This location was great! I pre-ordered on the app in the parking lot so I had time to think about what I wanted and the choices. Our food was ready a few minutes after we came in. Service was great the person working was really friendly and helpful. The seating area is nice! there is a cool fireplace that my kids liked watching while eating. The dining room was cean and the soda/ condiments area well stocked. Food was what is expected from Taco Time, delicious! Except for the corn chowder I thought it would be more creamy, it is a seasonal special I'll be skipping next time.

Service was great. Fast and polite. Food is always great at Taco Time. Only fast food restaurant where the picture you see is what you get. I never have a bad experience at Taco Time. Keep up the great job.

    Crisp bean burrito

I order a mini chicken soft taco meal ( kids meal) and a crisp burrito. Price was $17.00!!!. I would be ok paying that but the chicken was extremely salty. Still edible but wow the salt. My bean Burrito was empty....see pictures. Tater tots where also salty but edible. When paying that price I would really like something that tastes great not just edible. And maybe a burrito not a deep fried shell.

Crisp Burrito - Chicken and Beef

Stop by for lunch. I like their crispy chicken burrito, mexi-fries (tater tots). The service was good, but the women restroom needs some cleaning. The garbage can was over flow of trash and the toilet paper was out. I let the one of the employee aware of the restroom issue.

Absolute fire!! Clean, great service, amazing food! The staff was so kind to our kids.

It's wrong to call this fast food because nothing about the experience is fast, especially if you use the drive-thru. There seems to be some staffing issues at this location because there's always a long wait in the drive-thru. The food, however, is pretty consistent and as good as any Taco Time. My favorite item is seasonal: the coconut shrimp bajas, so I only frequent here during that season. The rest of the time, I can do without waiting that long for "fast food" tacos.

It's been a long time since I've left a bad review but I think this Taco Time branch needs it. Some time mid week this week, I was too exhausted to cook so my husband offered to take our daughter for a ride to pick up dinner at Taco Time in Factoria. He got home and I checked over everything and they had forgotten his crispy beef burrito. I called customer service and Zach offered an apology and some coupons for the inconvenience. We were bummed out but happy about the recovery. Tonight, we received our two coupons in the mail and decided to utilize them. We drove to Taco Time and ordered. The girl asked what sauce we wanted and we said the hot sauce. She replied "no problem. I'll add four in the bag for you". Thinking we got it covered this time, we drove home and yep, sure enough we were wrong. No hot sauce. On top of that, the taco that came with the fiesta platter was soggy and cold. It seemed like it was reused from a previous order- never seen such a sad soggy taco in my life. We live 10 minutes away so it definitely wasn't from the drive home. My crispy chicken burrito was still crispy for comparison. The habanero burrito was missing the sauce which ultimately makes the burrito taste good. What another sad dinner.

I've had their street tacos, habanero enchiladas, California burrito... everything is great. The burrito is huge and full of fries, beans and meat. The meat is super tender and flavorful. The enchiladas have a super spicy, luxurious sauce that I couldn't get enough of. Their guacamole appetizer is also awesome. The inside has like three zones - a darker, moodier corner with booths... then high tables near the bar that are airy, with a ton of light... and then an outdoor area with umbrellas to keep the sun from beating on you too bad. They're all a great vibe -- just different. This is a beautiful, modern, clean restaurant that fits perfectly into Bellevue's scene -- but it almost has too much 'corporate polish,' like a Microsoft high-rise tower. My only mildest of criticisms is that this polish kind of obfuscates how soulful eating Mexican food can be.

The menus and water took a while to get to us, but we were given a basket of chips and salsa pretty quickly. After receiving our menus, we eventually had a server who seemed to give us pretty prompt attention. Party got the steak fajitas ($29), chicken enchiladas, vegan vegetable fajitas ($23.99), and the California burrito ($29). For the most part, all the food was good. The steak fajitas were the worst dish as the steak was dry and overcooked. But otherwise everybody enjoyed their food however, the price did not seem to match the quantity or service provided. I'm shocked at How expensive all the dishes were! it's crazy!

We did a belated Christmas gift exchange with friends recently and our friends made reservations here. So glad they did! It's literally right down in the main Bellevue Square hub, so we were able to easily park at the mall and make a short walk to Castilla. Vibes were perfect with low lighting but still a bustling atmosphere. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) kept solid recommendations coming all night and was so funny and personable! As this is a tapas spot, we tried quite a few dishes and split them amongst the table. Mixta Paella: our server promised us that the smaller size paella was good for 2-4 people and man he was RIGHT. The portion was absolutely insane and I don't think we even finished all of it. Everything tasted so fresh and there was so much flavor to the dish. They warn you ahead of time, but plan for the paella to take 30 minutes for them to prepare. Grilled Octopus Leg: Every time I have octopus (which is two times now LOL) I'm a little worried about the texture, but it was prepared beautifully here and the sauce that it was in was delicious. Salmon & Artichoke Dip: I'm a sucker for any type of artichoke dip and this was no exception. Creamy, rich, and great flavor! Beef Medallions: Tender and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend. Chorizo & Onion Empanada: Another banger. So crispy and the filling was so good! I actually was on the fence about this one but my husband insisted, and it was a good choice. Patatas Aioli: Crispy layered potato with a garlic aioli? I mean, come on. You can't go wrong. Delicious. This was our first visit to Castilla and I'm sure it won't be the last - would definitely return if I'm dining up again in Bellevue!

