I recently paid my first visit to this Taco Bell when I was in Brentwood for work. It was a rainy, dreary day and Jim wanted some comfort food. (Don't look at me like that. I worked at Taco Bell for over 9 years. It's my comfort food. :) ) The dining room in this location looks larger than most, and I get the feeling this location is relatively new...or maybe not-too-long-ago remodeled. Before going any further, I will say that I despise Taco Bell for pushing customers to order at a kiosk. Do I understand why? Yes, from a dollars-and-cents perspective, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. It's as if they put more emphasis on the bottom line than they do on the customer experience. The kiosk is 100% impersonal. The kiosk doesn't greet you. The kiosk doesn't smile and ask you how your day is. That's across the entirety of Taco Bell, though, and not against this location. It's not that you can't order at the counter (should you be able to get someone's attention), it's just the they'd 100% prefer you did. The dining room was immaculately clean when I walked in and made my way to the cold, impersonal ordering kiosk. I placed my order and waited for my food. After about five minutes my order was delivered. It was hot and accurate, and well-portioned. It was entirely what I was expecting with no problems. When I was done with my meal I was still hungry, though. I thought "You know what this meal needs? It needs a Taco Supreme®". So I went to the counter to order one. The gentleman at the counter (yes, I opted for the counter option) took my order and I paid -- using cash! -- and had a quick conversation with the employee that took my order. It was rather pleasant! (Try that with a kiosk. It'll just look at you judge-y). My Taco Supreme® was made fast and tasted great. The next time I'm in Brentwood I'll definitely visit again. Clean dining room. Fast food delivery. Pleasant staff. OH..and I love the aesthetic in this place. read more

I'm fairly sure they did this on purpose because I complained about not putting sauce in a delivery order a day or so before. They stuffed a stacker with only cheese (cream cheese, melted cheese, sauces etc etc) in place of the steak that was supposed to be on it. It was disgusting. And they did this to a homeless person. Missing the sauce wasn't that big of a deal, but making light of it in the way it appears they did is over the top. It's possibly how their app is setup that caused this suspicion, but I'm not sure why in the world anyone would setup an app like that where a previous problem would have to be selected on a current order. Very strange. I was eating lots of Taco Bell without any issues in my orders. But one night, they missed the sauce and I complained. Then the next night or so, I ordered again and that's when it got weird. I couldn't leave a complaint on my "next night" order (missing steak) without selecting/claiming that the sauce was a problem as well. (I tried selecting other items aside from sauce but it had to be sauce). I had ordered what was supposed to be a stacker with steak. Instead of putting steak, they just filled it with all the cheeses and sauce mentioned above. And some tomatoes and maybe one small piece of steak. Should also note that they waited to process my "next night" order until I showed up at the store. I had ordered ahead of time because I was extremely busy and time was very precious that night. I left a complaint to resolve the issue privately but they haven't responded to it. It happened a few weeks ago. And what is worse is that I posed as a homeless person. Which was absolutely true. A really bad situation but temporary. And money was NO issue since I have a job that pays above average salary. Now you have a small idea of how Taco Bell will treat a homeless person without a second thought. I'd hate to think what they would probably do if I had the typical homeless person appearance. Take money and pretend they didn't get it? Pretend the order was missed? Put something dirty on the food? I'd stay away from the Maryland Farms location in Brentwood TN. This was related to order# 924389 (missing sauce) and order# 933031 (stuffed with cheeses only). I picked up the last order myself so I don't run into the missing sauce issue. But I didn't open the stacker until I was all the way back at the office. read more

Made me wait at least 12-15 minutes for my food. Absolutely unacceptable. I am very frustrated with my service.

This location used to be the gold standard for Taco Bell. Now you are not even acknowledged when you walk in. You order at a kiosk where you can select your items, which was ok because you could also deselect what you didn't want on your items. Cool. Except that was completely ignored. Bad food - AGAIN. I don't know we went back here after getting bad food in Brentwood, TN Taco Bell. My wife's Mexican Pizza had shells that were actually rancid. This is the best Taco Bell around! I order on the app and my order is ready and hot when I get there. My company did a large catering order with them recently and they knocked it out fast. You can't beat Taco Bell for value - which is important these days - and you can't beat this Taco Bell in particular, for its great service. The staff here rocks! read more

This taco bell refuses to give people a baja blast freeze claiming that it is broken. In the last 6 months i have only gotten a baja blast freeze maybe three times. If it was really broken it would be fixed by now. read more

Under the Coronavirus rules, a trip to the dentist to fix my busted tooth qualifies as essential travel. He did such a good job that my wife and I stopped at the Maryland Farms Taco Taco Bell and pick up lunch. The really helpful lady who worked the drive-thru menu was super nice. I ordered crispy chicken quesadilla. My wife tried the burrito supreme chicken. The crispy chicken quesadilla in my lunch bag was far from what I'd expected, The promised crispy-fried triangles looked like triangles of soggy, folded over,, pita bread. In the middle of each triangle was an amorphous, tasteless substance. Not a bit of chicken could be found. If this had ever been heated, it was long, long ago. Clearly, this dish never should have been served. After eating her burrito supreme chicken,may wife shad that she never would eat in a Taco Bell again. Now to rate this Taco Bell. The lady who worked the menu was super helpful. My meal, the crispy chicken quesadilla, belonged in the Fast Food Hall of Shame. Two stars for this Taco Bell. read more

This is one of the best-run Taco Bell's in the country. Balen (sp?) is the manager, and she's been here for years. She sets the tone for the entire experience- the restaurant is very clean and organized; the staff are friendly and genuinely nice people. And that flows down to the food quality. They beat the pants off the "M" restaurant next door, in every way. read more

Staff refuse to give certain items at all cost!! Claiming that they are either out of the food item or the machine is broken. These items have be "out of stock" or the machines "broken" for years. read more

I just want a burrito. So far, my wait times for this Taco Bell have gone from tiring to exhausted, with a firm middle in irritating. Whether it's the window guy trying to bribe a music internship with the car ahead me for 15 minutes, or the window worker who insists that Turtwig is the best pokemon (it super, super isn't), this Taco Bell is fairly frustrating. I just want a burrito. While they're usually friendly, if not a little overly so, they at least don't seem to hate working there which is a surprising change pace from most fast food places, where the "Kill me now" forced smiles and the look of minimum wage quality of life prevail. Still, there's friendly, and then there's "I shouldn't give you your food until you agree which pokemon is the best." I just want a burrito. It's 9:30 at night. I just got done training puppies and stocking shelves for 8 hours. Someone said I was going to burn in hell because we stopped carrying a certain kind of Fancy Feast cat food. There's poop in the collars and leashes isle, and it might be from a dog, it might not. Someone's coupon from 2015 didn't work and they want to scream at a manager and I for a half hour. I just want. This Taco Bell is decent. The place seemed to be decently well kept - but nothing impressive. Customer service was decent - some of the employees could use some extra enthusiasm but nothing horrific. One odd complaint is that my tray had a very strong odor and it smelled kind of sour. Maybe it wasn't clean? I'm not sure but it was gross. Just have low expectations for this Taco Bell. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a fast food chain like this one, but here I am. Sometimes, credit must just be given where it is due. This place has been consistent for years. Every time I go, my order is correct. The employees are always friendly. And, if you visit during peak hours and the line is long, expect it to move quickly. I think my favorite part is the fact that you can always count on a friendly face at the drive thru, which is pretty rare in the fast food industry! I'm not sure why but it seems like every time I eat here the soda always tastes flat. Also, the service is not friendly, they typically do get the order right, but they sure aren't happy to help you. read more
