We came here for Father's Day lunch. I love the atmosphere and there's so much seating inside. You can do up to big parties here for sure. I love the variety on the menu. I got the poncho Villa and it was absolutely delicious. I love the flavors and our server was great. I would recommend stopping by if you need some Mexican cuisine.

Quick and friendly service, extensive menu with lots of seafood options, good chips and salsa with table side guacamole available. We were greeted and seated right away. Prices are reasonable for the portion size (lots were huge portions). Ordered a cilantro rice bowl with shrimp that was really good and the garnish was a quesadilla with extra crispy cheese (a personal favorite). Friend ordered steak fajitas. Said the meat and veggies were fantastic. Word of warning, their lunch menu on the back of the menu is only valid Monday through Friday so my friend whom ordered from there thought she was getting a smaller portion for a smaller price and was surprised to pay over $30 for her fajitas. Management really needs to post that on the menu. For some reason all the tvs in the restaurant were tunes to horse racing which is weird during the World Cup and Miami is a host city. Speakers were having some issues for the music and kept cutting out. Other than that, great random find close to the freeway on our drive from the Florida Keys back to Cape Canaveral.

Third time in as many weeks. Go to spot for happy hour or any hour. Visit with friends and family, very kid friendly. Staff is attentive, offer their own choices on drinks and food, and are fast. The fajitas with chicken are always my go to, and any margarita. Will visit again for Cinco de Mayo. Ps, love the music choice, and it isn't that loud either, huge plus.

This place absolutely blew me away! One of my friends and I decided to come here for New Years Eve dinner on a whim. They sat us in less than 5 minutes and it was very crowded. There were beautiful decorations covering the ceiling & adorned all over the restaurant. The service was timely. We ordered a skinny margarita and prickly pear margarita to start, which were delicious and strong! We started off with the tableside prepared guacamole, which we asked to be mixed mild. It was beyond fresh. Fresh is an understatement really. We couldn't get enough of it. When you're seated, there are complimentary chips with salsa. The salsa was a little spicy. For dinner, my friend ordered the pork burrito and I got the steak tacos with a side of shredded cheese. The steak tacos came with rice and pinto beans. There were onions and cilantro for toppings on the tacos. The tacos were on a soft tortilla. They were truly some of the best tacos I've ever had. So authentic, steak cooked to perfection. I will absolutely be coming here again! Seriously 10/10 experience from the food, to the ambiance, to the service.

I can't believe I never knew this place existed--it's tucked away right on Airport Road, next to the movie theater, and it's an absolute gem! La Condesa is a wonderful Mexican restaurant serving all the traditional favorites plus some Americanized options for those who like a twist. The moment I saw they had chocolate mole on the menu, I was sold. This is not something you find everywhere, and the fact that they offer it here is a big win. I ordered the chicken chimichanga with the chocolate mole and it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My friend went with the chicken and shrimp fajitas, which were sizzling, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant itself is super clean and welcoming, and the staff is attentive--maybe too attentive at times. The servers circled back every 10 minutes or so, which was great for quick refills but also felt a little rushed, like they were hovering. That said, everyone was friendly and eager to make the experience great. One small note: the floor the night we went felt like it had just been waxed, so tread lightly! Overall, La Condesa is a hidden gem with authentic flavors, great portions, and a warm vibe. Between the chocolate mole (a rarity!) and the overall quality of the food, I'll definitely be back.

Easy parking, and lots of bathrooms. This place is awesome. Great vibes, laid back and service was so crazy fast. The margaritas were amazing. I got the spicy margaritas and the chicken tacos. The street tacos with the homemade corn tortillas. Amazing! Everything was so good and I just really enjoyed it there. They have a patio but it has so many fans and it was pretty cool out there as well. You can't go wrong here for a decent choice. Also my rule of thumb is if the salsa is good and homemade then the rest will be great and it was pretty accurate here. Great salsa and amazing food and margaritas .

Delicious food and excellent service. Prices are very reasonable. I ordered the quesadilla, and the portions were quite generous.

