Each visit is solid with no long waits and food made as ordered. Taco Bell as a brand is getting a bit skimpy on serving size, but that isn't these folks' fault...but we are on to you Taco Bell! Service is solid. Whether at the speaker, window or counter, service has always been good. Not great, but good enough. The store is in decent condition and is kept clean. Overall, it is a Taco Bell. Sat in line for 20 min only to get to the window and be ignored for 15 more min. No one answered so I thought I might not have triggered there speaker system. I then circled the parking lot and got back in line to see the two cars that were now ahead of me immediately get a response and be on there way. When pulling back up, no answer again. So I waited 15 more minutes until the line behind me was packed to the highway. No employee ever came out to check why the line build up was so bad with no cars at the window. Bean burrito, dreadfull...super skimpy on the beans, no noticable cheese, on a giant, cold tortilla. Taco bell? More like, Taco Hell... yeah! Truthfully, I'm writing this because the staff here is really kind, and clearly care about the service they provide. Food seems to be made intentionally, and always comes out hot. Because of this, it has quickly become my favorite fast food out this way. Beyond acceptable service and quality. I'm reporting this to American Hospitality Corporation because I love Tacobell and have been ordering from the Bellevue, TN location off Hwy 70S for 30+ years! Simple 4 tacos with drinks and fries. After 10 minutes waiting, I was asked to pull around and wait for staff to come out and hand me my order. The contents of my bag was disasterous. My food was haphazardly thrown in the bag, careless and sloppy. The quantity of meat and tomatoes added to the 4 tacos was Robbery! I did not receive my hot sauce packets that I ordered. However, two cheese containers that I never eat were included in my bag. I took images and a video opening the taco wraps. If I could give a zero believe me I would. After getting off of a very long shift, I went to Taco Bell thinking that I would be able to order some food before heading home. I was wrong. I got there and after waiting in line for a pretty long time, about 15 minutes, I finally got to the order placement window, and I was received with no introduction. I then said hello two or three times, and still did not receive any responses. After waiting for about four minutes, I said " I guess I'll just pull up then", with the response " that's not gonna help you any" after going back and forth with the employee about how that was rude and disrespectful, I left through the cut out only to be sworn at with intolerant language. I am in disbelief that this person was actually hired and maintained their job until now. For whoever this woman is, she needs to be fired immediately, as she is not helping Taco Bell's image in the slightest. I will not be going back to that location at any time after noon, as I fear I may run into the same unintelligent, and rude worker that I encountered today. Even when short staffed, food still comes out hot and fresh. Came in the other night and had a mobile order. The line was a little slow in the drive thru but not too bad. Ended up taking them a few minutes at the window but I had a big order. They apologized for the wait and said they only had three employees in there right now. Their acknowledgement and explanation of a wait that was only slightly longer than expected was very polite. This was late at night when they were the only fast food place open, so I assumed the wait was due to them being the only option for fast food! While I was there four- yes FOUR drive thru people came inside because their orders were incorrect or something missing. Hands down the worst Taco Bell I've been to. I waited at the counter for over five minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me and everyone just kept staring and saying someone needs to go up front. Three people walked in after me and still no one came to the counter. Finally the girl from the drive-through walks to the counter and instead of saying anything along the lines of I'm sorry you had to wait or we are short staffed, she just rudely says hi and glares at me. This is not the first time there has been extreme rudeness at this location and it's not the first time I've stood in line while NO ONE came to take orders for 5 to 10 minutes. The worst Taco Bell ever. Orders are always wrong. Order in person get what you didn't order. Order online and they still fuck it up. Ordered again today online because I was passing by. Asked for 10 hot sauces and got 2. Went back and asked for fire and the stupid girl in the drive thru gave us hot- this is after her coworker asked for fire. Last time the order was missing 4 tacos and a quesadilla. Didn't figure it out til I got home and bam. EVERY TIME THEY MISS SOMETHING OR GIVE TOU THE WRONG THING. Couldn't go back due to my work schedule. Only one good employee here. Management sucks, employees can't read or are colorblind or stoned out of their minds. Typical Taco Bell...Food was your standard/average what you expect from any Taco Bell, well made and not messy. Guy at the counter (Juan) did a nice job, greeted me promptly and took my order. Think he might have been the one to make it too but not sure....he seemed to be about the only one who seemed to be working at the time. Hardly anyone in the place and once I got my order sat down and as I was eating I watched several other people walk in and since he was on break (as he was sitting out in the cafe seeming to be eating his lunch too at another table) they waited to or three minutes before anyone even came up front, one guy left...yes there were one or two cars in the drive-thru but come on...and it was 11:15am. wow. I just had the Worst customer service ever. I'm a difficult person when eating out due to some allergies and dietary restrictions. So when a person fails to listen to an order and makes my meal incorrectly, I am physically unable to eat it. Today, we placed the order at the drive through (i can only eat a taco salad with only lettuce, meat, and guacamole- it's not hard) and when they handed us the receipt, they had gotten it wrong, So we told the guy at the window and he told the duds in the kitchen. I ordered two, seven later burritos without cheese or sour cream because I am Vegan. Taco Bell has a certified vegan menu on their website and the seven layer burrito, sans cheese and sour cream, are apart of that menu. I went back through the drive through after I got my burritos because I discovered small bits of cheese on my items. I informed the girls working and it seemed fine. Then the manager opens the window and told me there was no cheese on the items, I told her I found small bits, and she raised her voice and told me there is cheese in the lettuce that gets mixed in and there is cheese on the line. So, she didn't apologize, just raised her voice and acted like I was a terrible customer for asking my stuff to not have cheese on it. I work in restaurants and that is a cross contamination violation. I'm also not sure why she decided to raise her voice and treat me so rudely.
