incredibly fresh and consistently delicious. The sauces are especially flavorful and really elevate the dish. Today, my husband ordered the El Ranchero chicken, and all the flavors came together beautifully--rich, well-balanced, and very satisfying. This place is clearly popular, and it's easy to see why. Both the food and the service are consistently top-notch. On several visits, a manager has personally come by our table to check in and make sure everything is to our liking. That level of care really stands out and keeps us coming back. A must-visit on the Eastside!

Overall, I'd say the value is solid for a sit down location, but for tacos, it's pretty pricy and not particularly high quality. Would definitely opt for a taco truck or stand if I was craving Mexican, but if you're looking for a bite after some weekend shenanigans, this spot will scratch that itch. You order at the counter before seating yourself, but the staff will bus your tables. There's plenty of parking available and the salsa bar also has some fresh radishes and roasted(?) carrots that I found to be surprisingly well seasoned. Carne Asada Fries: Fries weren't as crispy as I'd like, but the toppings were solid. Beef was decently tender and they were generous with the amount of guacamole. It was my first time seeing beans on fries, but I thought it was pretty solid. Churros: These are definitely pre-made churros that get re-fried. I continue to be on the hunt for fresh churros in the Seattle area, but I wasn't mad at these. The custard had a nice mouthfeel and creamy sweetness, but the whipped cream was a little odd in that it didn't taste like anything at all. Mulitas: I wanted a little more meat in these, but they aren't bad. I like that some of the cheese crisps up a bit on the edges of the tortilla. If I was a little drunk, these would be elite.
