This review is based solely on this particular location. I love Taco Bell but this store is absolutely filthy! The dining area is disgusting, tables always dirty and the windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them. They look as though someone used the wrong cleanser to wash them as there is a hazy film over the entire window. People have started drawing faces in the hazy film. The last time I was there, there was a ladder leaning against the wall so maybe there is a plan to wash the windows read more

This yeah Bell is not the place to go when it's busy. 3 times out of 5 they have forgot a part of our order. The last time I ate there I found a sharp plastic shank in my taco.It stabbed me in the cheek. It seemed to be broke off from a plastic container. Just be sure to watch your food. read more

Incorrect orders? Every time. Slow? The absolute slowest. Chronically under-staffed, horribly managed, easily the worst fast food place in Bremerton for as long as I can remember. Becoming more and more disappointed with this location. I'm not coming here again, I will go out of my way to go to a different location. The quality of the food has gone down (just at this store, I've been to others and have had no problems) and the service is awful. 30+ minutes sitting in the drive thru is NOT ok. Not to mention, it's filthy inside. My shoes always stick to the floor, there's water damage in the ceiling and it's starting to sag. This location has serious issues. It regularly takes 20+ minutes for a few tacos and orders are almost always not complete in my experience. Drive thru line is almost always long and slow. I love taco bell but someone seriously needs to get a grip on that freaking store. read more

This place is great! First off the food here is great. Second the staff is terrific. I recently had some heart problems and was taken to the hospital so I had to leave my car there for a week and the manager was completely understanding and didn't have it towed or anything and when I came back to pick my car up they gave me a free meal and sent me on my way. I went to the taco bell on Wheaton way and was one of three people eating in. one had already got their food and was eating, the other was after me. It took half an hour for me to ask what was taking so long. Ha- came here for cheap food, walked into the workers having a domestic dispute and one of the workers a woman was trying to walk off her shift but her till was in the reg and the workers told het she couldn't leave so she proceeded to squawk for 20 minutes about how she came in to help them.... This took up all the workers attention and they messed up our order but still got what we ordered food was fine, we didn't get food poisoning which is all we cared about as we were hung over and the drama was entertaining!!! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I'm giving a 1 star because I can't give a 0 and their food was edible. I went there tonight and I had to repeat myself 3 times in the drive through because the lady couldn't hear me. She looks very thin and looks like she could be on drugs. The guy who served me however, offered me a water for my wait. he was a young guy who might've had a nose piercing. Very respectful. (30 minutes I had to wait, at least) There are 2 drive through windows, why aren't they both used? And WHAT ABOUT MULTITASKING. Cannot believe you! Taco bell on Kitsap Way! I want to say I am just so disappointed in your customer service skills. I have worked in fast food for 10 years. That's on and off but I knew how to treat people and if in any way I offended them I corrected it. What you did today! I wish I was a bad person and would shout your name out! But we'll just call you the unhappy lady who just had to ruin my day! It was a late day today so I took the kids out for taco bell since it was their favorite! Bought 14 items. Simple items since most of it was multiples! Started handing my kids their food when I noticed 3 items missing. So I immediately go back and instead of dragging my 4 kids out since some started eating already I asked my 10 yr old if she can go in and ask them if they can fix it. Now I know my daughter was in no way rude but when she went in I realized one of the items I thought was missing wasn't so my son ran in to tell her it's just the 2 items. They come out the front door and right to my car when my daughter says I am sorry mom but that lady was rude. I asked her how? She said "the lady walked back and said her mom is lying, and sent her kid in because she knows she can get away with getting free food". now I wanted to grab my toddler and tell my kids to get on out but instead my heart hurt alot. And I just started bursting into tears I was so pissed. Never ever have i ever and I say ever would I have thought someone could be that cruel. The messed up thing is that even if i circled on my receipt the missing items and it was still wrong! I didn't care at that point. Mind you I have a clear view of the counter since I parked right next to the door so I can see my daughter go in and come out. I called corporate and ofcourse they are closed. Then I called them up and asked to speak to a manager. Instead of being put on hold i hear bickering because they knew i was calling I can see them looking out. Why I didn't get out is beyond me still! I hang up and call a different taco bell and see if there's a different number I can call. Nope. But they apologized because I was already emotional. So I call back and this time the manager answers and I am crying and telling her why I am calling and her response was. She already knew because she heard it too and talked to the lady and told her that was inappropriate and whatever else. She said I can come back and get my still missing items. But what she also said was "I remember those being made the first time"? Did u just degrade me again? I offered her to look through the bags and went as far as telling her to go ahead. Come look in my van and tell me where the food is. She said oh no I dont need to do that. She kept asking me if i wanted to come back and get my missing items or get it fixed or she'd personally make my order...that was a nice gesture. But i already told her I will not return. She apologized and said she will be addressing my concern again. I didn't even want the food anymore. I even went to a different taco bell to get my hubby some food. Cashier was nice. Person handing out the food was nice. Talked to me while i waited and asked me if I liked taco bell. I said yes, Why? He noticed the bags. I said oh yea. I just came from one. Told him my experience and he apologized. Funny other people cared more than the lady that caused the issue. When I dont have good experience at fast food places I am genuine and nice about it. I dont want to cause issues or get someone fired for a simple mistake that we all can make. But what you did was uncalled for. And I dont think you have kids because if you did you'd know kids are not stupid. They hear what you say. They understand what you say! My child should have not ever overheard that! Period! Thanks for my ever so long story to end my night! Lady. I really hope you don't think people just lie just because. I hope you know you upset my child calling her mom a liar. We've gone to this location numerous times trying to avoid the other location on the other side of Bremerton only to be just as disappointed. Half of the time your order is wrong and pretty much all of the time if you want to use the drive through be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more. read more

I understand that Taco Bell is not the most fancy or delicious food. I do expect my food to be made right and to be treated with some sort of respect. I ordered online and they did not have some of the items. No biggie, just wanted a refund of those items and to move on. The girl seemed annoyed that I was making her refund less than a dollar worth of food. I also ordered food specifically since they have been pushing customization. Not only did they not do it, they had something on there that could have landed someone with allergies in the hospital. When I called back the girl who answered was very defensive stating she didn't ring anything up like that. The order was made online, of course you didn't. WORST Taco Bell my husband and I have ever been to. We were completely speechless at how bad our experience was. The last time we were here was Oct 24th 2015 and that will be the last time we ever go there again. We thought we would go there for something quick on our way to a family event. 1- Our order took 27 minutes to be ready when we were the only people who had ordered inside and had only seen 2 cars go through the drive thru. 2- The employee taking our order mumbled a lot and was actually having a conversation with another coworker while taking our order instead of giving her attention to us. 3- They got our order wrong AND missed an item that we had been charged for. So we had to wait another 12 minutes for them to prepare the missed item before asking what was taking so long; only to find out they hadn't even started making the chalupa. So then we waited another 10 minutes just to get the missed chalupa we had already paid for that THEY MISSED. The WHOLE TIME the entire crew was yelling, screaming, dancing and joking with each other instead of working and their voices were actually louder than the music that was playing which had been turned up so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation inside. So. Done. We have also spread the word to all our Kitsap family and friends to just avoid this place. read more

My husband, roommate and I all got Taco Bell from this specific location on 01/24/2016 and the next morning my roommate and I both got food poisoning and the next day it hit my husband. We've had issues before with this Taco Bell with how slow it has been and lack of employees around when you need help/time to order but we always looks on the brighter side. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They have lost us as customers and unless you want to get food poisoning as well, I suggest you don't go there either. read more
