As I perused the menu, it was a no-brainer to select one of their iconic boxes, in particular the Supreme Luxe Box. This lunch prix fixe deal includes five selected items. Beefy 5-Layer Burrito: This flour tortilla was filled with beef, refried beans, sour cream and nacho cheese. It didn't have the most cinematic appearance, but it's the taste that matters. Crunchy Taco: The taco shell has a variety of flavorful fillings. The shell itself has seen better days, but I still devoured this bad boy down to the last bite. Chicken Chalupa Supreme: If you are looking for an upgrade from the crunchy taco, you've found it! The puffy, thick shell had a soft and crunchy texture. The grilled chicken, cheeses and other toppings are the backbone to this Mexican-style sandwich. This was undoubtedly my favorite portion of the Supreme Luxe Box. Supplement your meal with complimentary dipping sauces ranging from mild to diablo. Lather the sauce anyway with any flavor; the choice is yours. Nachos with Cheese: I substituted this side in place of the Cinnamon Twists because I felt it was a much better fit for the Box. Enjoy them as is or with some warm nacho cheese sauce. Medium Fountain Drink: Wash your meal down with any Pepsi product ranging from Lipton Iced Tea to Mountain Dew. As a bonus, free refills are available. As another bonus, Taco Bell locations open early in case you need to get a jump start on lunch. PROS: this is a nice Taco Bell that stands alone from the other stores. It's clean, spacious, and has loads of parking. The staff is friendly and they have food ordering tablets for the customers CONS: one of the food ordering tablets was down. Went to get some lunch on cheat day. The store pretty empty. Walked straight ip to the counter, ordered my supreme taco combo, got it in my hand within 2 minutes. Excellent service, super clean store. The tacos had standard taco bell flavor. Tasted real good with the hot sauce. read more

My brother and I were starving after midnight and decided to get Taco Bell as it was one of the only places still open. We took advantage of the Meal for 2 online exclusive offer for $12.50 + tax that includes 2 Crunchwrap Supremes®, 2 Bean Burritos, 2 Soft Tacos, and 2 Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. We probably had a 10 minute wait in the drive thru line as other people had the same idea as us. After seeing reviews about missing items, we checked to make sure everything was in the bag -- the food items were but they did not give us the correct sauces. This is literally the ONLY taco bell I've been to in years that actually had cinnatwists and didn't try to give me those cinnabon mini things in lieu. For that alone they get four stars, ha. We were craving Taco Bell badly tonight. We made the mistake of giving this store another chance tonight to see if they would actually get our order correct or if they would mess it up. Of course, they messed up our order badly. They gave us the wrong sodas. They forgot the chicken taco supremes we ordered. They didn't put any lettuce, tomato or sour cream on the taco Supremes we did receive. They are ridiculous because the supreme means it has sour cream. They didn't put extra sour cream on the nachos belgrande (which costs extra). The tacos just had ground beef and a bunch of shredded cheese. Who would want that type of taco? Why don't the workers ever read the notes? It is stated clearly on the receipt what we ordered. It wasn't anything complicated, the workers just don't want to do their jobs. I think Taco Bell is competing with the Wendy's nearby to see who can mess up customers orders the most. So far, they are tied. read more

After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to try this TB. But we decided to make our own assumptions. Actually it was not bad at all. We went inside, instead of the drive through, due to all the negative comments after getting home and checking there food. I wanted to make sure everything was right before leaving the place. And you can grab as much sauce as you want. The employees were rather friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and very good, no complaints with any of our tacos and the quesadillas. I use the drive through when I treat myself to a TB fix! The food quality is not what it used to be. The flour tortillas on the burritos and soft tacos are cold! Ruins it for me! And most of the time my order is wrong! Either missing an item or they didn't take off the sour cream. Note: don't ask for any special request because you're likely not to get it. Also they don't take Am Express! They only take Master Card. Had to use a debit card. I find similar issues with other fast food places around with missing items. So, I have a love hate relationship with this location. They are good about 50% of the time and other times they miss the mark completely. Last time I ordered I got the meal for 2 on the app and was missing chips and cheese sauce, my hot sauce, and my tacos. The people at this taco bell I went to were the worst. I had an issue with an order that I placed on the kiosk. I went over to the counter and asked for some help. All the workers turned to me and just ignored me. They ignored me twice. Then when I got my order, it was wrong. There was some items in it that I had not added in there. Then when I had brought it to there attenton, there was a lady who kept on trying to tell me that it was my order. I was trying to be nice but she began to gave me an attitude. They are morons at this place. I placed an order, went to pick it up and they couldn't find it but the lady remembered making it. I said fine please make it again , and she started making something other than what I ordered clearly not looking at the screen. She then admitted she could not pull up my order. I then asked them to cancel it and they said they couldn't so I now have to go spend 30 minutes on their website to cancel a $9 order. It gets better... I haven't had Taco Bell in like 10 years. I hate driving in Fort Lee and the Hackensack location is just too far (although I do go to the White Castle over there....but WC is my favorite fast food chain). Anyway, this spot just opened up the block from me. It's much smaller on the inside then I was expecting. The parking arrangement sucks too (if you're parked on the west side of the building by the handicapped spots, you can't get out if there's a line at the drive-thru.....just like the shitty McDonald's up the block). Inside it's clean. It just opened yesterday so it's expected. They also have tons of outlets to charge your electronic devices. The place was jammin. My man ordered 3 of those Nacho Doritos tacos (supreme) and I ordered 2 supreme tacos. His came with a drink. I have to say, I really enjoyed the food for what it was. First time I stopped in I walked out as there was a line and both customers and staff seemed confused! Second time I stopped by, folks still seemed confused, but at least there was no line! Ordered a Cheddar Chalupa box. It's $5.99, not $5.00 as advertised on TV, as this not a "participating location". The Chalupa and tacos were typical Taco Bell, but at least neatly made! While my delivery got to me in a timely manner, the delivery driver didn't pay attention to the notes AAAAAND I didnt any of my sauces. It's another franchise location, which means you pay $6 for the nationally advertised $5 box deals. In fact, you pay more for everything at franchise locations. I ordered the nachos and three taco supremes to go and paid for them. Luckily, I checked my order in the car before I left the lot. I got regular tacos instead of supreme. Had to go back into store and get correct order. The staff was very nice and apologetic. Got home and ate soggy tacos and nachos. This is stuff that is best when eaten immediately.