I had made a reservation in advance by phone. When we arrived, however, the restaurant told us they could not find our reservation. While mistakes can happen, the interaction felt dismissive from the very beginning. After we were eventually seated, we were not given menus, even though other guests around us received theirs immediately. We waited and asked multiple times but were still left without menus. Eventually, I tried to get the attention of the front desk and asked for a menu. Instead of helping us, the owner came over and told us that we were being "not polite" and that because we were "not polite," we would not be given a menu. Wanting to document our experience, I posted a Google review while we were waiting. Shortly afterward, the owner came directly to our table with the review on her phone and confronted us about it while we were eating. I politely asked if we could discuss it after the meal, but was told that we needed to change the review immediately or leave the restaurant. I was honestly shocked. I've never experienced a restaurant owner approaching diners during their meal and pressuring them to modify a review. This was my father's birthday dinner, and the confrontation made the entire evening uncomfortable and upsetting for my family. To make matters worse, after we got home, we realized that one of the dishes we ordered was never served at all, and no one noticed throughout the entire meal. I understand that service mistakes can happen. Losing a reservation, forgetting menus, or missing an item can all be corrected. What disappointed me most was how these issues were handled. Instead of acknowledging the problems, we were blamed, confronted, and pressured to change our feedback. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future customers deserve to know about our experience.

Overall, I'd say the value is solid for a sit down location, but for tacos, it's pretty pricy and not particularly high quality. Would definitely opt for a taco truck or stand if I was craving Mexican, but if you're looking for a bite after some weekend shenanigans, this spot will scratch that itch. You order at the counter before seating yourself, but the staff will bus your tables. There's plenty of parking available and the salsa bar also has some fresh radishes and roasted(?) carrots that I found to be surprisingly well seasoned. Carne Asada Fries: Fries weren't as crispy as I'd like, but the toppings were solid. Beef was decently tender and they were generous with the amount of guacamole. It was my first time seeing beans on fries, but I thought it was pretty solid. Churros: These are definitely pre-made churros that get re-fried. I continue to be on the hunt for fresh churros in the Seattle area, but I wasn't mad at these. The custard had a nice mouthfeel and creamy sweetness, but the whipped cream was a little odd in that it didn't taste like anything at all. Mulitas: I wanted a little more meat in these, but they aren't bad. I like that some of the cheese crisps up a bit on the edges of the tortilla. If I was a little drunk, these would be elite.

You know, the kind of place where you sit down thinking, "We'll just have one drink," and suddenly it's three tequilas later and you're talking about your childhood dreams. Speaking of tequila... WOW. The tequila selection here is basically a library, and the bartenders are the very enthusiastic librarians. They know everything. My partner and I were lovingly escorted through a full tequila tour before our food even arrived, and honestly? By the time dinner showed up, life was beautiful and all decisions felt correct. Needless to say, we were having an excellent time. The food definitely holds its own too. Everything came out fresh, beautifully plated, and tasting like someone in the kitchen actually cares (which is always a plus). We split a few dishes, including the Carne Asada and the Pescado. The Carne Asada was good, though it could've used just a bit more seasoning, nothing tragic, just a gentle nudge from "good" to "wow." The Pescado, however, was fantastic. Topped with olives, capers, and tomatoes... I mean, how do you even mess that up? You don't. And they didn't. Bonus points: they're open late, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. So if you find yourself wandering the streets of Bellevue after hours, questioning your life choices and craving tequila and good food, congratulations, you've found your place. Wow!! We had an amazing date night experience here last night. Our server provided the best service…read morewe've had in a long time. She really stood out--so helpful on menu options (she was very knowledgeable), attentive, proactive, and all around wonderful!! We had oysters, shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, sea bass and black cod. Both fish dishes were excellent in preservation, freshness, flavor and preparation. Cocktails were really good too. Nice and refreshing. The sourdough bread service is complimentary and decision with the salted butter. We noticed several families here with their young kids so we checked out the kids menu--great kids menu with fish options on it! The restaurant ambiance is fun and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly salted butter, and the taste reminded me of sourdough but the texture of the bread itself was like a very crispy crunchy outer layer over a martin's potato roll. - The Grand (3/5): I learned that I am definitely not a shellfish person.. so keep in mind of my biased take! I wish the waiter explained what came on our plate, but he quickly scooted away. The scallops were my favorite. Nice and mild and sweet flavor. The grand also came with 6 sauces to pair. Wasn't sure which sauce went best with which, but doesn't hurt to try? shell on shrimp and lobster claw were the second and third bests in my opinion. - Grilled Black-eyed Perch (4/5): got a smaller 1.2 lb fish. Can get it grilled and fried. Fried is ~$4 more. This fish was around 38-39/lb at the time of writing. Flavors were so great! Not a bony fish at all and didn't have to really pick at it. A tad dry in certain parts, but again, nice salty, zesty from the lemon and herbaceous. This place is definitely on the $$$ side, so can see ppl coming here for special occasions.
