Customers should not have to question their bill or feel like charges are being added without proper communication. There also seemed to be absolutely no accountability when mistakes were made. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue, I felt like the situation was brushed off. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Management really needs to address the customer service, communication, pricing transparency, and accountability because experiences like this can easily make customers not want to return.
