My favorite order is the veggie soft taco combo. The tater tots are my kryptonite. The veggie soft taco is more like a burrito due to its size. Beans and veggies. A super yummy coleslaw style salad with pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. The crunch is delicious! The white sauce not a ranch but super tasty like a cross between sour cream and ranch. I'm not a regular taco time eater but that's my order when I do eat here. Definitely need to eat this food fast before it gets cold. The fresh tots are so tasty!! The service at this location is friendly and it's a clean restaurant. The drive through here is no longer. Not sure if it even had one as I go in most often at this location. This location was great! I pre-ordered on the app in the parking lot so I had time to think about what I wanted and the choices. Our food was ready a few minutes after we came in. Service was great the person working was really friendly and helpful. The seating area is nice! there is a cool fireplace that my kids liked watching while eating. I remember when I was a child they used to say that anytime was taco time this place is absolutely one of my favorites and this location has some of the best seating I've ever seen but my favorite. The one thing I love more than anything in the world whenever I come back to Washington State? The Casita burrito another thing about eating at taco time you have to order a side of the Mexi fries in the olden days we called them tater tots, but any of the other menu items that you try here you will not regret because they make everything fresh and the best part? They expanded the drive thru, so now you go around the back of the whole building before entering. Surrounding areas aren't great. It's wrong to call this fast food because nothing about the experience is fast, especially if you use the drive-thru. There seems to be some staffing issues at this location because there's always a long wait in the drive-thru. The food, however, is pretty consistent and as good as any Taco Time. My favorite item is seasonal: the coconut shrimp bajas, so I only frequent here during that season. The rest of the time, I can do without waiting that long for "fast food" tacos. read more

This is a great taco time! The one in the Highlands is always dirty and the employees are always grumpy but here everybody is really nice and it's immaculate. Orders are always ready for pick up on time and dine in is just as delightful. The only thing I don't like is something more corporate. I wish that the screen you ordered from in the lobby allowed you to pay with their barcode. Otherwise you have to order through an employee to pay with your app. read more

It's been a long time since I've left a bad review but I think this Taco Time branch needs it. Some time mid week this week, I was too exhausted to cook so my husband offered to take our daughter for a ride to pick up dinner at Taco Time in Factoria. He got home and I checked over everything and they had forgotten his crispy beef burrito. I called customer service and Zach offered an apology and some coupons for the inconvenience. We were bummed out but happy about the recovery. Tonight, we received our two coupons in the mail and decided to utilize them. We drove to Taco Time and ordered. The girl asked what sauce we wanted and we said the hot sauce. She replied "no problem. I'll add four in the bag for you". Thinking we got it covered this time, we drove home and yep, sure enough we were wrong. No hot sauce. On top of that, the taco that came with the fiesta platter was soggy and cold. It seemed like it was reused from a previous order- never seen such a sad soggy taco in my life. We live 10 minutes away so it definitely wasn't from the drive home. Local northwest chain.. if you're here for authentic Mexican.. go elsewhere.. it's an eclectic combination of food that somehow seems Mexican. They sell tater tots as mexi fries.. somehow they're batter than any tater tot I've had.. the Fitbit bowl is better than chipotle and only costs 5 bucks.. I think it's the sauces. First off I love taco time and I don't want to give a bad review because I want them to thrive -- so the 3 stars is solely based on the service we received by a very rude person who was not good at her job. We did drive up window (11/30 around 330pm) it was not busy. The lady had some trouble taking our order but we repeated it until she was able to repeat it correctly back to me. When I pulled up she barely put her hand out to take our money - I took off my belt to reach out further and she didn't move! She said "it's cold out" and kept staring at me while I struggled to reach her lazy flaccid hand. I understand it's chilly but I was reaching out half my body! I've NEVER had this weird experience before-- she kept getting worse and wanted ME to reach into the window to get my change! Then she actually rested my bag on the window for me to grab it! What??? This location gets crazy busy during lunch rush due to the Tmobile headquarter and other cooperate offices close by. But that's the normal any where for you in this area during lunch time. This Taco Time is immaculately clean. Probably the cleanest restaurant you'll ever eat in. Even more so than fine dining restaurants. The kitchen is largely visible from the register, and I've noticed everything is always clearly labeled and in place. The tacos are consistently fresh and delicious. So I try not to eat much fast food and this location is right by my work.. I stop here usually between 7pm and 8pm on a Friday or Sat night on my way to work.. First of all the staff is always super super friendly.. I have been through the drive through four times in the last two months and the wait is pretty quick and always friendly.. Moving back from New Mexico I would ask questions about the menu and they always are more then happy to answer and suggest items as I don't like beans or sour cream.. Usually I get the Baja Tacos or the Crispy or Soft Chicken Burrito.. Sometimes Combo..
