I was craving a burger but I didn't feel like waiting for a table at a sports bar or sit down restaurant. Five guys was a perfect find as far as convenience. I couldn't believe how quickly my meal added up as they have an ale cart system that forced me to buy my burger and fries and drink separately for a whopping total of $24. It was tasty but closer to a drive in diner quality or a notch above fast food so I'm not exactly sure it was worth it. The portions were generous, but very greasy. The calories were listed on the menu items and I am a little regrettable about my meal adding up to just under 2,000 calories for a single meal. However that doesn't seem to stop anyone from frequenting this joint. A line of blue collar workers, families with kids, a couple on a date...all lined up behind me. So I guess five guys is for everyone as long as you can afford it and aren't concerned with the health aspect in that moment. read more

We lived our meal from Five Guys! Having broke our clean eating, we wanted a decent burger place late at night. At 9pm, we went in and there were two friendly and cheerful young guys working. My husband ordered the bacon heeseburger with everything on it and large fries to share. I ordered the BLT with mayo, green peppers, and grilled onions. MMmmm Mmmm MMMM!! Both were so good!! The BLT had plenty of Bacon and two Tomatoe slices. No complaints in terms of serving and value. Hubby wasn't a huge fan of the fries because they do taste more like potatoes rather than greasy fries (think thicker In-N-Out fries) which I personally like! They do need ketchup or something to dip in though, since they're not sopping with grease they can taste a little dry after a few in a row. All together we think we may have found our new "Fast Food" place here in TN. Happy to return and recommend them to others!! read more

Went there today for lunch. The food was as good as usual; however, we have noticed over the last 2-3 years service has become very slow. There were only 4 orders ahead of us, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. The staff apologized, but still. This is mainly just a review on service. The place is located in a large strip mall setting, so plenty of parking is available. It's a national chain, that prides itself in burgers and fries. I think on the fast food scale, this is a 3 or at best 4 star place. I'm mostly vegetarian, so I have not tried out their burgers, but I do like the veggie sandwich options (which is essentially a lot of toppings and cheese on a bun). However, what earns 5 stars for me is the service. They are always friendly (even with a high turnover rate it seems), and the food has always been good, or atleast what I expected it to be. Is it a gourmet veggie sandwich? No. But it's fast food, so for what it is, I think it's good. They do serve a lot of fries, but I think that the 5 Guys staple, pretty much everywhere I've went to one, they over serve on fries. The seasoning is good, and the food is always hot. I usually just order online and pick it up, and besides the fries, everything is ready to go by the time I get there. The fries are served hot, and the seasoning is pretty good. There is a good amount of seating, although I have gone at non peak times, and some outside seating as well. All in all, for a 5 guys, it's a good location. If you have been to other 5 Guys, and liked the food, then I don't think this place will disappoint you, because the service was friendly, the place seemed clean, and the food was good. read more

I love 5 guy's and this particular one is especially good. I like to order online and come and pick it up. They always have my burger done, but they don't start your fried until you arrive. That way, they don't get cold. It's that type of precision to detail that I really appreciate. I am always greeted with a hefty hello when I come in. The staff is friendly and they pay attention to details. As far as the food, if you aren't familiar with 5 guys, they cook their fries in peanut oil. It's delicious. I'm a fan of the Cajun seasoning that you put on top also. The burgers are cooked fresh on the flat top, and the bun's are a perfect compliment. It's really a grade A burger.