May 2026, the day we went to this restaurant the place was not crowded. The service was ok, and our Server was pleasant. They brought a bowl of chips and SMALL bowl of salsa to our table of 4, but I was not happy when I ask the Server for extra salsa and she wanted to charge us $3.00 EXTRA! Are they kidding me, how cheap can this restaurant get. I have never been charged extra for a small bowl of salsa. We ordered the Steak Fajita $29.99 that came out sizzling and tasted pretty good. The meat was tender, but a little charred. With the Fajita if I recall correctly they gave us 3 SMALL soft tacos, honestly with that meal for $29.99 they should have given us 6 soft tacos. The house white wine Pinot Grigio for $8 was delicious. Honestly, we won't be back there to eat because the place leaves me with a cold feeling. There are plenty of Mexican Restaurants in the area that will not charge an extra $3.00 for a small bowl of salsa.

They've really cheapened their margaritas. Almost no tequila and much shorter glasses. Let's increase profit at the expense of quality.

This place was AMAZING! From the minute we were greeted and asked for our reservation's name to the ending of our experience; it was hands down so great! I had probably one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. I'm not even joking when I say that. It was delicious. The apps were nothing less than perfect too that we shared for the table. The duck rolls were pretty spot on and that's saying a lot for not being a big fan of duck. We also shared the cauliflower. My main entree was the octopus. I'm glad I asked about spice, because they said it had a kick. So I asked for the sauce to be on the side. Our server, Riley, did it without hesitation for me. The environment was also really pretty for Indian fusion. There was an upside down painting of the Taj Mahal upside down that was sick!

We sat on the patio under an umbrella during dusk time, which was lovely. It wasn't too hot. Aspen was our server and she was extremely accomodating and kind. She provided her recommendations to us about the menu, which I really appreciated. We started with the mocktails "is there a doctor in the house?" And they were AMAZING! Super refreshing. It had pineapple skin, ginger, turmeric, carrot, and citrus. We ordered a bunch of items to share. For appetizers, we ordered the bang bang cauliflower, which had mushroom, paneer, mint and cilantro. This was SO yummy, but extremely spicy! My mouth was actually on fire. We also got the spicy tuna bomb which consistent of semolina puri, spicy soy, green goddess, and avocado. They were shaped like little circles that you could pop in your mouth in one bite. We got the Brussels Caesar which was AWESOME! I loved the shaved Brussels made into a salad. We also ordered the truffle naan with ricotta. This is a MUST! It was delicious. The truffle taste was so potent. And the ricotta paired so well with it. We ordered the ribeye cut medium from the meat menu along with the buttermilk miso. The meat was perfect. It was tender and yummy. We just weren't provided with a knife to cut it and had to ask for it. I gave 4 stars just because of the multiple flies that were surrounding us and our food at one point. We asked for a fly fan, but unfortunately they didn't have one available. Overall, wonderful experience though! Food was very tasty, service was great. I will most definitely return and sit inside on my next occasion!

Maybe it's quieter outside but those tables are right next to the street. We had to yell to hear each other. Our server Sebastian was so pushy and constantly upselling us. As soon as we sat down, he asked whether we wanted still or sparkling water, but that question should always have 3 options: still, sparkling, or tap? He then recommended the signature omakase, the most expensive thing on the menu. When he came back to take our order, he made a big pitch of today's rib special. When my husband ordered the 8-piece nigiri, he pushed us to upgrade to the 12-piece option. As we were eating, he asked us what else we wanted to order. We ordered $130 of food for 2 people...seriously? We hadn't even finished yet to gauge if we were still hungry. I know that tips are a percentage of the bill, but you would've thought this kid was getting a commission on top of his tip or something. It rubbed us the wrong way. The tuna crispy rice was $5 per piece and the rice was weirdly chewy. Wouldn't order it again. The nigiri were the highlight of the meal. Each piece felt balanced and the sushi rice was good. We ordered 3 rolls: toro toro, scallop, and yellowtail. All were forgettable and expensive for what they were. The yellowtail roll was bland, which is probably why there's a chili ponzu sauce to go with it because otherwise all you can taste is pear, which isn't a flavor I'm looking for in sushi. We ended our meal with scallop tacos, which were good but microscopic and pricey ($17 for 2 tacos). Each one is a bite and a half. It took a while to flag down Sebastian for the bill, so we were stuck in the din of the restaurant for longer than we liked. If the restaurant's filling up, wouldn't you want to turn our table and seat new guests? My husband made a note on the res that it was my birthday, but it was ignored. Maybe we would've had a better experience with a different waiter, but this was a disappointing meal and service.
